Technical Field

The present invention relates to a food molding apparatus and a food manufacturing apparatus including the same, and more particularly, to a food molding apparatus and a food manufacturing apparatus including the same, which can be molded such that each different food is distinguishable in shape but has an integral structure.

Background

Modern food products require not only a variety of tastes but also a visual form. However, when different foods are molded to have a unitary structure, it is not easy to maintain the shape of each of them. That is, an integral structure for mixing different foods may be formed, but it is not easy to form an integral structure for maintaining the shape of each different food.

In particular, when food products such as rice cakes, cheese, and the like are formed into a material, it is difficult to mold to have an integral structure while maintaining each shape since the shape can be easily changed.

Disclosure of Invention

It is an object of the present invention to provide a food molding apparatus that can be molded such that each different food product is distinguishable in shape, but in a unitary structure.

It is another object of the present invention to provide a food manufacturing apparatus comprising the above food molding apparatus.

According to an aspect of the present invention, a food forming apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention has an inflow portion and an outflow portion into which a first food is introduced, and has a straight structure from the inflow portion to the portion and an outflow from the portion. The first food molding part is formed up to a portion by a curved structure, and the first plate has a first passage portion through which the second food passes and has a first receiving portion which receives an upper portion of the linear structure of the first food molding part on one surface thereof and is disposed to face the first plate. A second passage portion through which the second food passes is formed, and one side of the first food molding part protrudes, and the second receiving part receives a lower portion of the linear structure of the first food molding part. It has a second plate including an insertion portion and a seating portion on which the second plate is seated, and a central region having a structure in which a curved structure of the first food molding part protrudes continuously from the insertion portion of the second plate. In addition, the peripheral region has a third structure including a second food passing structure passing through the second passage part and a second food forming part having a third plate with oligowomen, wherein the second food passes through the peripheral region of the third passage part when the first food passes through the central region of the third passage part. The second food item may be formed to have a structure surrounding the first food item.

In the food molding apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention, since the first food molding part has a curved structure branching from a straight structure to both sides, the inlet is one, the outlet is made of two and the insertion part and each of the third passages can be made of two.

In the food molding apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention, the second food guide is provided to have a structure protruding in the same manner as the protruding structure of the first food molding part while being inserted into the third channel part. It may also include wealth.

In the food forming device according to the embodiment of the present invention, when the third channel part has the stepped structure, a locking step may be formed at the other end of the second food guiding part to be caught in the stepped structure of the third channel part.

In the food forming device according to the embodiment of the present invention, the seating portion may be provided to have a structure for receiving the second plate such that a height of one surface of the second plate is the same as a height of one surface of the third plate.

In the food molding apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention, the other surface of the first plate may be formed on the other side of the second food molding part, wherein a member for supplying the second food may be rotatably provided.

Another object achieved by a food production apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention is to provide the food molding apparatus of claim 1, a first food supply unit connected to an inlet of the first food molding unit to supply the first food to the first food molding unit, and a second food supply part connected to the first passage part on the other surface of the first plate such that the second food is supplied to the second food molding part.

According to the food forming device and the food manufacturing apparatus of the present invention, when different foods are eventually spilled, one food passes through another food to reach the surrounding area, and the other food passes through the other food. It can be molded into a structure surrounding the food item.

Thus, the food forming apparatus and food manufacturing apparatus of the present invention will be able to be molded such that each different food product can be distinguished in shape, but in a unitary structure.

Therefore, the food forming apparatus and the food manufacturing apparatus of the present invention will be more actively utilized in the food industry where various shapes are recently required.

However, the object and effect of the present invention are not limited to the above-described object and effect, and various extensions may be made within a scope not departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention.

First, the food molding apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention may include a first food molding part, a second food guiding part, and the like. The second food molding part may include a first plate, a second plate, a third plate, etc. A portion of the first food item-molding portion may be embedded in the second food item-molding portion during assembly to form the second food item-molding portion using the first plate, the second plate, and the third plate. The second food guide part may further have a structure in which a portion is embedded in the third plate of the second food molding part.

In the food molding apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention, the molding using the first food and the second food, i.e., the two foods, is described, but the present invention is not limited thereto. In the case of providing a member having the same shape as that of the first food molding portion and having a structure insertable into the first food molding portion, molding can be performed using three kinds of foods to continuously form the above-described member. If expanded, four or more foods may be used for mold.

In the food forming apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention, the first food may include rice cake and the second food may include cheese, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and may include various foods.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Fig. 1 is a view schematically showing a first food molding portion of a food molding apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention.

Referring to fig. 1, the first food forming unit 10 may have an inlet 11 through which the first food is introduced and an outlet 13 through which the first food is introduced 13. In particular, the first food molding part 10 in one embodiment of the invention consists of a straight structure (15) from the inlet portion 11 to the portion, and the structure is formed from the portion to the outlet portion (which may be at 17). That is, the first food molding unit 10 may be configured to have a "b" structure when viewed from the side.

