Technical Field

The invention belongs to the field of auxiliary welding equipment for current transformers, and particularly relates to a workbench for welding a guide plate and a primary terminal.

Background

In the manufacturing process of the current transformer, the guide plate and the primary terminal are connected by adopting a gas welding process; however, this process has the following drawbacks:

(1) an oxygen acetylene gas tank needs to be stored in a factory area, so that potential safety hazards exist;

(2) waste gas generated by gas welding is not beneficial to causing pollution to the environment to a certain extent;

(3) the gas welding temperature is high, the copper piece is easy to deform after melting, and the surface appearance is poor;

(4) the cooling time of the copper part is long, two workers are required to operate the original gas welding process simultaneously, and the working efficiency is low.

In order to overcome the defects, high-frequency induction heating can be adopted to replace gas welding; the high-frequency welding machine used in the induction heating process is matched with a water chilling unit for use, but the high-frequency welding machine is fixed in position during working and cannot be moved and adjusted during welding of a guide plate and a primary terminal, so that the structure of a welding tool table needs to be improved.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention provides the workbench for welding the guide plate and the primary terminal, the position of the welding workbench can be freely adjusted, the labor is saved, and the welding can be completed by only one person; in addition, the welding efficiency and quality can be improved, and the welding machine is safer and more environment-friendly.

as shown in fig. 1 to 6, the invention discloses a welding workbench for a guide plate and a primary terminal, which comprises a base 1, a support panel 2 arranged on the base 1; two parallel transverse guide rails 3 are fixed on the supporting panel 2; the upper end of the transverse guide rail 3 is provided with a transverse moving platform 4; two parallel longitudinal guide rails 5 are fixed on the transverse moving platform 4; a longitudinal moving platform 6 is fixed at the upper end of the longitudinal guide rail 5; the longitudinal moving platform 6 is provided with a detachable horizontal connecting plate 7, and the upper end of the horizontal connecting plate 7 is provided with a cylinder support; the cylinder bracket comprises a vertical bracket 81 fixed with the longitudinal moving platform 6; a horizontal transverse bracket 82 is arranged at the top end of the vertical bracket 81; the transverse bracket 82 is provided with a through hole 82a matched with the telescopic rod of the cylinder; preferably, in order to improve the supporting strength, a reinforcing rib 83 connecting the vertical bracket 81 and the horizontal bracket 82 is further provided on the cylinder bracket.

To press the guide plate 12 and the primary terminal 11 tightly, a cylinder is required to provide a vertical downward external force, so that the stroke of the cylinder needs to move up and down; the minimum stroke of the cylinder is determined according to the vertical distance between the transverse bracket 82 and the upper surface of the red copper guide plate 12, and then the type of the cylinder is determined.

Preferably, the structures of the transverse guide rail 3 and the longitudinal guide rail 5 are the prior art, and are not described herein again, and in order to prevent the moving platform from moving out of the guide rails, the limiting blocks 13 may be welded at the two ends of the transverse guide rail 3 and the longitudinal guide rail 5.

Preferably, the welding supporting plate 9 and the positioning block are designed according to the size of the primary terminal 11, and the welding supporting plate 9 and the positioning block are positioned in a way that the position of the primary terminal 11 can be matched with a heating coil 14 of the high-frequency welding machine. Because the primary terminal 11 frequently used by the current transformer has two thickness specifications of 25mm and 35mm, a first positioning block 10a matched with the primary terminal 11 with the thickness of 35mm is arranged on the inner side of the welding supporting plate 9; the upper end of the welding supporting plate 9 is provided with a second positioning block 10b matched with the primary terminal 11 with the thickness of 25 mm; after the primary terminal 11 is fixed by the welding supporting plate 9 and the positioning block, the operator vertically places the guide plate 12 on the upper surface of the primary terminal 11.

The position of the heating coil 14 of the high-frequency welding machine is fixed and cannot be adjusted, so that the height of a welding workbench and the transverse and longitudinal adjusting strokes of the welding workbench need to be determined in advance during use. The transverse moving platform 4 and the longitudinal moving platform 6 are adjusted through the stroke, so that the workpiece to be welded reaches the position of the heating coil 14, the electromagnetic valve control switch is started, the air cylinder works, and the guide plate 12 and the primary terminal 11 are pneumatically clamped. Then, the high frequency welder is turned on, and the heating coil 14 is operated to weld the primary terminal 11 and the guide plate 12 together. After welding, the position of the welding workbench is adjusted to be away from the heating coil 14, the weldment is taken out for standby after water cooling, and the next welding is continued.
