The total length of various pipelines in our country is very big now, however, because the construction process of earlier stage, the pipeline material is relatively poor and the long-time operation of maintenance scheduling problem not in place, under the effect of complicated environment load factor, concrete drainage pipe often appears the crack of fracture seepage disease, local diseases such as damage often take place, if can not in time restore, will cause urban road to collapse, accidents such as environmental pollution and the leakage of intraductal sewage can lead to the fact the influence to surrounding soil environment, if not in time restore, influence resident's trip safety and living environment will lead to the fact the harm of certain degree to road surface traffic and city economy, consequently, to the crack damage disease of underground drainage pipe network, in time effectual measure should be taken, in order to avoid bigger loss.

The existing repair scheme aiming at underground drainage pipe network cracks mainly comprises two main types: the first type is excavation and replacement of a new pipe for repair, the repair mode can radically treat diseases, but the construction speed is low, the influence on traffic environment is large, the cost is high, a large amount of construction waste is generated, the environment is polluted, the operation of a pipe network is stopped, the consumption of financial resources and material resources is large, and the life of urban residents is influenced; (ii) a The second type is non-excavation repair, which generally comprises a pipeline interpolation method, a new cement mortar lining method, a new epoxy resin lining method, a sliding lining hose method, an interpolation smaller-caliber pipeline method, a lining steel plate reinforcing method and a CIPP (clean in place) in-situ curing method.
