The automatic control system is used for automatically controlling the exhaust riser head blowing machine of the static pressure molding line, the structure of the automatic blowing machine is shown in figures 1-3, the automatic blowing machine is arranged on the static pressure molding line and comprises a substrate assembly, a lifting assembly and a blowing assembly, the substrate assembly comprises a rack 1 and a grid net rack 7, the lifting assembly is arranged on the rack 1 of the substrate assembly and comprises an oil cylinder 2 and an oil cylinder connecting seat 4, the oil cylinder 2 is connected with a hydraulic pipeline, and the blowing assembly is driven to lift by lifting of the hydraulic control oil cylinder 2; the blowing assembly comprises a blowing bag 6, a blowing pipe 9 and a valve; the blowing package 6 is fixed in hydro-cylinder connecting seat 4 below, the trompil of blowing package 6 side links to each other through hose and pneumatic pressure air pipe way, and the bottom of blowing package 6 is opened wired the hole, connects valve and blowing pipe 9 through coupling 16, check net rack 7 is fixed on blowing package 6, and check net 10 is fixed in check net rack 7 bottom, and the lower part of blowing pipe 9 is fixed in the net of check net rack 10.

The grid net rack 7 is composed of angle steel and two steel plates and is fixed on the air blowing bag 6, wherein the steel plates are used for preventing sand from splashing to the adjacent sand boxes.

The lattice net 10 is fixed at the bottom of the lattice net rack 7 and used for positioning the blowing pipe and the same sand mould riser, so that the position of the blowing pipe can be conveniently adjusted according to different sand mould risers, and the universal bamboo joint metal pipe of the blowing pipe can be used for randomly adjusting the using length, the angle and the blowing amount; the valve is a manual ball valve 8, a switch can be selected according to the number of dead heads, and a blowing nozzle at the lower end of the blowing pipe 9 is inserted into the grid of the grid net 10, so that the situation that the position of the blowing pipe is easily changed by the reaction force of compressed air after the blowing valve is opened is prevented.

The automatic purging machine realizes automatic control through a PLC, and an electric control system mainly comprises an electromagnetic induction type proximity switch, an electromagnetic valve, the PLC, a human-computer interface and an electric circuit; as shown in fig. 4, the electromagnetic induction type proximity switch includes: the ascending in-place detection switch B1, the descending in-place detection switch B2 and the sand box characteristic detection switch B3 are respectively connected with the PLC digital quantity input module through electric circuits; the electromagnetic valve comprises a purge air valve K1, an oil cylinder ascending control valve K2 and an oil cylinder descending control valve K3 which are respectively connected with the PLC digital quantity output module through electric circuits.

A rising-in-place detection switch B1 and a falling-in-place detection switch B2 are arranged on the frame 1 according to the rising and falling vertical positions of the oil cylinder 2, a sand box characteristic detection switch B3 is arranged below the sand box transfer trolley 20, a blowing air valve K1 is arranged in an air path of a blowing device, and an oil cylinder rising control valve K2 and an oil cylinder falling control valve K3 are arranged in a hydraulic pipeline; the electric control system receives signals of the proximity switches through the PLC and controls the opening and closing of the electromagnetic valves to enable the lifting assembly or the blowing assembly to perform corresponding actions so as to automatically purge the exhaust riser of the sand box.

The pneumatic control principle of the air blowing assembly is shown in fig. 5, compressed air required by the air blowing bag 6 comes from the air bag 17, compressed air of the air bag 17 comes from a static pressure pneumatic pipeline, a blowing and sweeping air valve K1 is arranged between the air blowing bag 6 and the air bag 17, the blowing and sweeping air valve K1 is used for sucking and ventilating air to blow air, and the blowing and sweeping air valve K1 is powered off to stop blowing air.

The hydraulic control principle of the lifting assembly is shown in fig. 6, pressure oil required by the oil cylinder 2 comes from a secondary engine system of a static pressure line pump station and is connected to a hydraulic valve plate of an automatic purging machine through a hydraulic stop valve, and the hydraulic valve plate is provided with an electromagnetic valve: the oil cylinder ascending control valve K2, the oil cylinder descending control valve K3, the hydraulic lock 18 and the one-way throttle valve 19 are used for controlling the action of the oil cylinder 2; the cylinder lifting control valve K2 pulls the cylinder 2 to lift, and the cylinder descending control valve K3 pulls the cylinder 2 to descend.

The installation schematic diagrams of the ascending detection switch B1 and the descending detection switch B2 are shown in FIG. 7, a metal clamping groove with the length of about 1 meter is vertically welded above the rack 1 and used for fixing the detection switches B1 and B2, the vertical positions of the detection switches B1 and B2 are determined according to the ascending and descending positions of the oil cylinder 2, and the detection switches B1 and B2 are respectively fixed on the metal clamping groove.

The sand box characteristic detection switch B3 is arranged below the sand box transfer trolley 20, as shown in FIG. 8, in a row of sand boxes of the static pressure molding line, an upper mold sand box 22 and a lower mold sand box 21 are arranged in sequence, and the upper mold sand box 22 is provided with an exhaust riser and needs to be purged; the lower mold sand box 21 has no exhaust riser and does not need to be purged, so that the purging device is kept still when the sand box is a lower mold.

The invention is also provided with a manual operation panel, as shown in fig. 9, the manual operation panel is provided with an air blowing assembly ascending key F1, an air blowing assembly descending key F3 and an air blowing valve key F2, and can be controlled by manual operation assistance, when in manual operation, the key F2 is pressed to open the air blowing valve K1, and the key F2 is released to close the air blowing valve K1; when the button F1 is pressed, the lifting valve K2 of the purging device is opened, the purging device starts to lift, and the purging device stops after contacting the detection switch B1. When the button F3 is pressed, the descending valve K3 of the purging device is opened and starts to descend, and the purging device stops after contacting the detection switch B2.

Before the automatic purging machine is used, mechanical parts of the automatic purging machine are installed, then detection switches B1, B2 and B3 are installed in place respectively, electromagnetic valves K1, K2 and K3 are installed in corresponding gas circuits or hydraulic pipelines, line connection is carried out according to a schematic diagram shown in figure 4, a manual operation panel is manufactured, a control program is compiled and downloaded into a PLC, the automatic purging machine uses a Siemens 300PLC, and an SFM3010-CHG type proximity switch is selected as the proximity switch.

When automatic purging is carried out, the sand box is transferred to a station of the purging device through the sand box transfer trolley 20, the sand box characteristic detection switch B3 detects the characteristics of the sand box, and when a signal is sent by the B3, the current sand box is a lower mold sand box; the switch B3 has no signal, which indicates that the sand box is an cope flask, and the PLC judges that the sand box is the cope flask or the drag flask according to the signal of the sand box characteristic detection switch B3; if for cope flask: an oil cylinder descending electromagnetic valve K3 is opened, the air blowing assembly descends, a descending position detection switch B2 detects that the air blowing assembly descends to a position, a blowing air valve K1 is opened and timing is carried out, and after the set time is reached, a blowing air valve K1 is closed; an oil cylinder lifting control valve K2 is opened, and the blowing component is detected to be lifted in place through a lifting in-place detection switch B1, so that the blowing is completed; if the sand box is a lower mold sand box, the air blowing assembly is kept still; the process is repeated to realize the automatic purging of the exhaust riser of the sand box of the static pressure molding line.
