s1, preparing a leather 1;

s2, manufacturing a needed multicolor pattern 2 on the leather 1;

s3, a flexible transparent protective layer 3 covering the multicolor pattern 2 is manufactured on the surface of the leather 1.

According to the protection process for the multicolor patterns on the surface of the leather, provided by the embodiment of the invention, the flexible transparent protection layer 3 is formed on the surface of the leather 1, so that the flexibility of the leather 1 is not influenced, the display of the multicolor patterns 2 on the surface of the leather 1 is not influenced, the multicolor patterns 2 on the surface of the leather 1 can be protected, and the problem that the multicolor patterns 2 on the surface of the leather 1 are easy to wear is effectively solved.

In step S1, the leather 1 is microfiber-reinforced leather, abbreviated as microfiber leather or pu (polyurethane) leather, and the microfiber leather has excellent wear resistance, aging resistance, softness, comfort and flexibility, so that a product made of the microfiber leather has good service life and comfort. The air cooling means that the surface of the leather 1 is blown by a fan to accelerate the curing rate of the multicolor pattern 2. In step S3, the TPU material is bonded to the surface of the leather 1 by the transparent hot melt adhesive. The transparent hot melt adhesive has the advantages of high bonding speed, low cost, strong toughness, repeated bending without cracking, high transparency and wide bonding property, and can firmly bond the transparent protective layer 3 on the surface of the leather 1. In other embodiments, the TPU material is adhered to the surface of the leather 1 through a transparent hot melt adhesive film.

In step S3, the thickness of the selected TPU material is 0.05mm to 0.15mm, preferably 0.1 mm. The TPU material can be relatively manufactured into a thinner state due to the advantage of good wear resistance, and the thickness of the TPU material can be correspondingly increased according to the use condition of the product, such as friction with other objects frequently required, so that the aim of protecting the multicolor pattern 2 is fulfilled.

In step S3, the TPU material is fixed on the surface of the leather 1 by hot-pressing the hot melt adhesive, specifically, the TPU material and the leather 1 are hot-pressed by a hot-pressing mold, a hot press, or a laminating machine, the hot-pressing temperature is 120 to 160 ℃, and the hot-pressing time is 3 to 30S, so that the melting effect and uniformity of the hot melt adhesive can be effectively ensured.

In step S3, in the second forming manner of the transparent protective layer 3, the transparent protective layer 3 is formed by spraying a transparent paint material, and the spraying of the transparent paint has the advantage of high forming efficiency, which can improve the production efficiency of the product. The transparent paint is sprayed on the surface of the leather 1 back and forth for 3-4 times through a paint spraying machine so as to ensure that the transparent paint completely covers the multicolor patterns 2 on the surface of the leather 1. Wherein the transparent paint material is PU (Polyurethane) paint. The PU paint has the advantages of high hardness, high adhesive force, good durability and wear resistance after being cured into a film, so that the multicolor pattern 2 on the surface of the leather 1 can be effectively protected by spraying the PU paint.

In this embodiment, the prepared leather 1 is first surface-cleaned to ensure the adhesion of ink. Then the leather 1 is conveyed to a screen printer or a digital printer to enter a drawing machine for drawing a multicolor pattern 2, after the multicolor pattern 2 is drawn, the leather 1 is solidified on the multicolor pattern 2 through a drying device such as a fan, after the multicolor pattern 2 is completely solidified, a layer of hot melt adhesive is coated on the surface of the leather 1, then a TPU material layer is hot-pressed on the surface of the leather 1 in a laminating machine or a hot press die, or transparent paint is sprayed on the surface of the leather 1, then the leather 1 is cooled again to accelerate the solidification rate of the hot melt adhesive or the transparent paint, so that the leather 1 with a transparent protective layer 3 is obtained, and then the leather 1 is cut, molded and other subsequent procedures are carried out, so as to obtain the shape of a required product.

The embodiment of the invention also provides a decorative product which comprises the leather manufactured by adopting the multi-color pattern protection process on the surface of the leather, and the decorative product can be an electronic watch, a bracelet, a mobile phone, a PAD, a bag and the like.