In the case of the first food molding portion 10, the outlet portion 13 may be provided to have two or more. In one embodiment of the invention, the inlet portion 11 is one in that the first food molding portion 10 has a curved structure (17) branching from a straight structure (15) to both sides. The outlet 13 may be provided in two. Here, the outlet portion 13 may be provided in a desired number according to the number of branches and the number of bent structures. The number of the inlets 11 may be arbitrarily determined.

Also, the number of each of the insertion portions 35 and the third passages 43 described later is determined according to the number of the outlet portions 13, and in the embodiment of the present invention, since the jaws are provided, it is possible to provide two of the number of each of the insertion portions 35 and the third passages 43.

In addition, in one embodiment of the present invention, both the end of the inlet 11 and the end of the outlet 13 may be provided to have a circular configuration. However, the end of the inlet 11 and the end of the outlet 13 will not be limited to the shape when the first food and the outflow of the first food are not disturbed. Therefore, the end of the inlet 11 and the end of the outlet 13 may be provided to have a specific structure such as a star shape, and a polygonal structure such as a square shape in addition to a circular shape.

Fig. 2 and 3 are views schematically showing a first plate provided in a second food molding part of a food molding apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention.

As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the first plate 20 may include a first passage portion 21, and the second food passes through the first passage portion 21. The first channel portion 21 may have a hole structure passing through one surface 25 from the other surface 27 of the first plate 20. When the first channel part 21 does not interfere with the passage of the second food, the first channel part 21 is not limited in number and shape thereof.

In addition, the first receiving portion 23 may be formed on one surface 27 of the first plate 20 to receive an upper portion of the linear structure 15 of the first food molding part 10. The first receiving portion 23 may be provided to have a groove structure.

In one embodiment of the present invention, the first receiving portion 23 is a first food molding part since the first food molding part 10 is provided to have the branch shape 19 together with the linear structure 15. A structure having an upper portion of the shape for accommodating the branch 19 and an upper portion of the linear structure 15 of (10) may be provided. When the first food mold member 10 according to the embodiment of the present invention has a "T" shape when viewed from the top to the bottom, the first receiving portion 23 has a "T" shape. A recess structure may be provided.

Here, the inlet portion 11 end of the first food molding part 10 should be connected to the outside so that the first food can be introduced, and the first receiving portion 23 is the first food molding part 10. It may be provided to accommodate parts other than the inlet 11 of the end.

The other surface 27 of the first plate 20 may be connected to a member capable of serving a second food item. The supply of the second food may be mainly achieved by the rotation of a member such as a screw. That is, the member such as the screw rotates so that the second food is pushed toward the first channel portion 21 of the first plate 20.

Thus, in an embodiment of the invention, means 29 may be formed on the other surface 27 of the first plate 20 to allow rotation of a member such as a screw. That is, the placement unit 29 may be provided to be rotatably mounted to an end of the member, e.g., a screw may be provided with a groove structure.

Fig. 4 is a view schematically showing a second plate provided in a second food molding part of the food molding apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention.

Referring to fig. 4, the second plate 30 may be disposed to face the first plate 20 such that the second plate 30 may face one surface 25 of the first plate 20.

The second plate 30 may also be provided with a second channel portion 31 for passing the second food. The second channel portion 31 may also have a hole structure penetrating from one surface 37 of the second plate 30 to the other surface. Also in the case of the second channel part 31, the number and shape of the second food are not limited if the passage of the second food is not disturbed. However, in order to smoothly pass the second food, the second passage 31 is preferably provided to have a structure communicating with the first passage 21. Therefore, in the exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the second through portions 31 and the first through portions 21 may be provided to have the same number and the same shape.

One surface of the second plate 30 may be provided with a second receiving portion 33 for receiving a portion of the lower portion of the linear structure 15 of the first food molding part 10. In the case of the second receiving portion 33, since it is necessary to receive portions other than the end of the inlet portion 11 of the first food forming portion 10, as described above, the straight line of the first food forming portion 10 may be mentioned. A lower portion of the receiving structure (17) may be provided. In addition, the second receiving portion 33 may be provided to have a concave structure.

Similarly, in an embodiment of the present invention, the second receiving portion 33 may also be provided to have a concave structure of a "T" shape.

When the first food molding part 10 is received in the second receiving part 33, the folding structure 17, i.e. the outlet part 13, has to be positioned. Accordingly, the second plate 30 may be provided with an insertion portion 35, and the folding structure 17 of the first food molding part 10 is inserted into the insertion portion 35.

In particular, in one embodiment of the present invention, when the folding structure 17 of the first food molding part 10 is inserted into the insertion part 35, a portion of the end side of the folding structure 17, i.e., a portion of the end of the overflow part 13, may have a structure protruding from the other surface of the second plate 30.

Therefore, the insertion part 35 may be provided to have a hole structure because the curved structure 17 of the first food molding part 10 needs to be inserted and protruded. In addition, in the exemplary embodiment of the present invention, since the outlet part 13 formed by the folding structure 17 of the first food molding part 10 is provided with two, the insertion part 35 may also be provided with two.

