a lock insert;

a lock body, the lock body comprising:

when the driving part controls the linkage locking structure to move towards the second end of the lock body, the linkage locking structure unlocks the lock inserting strip in the lock opening.

Compared with the prior art, the quick-insertion type lock structure can realize quick installation, repeated assembly and disassembly maintenance, nondestructive repeated disassembly and flexible trial assembly in the machining process and is beneficial to reducing cost by locking and unlocking the lock inserts in the locking notch through the drive linkage locking structure, the lock body is fixed on the back plate frame according to the design position in the field installation, the installation precision can be improved, the back plate can be subjected to surface treatment after the lock body is installed, the decoration pendant can be quickly installed only by inserting the lock inserts in the installation process, the field installation time is saved, the risk of installation failure is reduced, repeated assembly and disassembly are beneficial to cleaning, repairing and replacement, the curtain wall facing can be quickly adjusted by replacing different pendants, the requirement for adjusting the curtain wall facing can be flexibly met, and the replacement efficiency and the cost can be greatly improved.

Detailed Description

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to specific embodiments and the accompanying drawings.

In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1-17, there is provided a quick-insert lock structure for curtain wall garnishes, including:

a lock insert 1, the lock insert 1;

a lock body 2, the lock body 2 comprising:

a locking notch 21, the locking notch 21 being capable of receiving the lock plunger 1; the locking notch 21 is fixed on the lock body 2 and is opened upwards, and the inside of the locking notch 21 is communicated with the inside of the lock body 2;

According to the quick-inserting type lock structure, the lock inserts are locked and unlocked in the lock opening through the driving linkage locking structure, quick installation and repeated loading and unloading maintenance can be achieved, repeated disassembly can be achieved without damage, flexible trial assembly can be achieved in the machining process, cost reduction is facilitated, the lock body is fixed on the back plate frame according to the design position in the field installation, installation accuracy can be improved, the back plate can be subjected to surface treatment after the lock body is installed, the decoration pendant can be installed quickly only by inserting the lock inserts in the installation process, the field installation time is saved, the risk of installation failure is reduced, repeated assembly and disassembly are beneficial to cleaning, repairing and replacement, quick adjustment of the curtain wall facing can be achieved by replacing different pendants, the requirement for adjusting the curtain wall facing can be met flexibly, and replacement efficiency and cost reduction can be greatly improved.

In one embodiment, the interlocking lock structure 22 includes a movable portion, a fixed portion, a guide portion, and a locking portion;

the fixed part is fixedly connected inside the lock body 2;

the movable part is fixedly connected with the driving part 23, so that the driving part 23 can fix the movable part;

the guide part and the locking part are fixedly connected together and fixed on the movable part;

the fixed part comprises a guide structure, the guide part can be matched with the guide structure and can move back and forth relative to the guide structure, and when the movable part moves towards the first end of the lock body 2, the guide structure guides the locking part into the lock opening 21; when the movable part moves towards the second end of the lock body 2 under the drive of the drive part 23, the guide structure guides the locking part out of the inside of the locking opening 21.

The guide part is guided by the guide structure, so that the locking part is controlled to enter and exit the locking port, and locking and unlocking are realized.

In one embodiment, the driving portion is not limited to the form of the driving screw 231, and other forms of components, such as a telescopic rod mechanism, may be adopted as long as the driving portion can drive the movable portion to reciprocate.

In one embodiment the drive is located on one of the sides of the lock body and in another embodiment the drive is located on the rear side of the lock body. The invention does not limit the specific position of the driving part, as long as the movable part can be driven to achieve the purposes of locking and unlocking.

In one embodiment, the fixing portion comprises a fixing plate F fixed inside the lock body 2; specifically, the lock body 2 has a slot 25 therein, and the fixing piece F is put into the slot 7 and fixed to the lock body 2 with a fixing screw.

In one embodiment, the movable portion includes a movable plate M, and the movable plate M is placed under the insertion groove 25 to hang the driving screw 231 in the hanging groove 41 of the movable plate M. The two sides of the shell of the lock body 2 are sealed by the sealing sheets 26 to prevent the fixed sheet F and the movable sheet M from falling off.

In one embodiment, the guiding portion further includes a driving screw 231, a first end of the driving screw 231 is fixedly connected to the movable plate M, and a second end of the driving screw 231 extends out of the lock body 2.
