As shown in fig. 1, the generator lubricating oil system based on the pneumatic pump and the electric pump of the present invention mainly comprises a generator lubricating oil tank 1, a lubricating oil coarse filter 2, a one-way valve 3, a lubricating oil heater 4, an electric lubricating oil pump 5(1#, 2#), a pneumatic lubricating oil pump 6, a lubricating oil fine filter 7, a lubricating oil cooler 8, a thermostatic valve 9, a temperature sensor 10, a flow switch 11, a generator 12, a distribution box 13, a control box 14, and other devices.

The electric lubricating oil pump 5(1#, 2#) is connected with the pneumatic lubricating oil pump 6 in parallel, the oil inlet end after parallel connection is connected with the generator lubricating oil tank 1 through the lubricating oil heater 4, the one-way valve 3 and the lubricating oil coarse filter 2, and the oil outlet end is connected with the front and rear end bearings of the generator 12 through the lubricating oil fine filter 7, the lubricating oil cooler 8, the thermostatic valve 9 and the flow switch 11. The distribution box 13 is connected with the electric lubricating oil pumps 5(1#, 2#) and is connected with the pneumatic lubricating oil pump 6 through the control box 14.

The control electricity of the control box is provided by a peripheral DC24V Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS), the power supply of the electric lubricating oil pump is provided by a peripheral AC380V, under the condition of normal power supply, the generator lubricating oil passes through a generator lubricating oil tank 1, a lubricating oil coarse filter 2, a one-way valve 3, a lubricating oil heater 4, a No. 1 and No. 2 electric lubricating oil pump 5 and a lubricating oil fine filter 7, then passes through two paths of lubricating oil after being adjusted in temperature by a lubricating oil cooler 8 and a thermostatic valve 9, then enters a front end bearing and a rear end bearing of the generator 12 after being distributed by a flow switch 11, and is gravity-fed back from an oil outlet of the bearing to enter the generator lubricating oil tank 1 after being lubricated by the bearing.

As shown in fig. 3, when the power is lost, the power supply of the peripheral AC380V is interrupted, so that the generator 12 is running at a high load, the electric lubricating oil pump 5 stops working, and the control box 14 detects that the flow of the lubricating oil is too low, and starts the pneumatic lubricating oil pump 6 to supply oil, so as to guarantee the flow entering the front and rear bearings of the generator 12, and at this time, the generator 12 can be ensured to be safely stopped, or the power supply of the peripheral AC380V is recovered, and the electric lubricating oil pump 5 is put into use again.

When the power of the whole ship is lost, the peripheral AC380V is powered off, so that the generator 12 needs to be started in an emergency, and the electric lubricating oil pump 5 cannot be used, the control box 14 controls the pneumatic lubricating oil pump 6 to start, the flow entering the front bearing and the rear bearing of the generator 12 is guaranteed, the lubricating oil is pre-supplied, the generator 12 is guaranteed to be started safely and smoothly, and after the peripheral AC380V is powered back, the electric lubricating oil pump 5 is used, and the pneumatic lubricating oil pump 6 stops working.

As shown in FIG. 2, a diesel generator set is provided with a generator lubricating oil system based on a pneumatic pump and an electric pump, and the safety strategy control logic diagram is shown in FIG. 3.
