The screw mechanism mainly comprises two mechanisms, namely a first screw shaft mechanism and a second screw shaft mechanism, wherein the two mechanisms are respectively fixed on the table top of the cabinet body 1 through a first screw supporting seat 4 and a second screw host seat 22. The first screw shaft mechanism is controlled by a PLC (programmable logic controller) controller 17 to control a first servo controller 18 to drive a first servo motor 3 to drive a first screw shaft 2 to move, so that a first screw nut 5, a weighing sensor 7 fixed on the first screw nut and a material supporting plate 6 are driven to move left and right stably, and the functions of receiving and weighing the material supporting plate 6 are mainly realized. The second screw shaft mechanism is controlled by a PLC (programmable logic controller) 17 to drive a second servo controller 19 to drive a second servo motor 20 to drive a second screw shaft 21 to move, so that a second screw nut 23 and a blanking mechanism 24 fixed on the second screw nut 23 are driven to move left and right stably, and blanking action after weighing is finished is mainly realized.

The original state of each mechanism of the device before weighing is that the material tray 6 and the blanking mechanism 24 are both stopped at the leftmost side of the screw rod mechanism, when the previous procedure is performed, the material feeding groove 15 feeds materials to the material supporting plate 6 through the previous procedure, through the driving mode, the material supporting plate 6 moves from left to right to receive the materials from the material feeding groove 15, when the material tray 6 moves to the position of 3/4, the previous procedure stops feeding materials, at the moment, whether the materials stay in the material feeding groove 15 or not is detected by the material infrared sensor, and if the materials stay in the material feeding groove 15, the material tray 6 continues to move right until the last material falls into the material tray 6. At the moment, the weighing system starts a weighing function, the S-shaped weighing sensor 7 transmits data to the PLC 17, and the data are transmitted to the HMI touch screen 12 to be displayed and accumulated through analysis of the PLC 17. The S-shaped weighing sensor is selected mainly because the S-shaped weighing sensor is suitable for specified standard weighing, such as a platform scale, a hopper weighing system and the like, and is particularly suitable for some industrial weighing systems requiring high precision. Because of its high reliability and sealed design, it can work continuously and stably for a long time even in a severe environment.

After weighing is finished, the blanking mechanism 24 pushes the materials on the material tray 6 to a material receiving conveyor belt of a next procedure from the left limit position 8 of the blanking mechanism from left to right in the driving mode through the blanking baffle 9, and the materials enter a next procedure analysis processing. When the blanking mechanism 24 reaches the blanking mechanism right limit position 10, the material tray 6 and the blanking mechanism 24 are simultaneously moved to the left side by the aforementioned driving method. And after the left position is reached, the previous working procedure continues to feed, the material head disc 6 is fed from the blanking groove 15, and the continuous weighing operation is completed in such a circulating way.

The PLC controller 17 of the control system adopts Siemens S7-1200 series, which is the latest Siemens PLC controller and has the advantages of high running speed, stable hardware and good servo control capability. In addition, the control system can start, stop, adjust and the like the weighing device through a control button 13 arranged on the panel, and also comprises an audible and visual alarm 14 which is used for driving the audible and visual alarm 14 to give out audible and visual alarm to remind workers when the device breaks down.

The weighing capacity of the whole weighing system is determined by the S-shaped weighing sensor 7, and the weighing range of the weighing sensor selected in the invention is 0.2 ~ 10Kg, so that the weighing system can be suitable for weighing operation of different products produced on an automatic production line.
