The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.

The forced lubrication system in this embodiment is used on a horizontal directional drill. As shown in fig. 1, the active sealing forced lubrication system for the rotary joint comprises a control system and an active lubrication system, wherein the control system comprises a controller, a motor speed sensor and a mud pressure sensor, and the mud pressure sensor and the motor speed sensor are respectively connected with the controller. The mud pressure sensor is used for detecting whether the mud pump acts, and the motor rotating speed sensor is used for detecting whether the power head acts. The active lubricating system comprises a speed regulating motor, a lubricating pump station and an overflow valve, wherein the speed regulating motor is used for providing power for the lubricating pump station, and the lubricating pump station is connected with the rotary joint through an oil way. The rotary joint belongs to the prior art, and the patent number thereof is: CN 202020247977.4. The controller is connected with the speed regulating motor and is used for controlling the starting, the stopping and the rotating speed of the speed regulating motor. As shown in fig. 2, the present invention provides three modes of operation:

the first working mode is that when the motor speed sensor detects that a signal is input, namely the power head rotates, and when the mud pressure sensor does not detect that the signal is input, the controller controls the speed regulating motor, so that the lubricating pump station continuously supplies oil to the rotary joint at a low flow rate, and the core shaft in the rotary joint is prevented from being in frictional contact with the sealing ring under the condition of no lubricating oil.

The second working mode is that when the motor speed sensor and the mud pressure sensor do not detect the input of signals, the lubrication pump station stops supplying oil to the rotary joint, and at the moment, the whole lubrication system does not work.

The third working mode is that when the motor speed sensor detects that a signal is input and the mud pressure sensor detects that a signal is input, the controller controls the speed regulating motor to enable the lubricating pump station to continuously supply large-flow oil to the rotary joint, on one hand, a sealing ring and a core shaft in the rotary joint are lubricated, on the other hand, silt particles entering a contact surface between the sealing ring and the core shaft due to high-speed flow of mud can be washed away, so that the rotary joint can work normally, and the service life of the rotary joint is prolonged. The active lubricating system further comprises a throttle valve and a one-way valve, the throttle valve is located on an oil way between the lubricating pump station and the rotary joint, and the one-way valve is located on an oil way between the throttle valve and the rotary joint. The one-way valve avoids the situation that slurry reversely enters the lubricating pump due to high slurry pressure, and the throttle valve can controllably adjust the amount of lubricating oil, so that the use cost of a user can be reduced.

In the invention, the active lubricating system provides high-pressure lubricating oil, the controller controls the starting, stopping and rotating speed of the speed regulating motor to realize the supply of the lubricating oil and the supply quantity of the lubricating oil, the lubricating oil reduces the friction force between the mandrel and the sealing ring, and meanwhile, the high-pressure lubricating oil can forcibly remove impurities entering between the sealing ring and the mandrel, thereby avoiding the abrasion under the first working mode and the third working mode. Due to the arrangement of the three working conditions, the use cost can be reduced, and the service life of the rotary joint is prolonged. In addition, the embodiment is also provided with an overflow valve, and the set pressure of the overflow valve is higher than the normal pressure of the slurry of the horizontal directional drilling machine.
