6. The digital photo-polymerization acrylic glue according to claim 1, wherein the antioxidant is at least one of organic peroxide, acid anhydride and vinyl triethoxysilane.

7. The digital photo-polymerization acrylic glue according to claim 1, wherein the compatibilizer is at least one of a cyclic anhydride compatibilizer, a carboxylic acid compatibilizer, an epoxy compatibilizer, and an isocyanate compatibilizer.

8. The method for preparing the digital photo-polymerization acrylic glue according to any one of claims 1 to 7, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:

dropwise adding the compatilizer into the acrylic glue, uniformly stirring, dropwise adding the photoinitiator and the antioxidant, and uniformly stirring;

adding a dispersing agent into the light-cured resin in a dark place;

the products of 1) and 2) are mixed homogeneously.

Background

An important mode of 3D printing is based on the principle of photocuring molding, and additive manufacturing of products is achieved by illuminating photosensitive resin. The product has high forming precision and good surface effect, and is smoother than the surface of a model made of PLA material. Currently, the most widely used is 3D printing technology which can be subdivided into SLA type (stereolithography) and DLP type (digital photopolymerization technology) depending on the light source used. Wherein the DLP type light source is from projector, LED screen or similar low ultraviolet intensity light source, each time the section of a model is irradiated to the resin by white light, the unmolded part is black, and by using the mode, each time one surface is molded, the speed advantage is obvious. It can be seen that the superiority and inferiority of the photosensitive resin performance is one of the important factors determining the DLP type 3D printing. The photosensitive resin is required to have the characteristics of low viscosity, high curing speed, low shrinkage, low swelling, good interlayer adhesion compatibility, high photosensitivity and the like. As the 3D printing material is monopolized by foreign industries, domestic related 3D printing materials basically depend on import, and the deterioration of the material can be caused by uncontrollable factors in the long-distance transportation process. The loss of direct monitoring of the raw materials results in uneven quality of the produced product.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing acrylic glue suitable for digital photopolymerization 3D printing and a preparation method thereof, wherein the acrylic glue has photosensitivity, can overcome the defects of the traditional laser 3D printing medium, has the characteristics of high temperature resistance and small shrinkage deformation, ensures the forming effect of printed parts, and effectively improves the quality of the printed parts; the preparation method is simple to operate and suitable for industrial popularization and application.

The digital photo-polymerization acrylic glue comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:

30-80 parts of acrylic glue, 10-20 parts of light-cured resin, 2-10 parts of dispersing agent, 0.5-2 parts of compatilizer, 0.5-2 parts of photoinitiator and 0.5-1 part of antioxidant.

Preferably, the acrylic glue is a flowing type polymethyl methacrylate acrylic resin.

Preferably, the light-cured resin is at least one of trimethylolpropane triacrylate, 1, 6-hexanediol diacrylate, urethane acrylate, epoxy acrylate, polyester polyacrylate, and polyethylene glycol dimethacrylate.

Preferably, the dispersant is a mixture consisting of one or more of polyethylene glycol, ethyl acetate, n-octanol, n-decanol, oleic acid and vinyl acetate.

Preferably, the photoinitiator is an ionic initiator and a radical photopolymerization initiator in a ratio of 3: 1.

Preferably, the antioxidant is at least one of organic peroxide, acid anhydride and vinyl triethoxysilane.

Preferably, the compatibilizer is at least one of a cyclic acid anhydride type compatibilizer, a carboxylic acid type compatibilizer, an epoxy type compatibilizer, and an isocyanate type compatibilizer.

The preparation method of the digital photo-polymerization acrylic glue comprises the following steps:

dropwise adding the compatilizer into the acrylic glue, uniformly stirring, dropwise adding the photoinitiator and the antioxidant, and uniformly stirring;

adding a dispersing agent into the light-cured resin in a dark place;

the products of 1) and 2) are mixed homogeneously.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

1. the preparation method is simple and convenient in preparation process, high in efficiency, excellent in stability, improved in printing precision, and suitable for the technical field of photocuring DLP (digital light processing) type 3D printing of high-precision and complex parts.

2. The 3D printing photosensitive resin prepared by the invention has good toughness after printing, solves the problem of poor elongation at break of DLP type 3D printing resin in the current market, and improves the printing precision of products.

3. The printing method mainly applies the acrylic glue as the substrate material for printing, the acrylic glue has good compatibility with various 3D printing pigments, and the printed product has excellent color rendering property and glossiness.
