1. A drying device for textile yarns, characterized by comprising: a box body, a drying barrel, a drying part and a plurality of reversing wheels, wherein,

a partition board is arranged in the box body and divides the inner part of the box body into a first drying area and a second drying area;

the drying barrel is provided with a first cavity, the drying barrel is arranged in the first drying area, and the first cavity is communicated with the second drying area;

the drying part is connected with the drying barrel and is used for providing hot air flow into the first cavity;

Background

When processing cotton threads for textile use, the cotton threads are usually subjected to a printing process as needed to dye the cotton threads to a desired color. The dyed cotton is wet, and is usually dried by a drying device at present.

Most of the prior drying devices are provided with reversing wheels, and cotton threads are directly fed into the drying device for drying through the reversing wheels after being printed and dyed. Because the cotton thread after printing and dyeing is wet, the cotton thread directly passes through the reversing wheel, so that a large amount of dye on the cotton thread is remained on the reversing wheel, and the printing and dyeing effect of the cotton thread is reduced.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, the present invention provides a drying device for textile cotton threads, which is used for ensuring the printing and dyeing effect of the cotton threads.

In view of the above object, the present invention provides a drying device for textile cotton threads, comprising:

a box body, a drying barrel, a drying part and a plurality of reversing wheels, wherein,

a partition board is arranged in the box body and divides the inner part of the box body into a first drying area and a second drying area;

the drying barrel is provided with a first cavity, the drying barrel is arranged in the first drying area, and the first cavity is communicated with the second drying area;

the drying part is connected with the drying barrel and is used for providing hot air flow into the first cavity;

the plurality of reversing wheels are sequentially distributed in an up-and-down arrangement mode and are connected in the second drying area in a rotating mode.

Therefore, when the cotton thread is dried, the cotton thread passes through the thread changing wheel after being primarily dried by the drying barrel, the dye on the cotton thread is primarily dried at the moment, and a large amount of fuel can not be remained on the thread changing wheel, so that the printing and dyeing effect of the cotton thread is ensured.

In some embodiments, the drying part includes:

a blower 51 fixedly installed at the top of the case 1;

a heating box 52 communicating with the blower 51;

a heating wire 53 fixedly installed in the heating box 52;

and the air outlet pipe 54 is communicated with the heating box 52 and the annular box body 27.

When the cotton yarn drying device is used, the blower 51 works to blow air into the heating box 52, the air is heated by the heating wire 53 in the heating box 52 and then blown into the annular box body 27 from the air outlet pipe 54, hot air flows into the second cavity 24 through the annular box body 27 and then reaches the first cavity 21 through the communication hole 25, and cotton yarns are dried.

In order to reduce the influence of dust in hot air flow on the cotton thread printing and dyeing quality, a filter box 55 is further connected between the heating box 52 and the blower 51 in series, and a filter screen 56 is installed in the filter box 55. The filter screen 56 filters dust in the air flow, and the influence of the dust in the hot air flow on the cotton yarn printing and dyeing quality is reduced.
