The invention relates to a detection tool, in particular to a skirtboard outer contour detection tool.

Background

In the prior art, in the technical field of rail transit, skirtboards are often arranged on the side surfaces of high-speed trains in order to reduce air resistance when the high-speed trains move at high speed and avoid influences on train equipment and even train operation caused by foreign matters entrained by high-speed airflow flying into train bottom equipment. The skirtboard is connected through the connecting elements with the automobile body, and the radian of skirtboard self plays important effect to the intensity of skirtboard, and the installation accuracy and the reliability of skirtboard and automobile body have been decided to the accurate degree of the relative position of skirtboard and connecting elements.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the connecting member 6 includes an insertion portion 61, a connecting portion 62 and a hinge portion 63, the insertion portion 61 is inserted into the apron 5 along the curvature of the apron 5 itself, the connecting portion 62 is used for connecting the insertion portion 61 and the hinge portion 63, the end portion of the apron 5 and the arc-shaped connecting portion 62 form an apron base contour 5b, the hinge portion 63 has two hinge portions, and hinge shaft holes 631 are coaxially opened in the two hinge portions 63.

In order to ensure the strength of the skirt panel 5 and the mounting accuracy of the skirt panel 5 and the vehicle body, the coaxiality between the skirt panel outer contour arc surface 5a, the skirt panel root contour 5b and the hinge shaft hole 631 needs to be detected, and therefore, a special detection tool for detecting the skirt panel 5 and the connecting member 6 is urgently needed to be designed.

Based on the practical experience and professional knowledge which are abundant for years in the engineering application of the products, the designer actively carries out research and innovation by matching with the application of the theory, and aims to create a skirt plate outer contour checking fixture, so that the skirt plate outer contour checking fixture is more practical.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a skirt plate outer contour detection tool which has the advantages that coaxiality among a skirt plate outer contour arc surface, a skirt plate root contour and a hinge shaft hole can be detected simultaneously, and detection efficiency is improved.

The technical purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:

a skirt plate outer contour detection tool comprises a positioning surface, a first detection surface, a second detection surface and a guide sleeve, wherein the positioning surface is abutted against one side of a skirt plate far away from a connecting component;

the first detection surface is fixedly arranged and is a reference surface for detecting the radian of the apron board, and the radian of the apron board per se is judged to meet the precision requirement by observing the attaching degree of an outer contour arc surface of the apron board and the first detection surface;

the second detection surface moves along the extension direction of the radian of the apron board to be attached to the outline of the root of the apron board, and the difference value between the scale corresponding to the second detection surface and the reference scale is observed to judge that the outline of the root of the apron board meets the precision requirement;

the guide sleeve and the second detection surface are fixed relatively, and the core rod penetrates through the hinge shaft holes respectively and is inserted into the guide sleeve to detect the coaxiality between the hinge shaft holes.

And further, the hinge part outer contour arc surface detection device further comprises a third detection surface, wherein the third detection surface moves along the extension direction of the radian of the apron board to be attached to the outer contour arc surface of the hinge part, and the difference value between the scale corresponding to the third detection surface and the reference scale is observed to judge that the outer contour arc surface of the hinge part meets the precision requirement.

The first detection surface is located at the top of the detection tool body, the positioning surface is located at one end, away from the second detection surface, of the detection tool body, and the detection tool body is fixedly connected with at least one mounting assembly along the length direction of the detection tool body to mount the detection tool body on the rack.

Further, the device also comprises an auxiliary ruler, and the second detection surface is positioned on one side of the auxiliary ruler, which is close to the apron board;

the auxiliary ruler is characterized in that guide plates extend from two ends of the auxiliary ruler, a guide groove is formed in one end, away from the positioning surface, of the checking tool main body, the guide plates are connected in a sliding mode along the guide groove, and a sealing plate is detachably fixed on the checking tool main body to abut against the guide plates.

The invention has the following beneficial effects:

the positioning surface is used as a reference surface for placing the apron plate, the first detection surface is used for bearing the apron plate on one hand, and on the other hand, the first detection surface is used as a reference surface for detecting the radian of the apron plate, and the radian of the arc surface of the outer contour of the apron plate is checked through visual inspection or a feeler gauge; the scale when the second detection surface is attached to the outline of the skirt board root is compared with the reference scale to check the outline of the skirt board root; the core rod is matched with the guide sleeve to detect the coaxiality between the hinge shaft holes; therefore, the apron plate outer contour detection tool provided by the invention can be used for simultaneously detecting the coaxiality of the apron plate outer contour arc surface, the apron plate root contour and the hinge shaft hole, and the detection efficiency is obviously improved.
