1. A grease gun head, comprising:

a plunger rod (14);

a barrel connecting portion (12) for connecting a barrel;

a plunger cavity (15), wherein the plunger cavity (15) is used for installing the plunger rod (14), and the plunger rod (14) can reciprocate along the axial direction of the plunger rod;

a first one-way valve (11) communicating the barrel connection (12) with a plunger cavity (15); the direction from the gun barrel connecting part (12) to the plunger cavity (15) of the first one-way valve (11) is an opening direction, and the direction from the plunger cavity (15) to the gun barrel connecting part (12) is a closing direction;

an oil pipe connection part (16) for connecting an oil pipe;

a second one-way valve (8) communicating the plunger cavity (15) with the tubing connection (16); the direction from the plunger cavity (15) to the oil pipe connecting part (16) of the second one-way valve (8) is an opening direction, and the direction from the oil pipe connecting part (16) to the plunger cavity (15) is a closing direction;

the plunger rod (14) is used for pressing the medium in the plunger cavity (15) into the oil pipe connecting part (16).

a second mounting hole (18);

8. Grease gun head according to claim 7, characterized in that it further comprises a pressure gauge, which communicates with the oil pipe connection (16) for indicating the pressure in the oil pipe.

9. Grease gun head according to claim 8, characterized in that a copper bush is mounted between the plunger cavity (15) and the plunger rod (14).

10. Grease gun, characterized in that it comprises a grease gun head according to any of claims 1 to 9.

Technical Field

The application relates to the technical field of grease guns, in particular to a grease gun head and a grease gun with the same.

Background

Grease guns are hand tools for grease filling of mechanical equipment. The grease gun used in the current market generally comprises an oil storage cylinder, an oil pushing plug, a pressure lever, a gun head, an oil pipe and the like. The gun head of the grease gun is equivalent to a plunger pump, and lubricating grease in the grease storage barrel is pressed into the grease pipe and then injected into equipment needing lubrication. However, the oil outlet pressure of the grease gun can only reach 10 to 30MPa, and the current oil injection pressure cannot be displayed. In addition, after the oil injection work is finished, when the connection between the grease gun and the equipment needs to be removed, the oil pipe and the oil injection nozzle of the equipment are easily damaged due to the fact that certain pressure exists in the oil pipe and the grease gun is forcibly detached.

With the development of industrial technology, grease guns are used not only in the lubrication field but also in pressure equipment. But the pressure equipment needs higher pressure to finish oil injection, and the existing grease gun cannot meet the use requirement. And the existing grease gun has no pressure display device in the using process, and the oil injection pressure value can not be determined. The existing grease gun is not provided with a pressure relief device, and the grease gun is still in a high-pressure state when being separated from equipment needing oiling, so that the grease gun is difficult to disassemble and has certain danger.

Accordingly, a technical solution is desired to overcome or at least alleviate at least one of the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art.

Content of application

It is an object of the present application to provide a grease gun head and a grease gun having the same that overcome or at least mitigate at least one of the above-mentioned disadvantages of the prior art.

In order to achieve the above object, the present application provides a grease gun head, the grease gun head includes:

a plunger rod;

a barrel connecting portion for connecting the gun barrel;

the plunger cavity is used for mounting the plunger rod and can reciprocate along the axial direction of the plunger rod;

the first one-way valve is communicated with the gun barrel connecting part and the plunger cavity; the first one-way valve is in an opening direction from the gun barrel connecting part to the plunger cavity, and is in a closing direction from the plunger cavity to the gun barrel connecting part;

the oil pipe connecting part is used for connecting an oil pipe;

the second one-way valve is communicated with the plunger cavity and the oil pipe connecting part; the direction from the plunger cavity to the oil pipe connecting part of the second one-way valve is an opening direction, and the direction from the oil pipe connecting part to the plunger cavity is a closing direction;

the plunger rod is used for pressing the medium in the plunger cavity into the oil pipe connecting part.

Preferably, the grease gun head further comprises a pressure relief valve, and the pressure relief valve is connected with the oil pipe connecting part and the gun barrel connecting part; the pressure relief valve comprises a closed state and an open state, wherein in the closed state, the oil pipe connecting part and the gun barrel connecting part are in a disconnected state, and in the open state, the oil pipe connecting part and the gun barrel connecting part are in a communicated state, and the pressure relief valve is used for enabling a medium in the oil pipe connecting part to flow back to the gun barrel connecting part.

Preferably, the pressure release valve and the body of the grease gun head are of an integrated structure, and the body of the grease gun head is provided with:

one end of the pressure release valve is communicated with the gun barrel connecting part;

one end of the pressure relief valve oil inlet is communicated with the oil pipe connecting part;

a first mounting hole;

the other ends of the oil outlet hole of the pressure release valve and the oil inlet hole of the pressure release valve are connected with the first mounting hole;

a second mounting hole;

the other ends of the overflow valve oil inlet and the overflow valve oil outlet are connected with the second mounting hole;

and a second steel ball, a second compression spring and a screw plug are arranged in the second mounting hole, one end of the second compression spring is propped against the screw plug, and the other end of the second compression spring props the second steel ball against a port of the oil inlet hole of the overflow valve, so that the oil inlet hole of the overflow valve and the oil outlet hole of the overflow valve are in a normally closed state.

Preferably, the grease gun head further comprises an exhaust valve, the exhaust valve is connected with the plunger cavity, the exhaust valve is in a normally closed state in a grease injection state of the grease gun, and the plunger cavity is communicated with the atmosphere in an opening state of the exhaust valve.

Preferably, a third mounting hole and an exhaust connecting hole are formed in the body of the grease gun head, and the third mounting hole is communicated with the plunger cavity through the exhaust connecting hole; the exhaust valve comprises a valve body, a third steel ball and a third screw, the valve body is installed on the third installation hole, an air inlet hole and an air outlet hole which are vertical to each other in axis are formed in the valve body, and the third screw is used for enabling the third steel ball to abut against the port of the air inlet hole so as to control the communication or the closing of the air inlet hole and the air outlet hole.

Preferably, the grease gun head further comprises a pressure gauge, and the pressure gauge is communicated with the oil pipe connecting part and used for displaying the pressure in the oil pipe.

Preferably, a copper sleeve is arranged between the plunger cavity and the plunger rod.