As described above, the linear structure 15 and the branches 19 of the first food forming part 10 are shaped as the first receiving portion 23 and the second plate 30 of the first plate 20. The first food molding part 10 is received in the second receiving part 33 of c), and the bending structure 17 of the first food molding part 10 is inserted into the insertion part 35. A structure having an embedded portion in the second food molding part composed of the first to third plates (20, 30, 40) may be provided.

Fig. 5 is a view schematically showing a third plate provided in a second food molding part of the food molding apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention.

Referring to fig. 5, the third plate 40 may be disposed to face the second plate 30. That is, one surface of the third plate 40 may be disposed to face the other surface of the second plate 30.

Accordingly, the third plate 40 may be provided with the seating portion 41, and the second plate 30 is seated on the seating portion 41. In particular, the seating portion 41 may be provided to have a groove structure that can be aligned by assembling the entire second plate 30. In addition, the seating portion 41 may have a structure for receiving the second plate 30 such that the height of one surface of the second plate 30 is the same as the height of one surface of the third plate 40.

And should have a structure in which the end side of the inlet 11 of the first food forming part 10 is exposed to the outside when the second plate 30 is seated on the seating part 41. Therefore, the third plate 40 may be further provided with a third accommodation portion 49, and the third accommodation portion 49 can accommodate the linear structure 15 toward the inlet portion 11 side of the first food molding portion 10.

In addition, in one embodiment of the present invention, the first plate 20 may be provided to have a size larger than that of the second plate 30. Thus, the third plate 40 may be provided with a seating area 45 in which the first plate 20 can be seated.

When the second plate 30 is seated on the seating portion 41 of the third plate 40, the first food mold member 10 protrudes from the insertion portion 35 of the second plate 30. The outlet 13, i.e. the curved structure 17, should continue to protrude. Accordingly, the third channel part 43 may be provided in the third plate 40. In one embodiment of the present invention, since the outlets 13 are provided in two, the third passage 43 may also be provided in two.

The third channel 43 must pass through the second food item by the continuous projection of the curved structure 17. Therefore, the third channel part 43 has a structure in which the curved structure 17 of the first food molding part 10 is continuously inserted into the central area and is continuously inserted therein, and the second channel part (31) can pass the second food passing through the structure. Therefore, when both the end of the curved structure 17 and the third channel portion 43 of the first food molding part 10 have a circular configuration, the diameter of the third channel portion 43 is equal to that of the first food molding part. It may be set so as to be larger than the diameter of the edge portion of the bent structure 17 of (10).

Thus, in one embodiment of the present invention, the second food item is the third channel (as shown in FIG. 4, the second food item may be molded into a configuration surrounding the first food item as the first food item passes through the first food item molding section 10 through the central region of the third channel 43. accordingly, the food molding apparatus of the present invention will be able to be molded such that each different food item is distinguishable in shape, but of unitary construction.

Fig. 6 is a view schematically showing a second food guide of the food molding apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 7 is a view of a first food molding unit and a second food of the food molding apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 3 is a diagram for explaining a configuration of disposing the guide portion.

As shown in fig. 6 and 7, in the food forming device of the present invention, the second food needs to pass through the peripheral area of the third passage 43 more stably. Accordingly, the food forming device of the present invention may further comprise a second food directing device 50.

The second food guide 50 may be arranged to fit tightly into the third channel 43. One end of the second food guiding portion 50 may be provided to protrude in the same manner as the folding structure 17 of the first food molding part 10 protrudes. Therefore, the first food and the second food can be simultaneously overflowed, and as a result, each different food having a unique shape and an integral structure can be more easily molded.

In addition, the second food guide 50 may be more stably fitted into the third channel 43. Therefore, in one embodiment of the present invention, when the third channel part 43 is provided to the outer region, the third channel part (at the other end of the second food guiding part 50) has a stepped structure 47. The locking pawl 51 may be formed to be captured by the stepped structure 47 of 43.

Fig. 8 is a schematic view for explaining a food manufacturing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention.

Referring to fig. 8, in the present invention, a food manufacturing apparatus 80 including the above-described food molding apparatus 81 may be provided.

In addition to the food forming device 81 formed by the components of fig. 1-7 described above, the food manufacturing apparatus 80 may also include a first food supply 82 and a second food supply 83.

The first food supply unit 82 may be connected to the inlet 11 of the first food molding unit 10 such that the first food is supplied to the first food molding unit 10. The second food supply part 83 may be connected to the first channel part 21 on the other surface of the first plate 20 so that the second food is supplied to the second food molding part.

Thus, the food production apparatus of the present invention can also be manufactured into various food products, since each different food product can be molded so that the shapes can be distinguished, but in a unitary structure.

Industrial availability

Since the food forming apparatus and the food manufacturing apparatus of the present invention can be molded such that each different food is distinguishable in shape but has an integral structure, the food forming apparatus and the food manufacturing apparatus can be more actively utilized in the food industry that recently needs various shapes. Can be used more actively in the food industry.

While the foregoing has been with reference to embodiments of the present invention, those skilled in the art will be able to make various modifications and changes thereto without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention as set forth in the following claims. We will be overwhelming.
