The invention can control the temperature and time of heat treatment of glass tableware accurately, effectively remove the thermal stress and residual stress in glass tableware, improve the mechanical strength, cold and hot resistance and impact resistance of glass tableware, and effectively solve the self-bursting phenomenon of glass tableware.

Detailed Description

The present invention will be described in detail with reference to the following embodiments:

(3) placing the product in a heat treatment furnace for heat treatment: keeping the temperature of the crystal porcelain tableware in a 580 ℃ furnace for 1h to ensure that the temperature of a glass casting is equalized and stress is eliminated, then heating up at 5 ℃/min to 750 ℃, keeping the temperature for 1h, carrying out nucleation treatment, heating up at 5 ℃/min to 830 ℃, keeping the temperature for 1h, carrying out first crystallization treatment, heating up at 15 ℃/min to 900 ℃, keeping the temperature for 1h, carrying out second crystallization treatment, cooling at 15 ℃/min after crystallization treatment, keeping the temperature at 580 ℃ for 0.5h, then rapidly cooling to below 100 ℃ at 20 ℃/min, and taking out of the furnace to obtain the toughened crystal porcelain glass tableware.
