The working principle of the invention is as follows:

Placing a microswitch 17 on the placing platform 14, inserting the positioning shaft 13 into circular holes 19 on fixing sheets 18 at two sides of the microswitch 17, and inserting a power line of the microswitch 17 into a power interface of the power supply device 15; the PLC 5 is used for starting the motor 8 to operate in the forward direction, the motor 8 rotates in the forward direction to drive the detection rod 7 to move forward, a magnetic sheet 16 is arranged at the front end of the detection rod 7, and the original state of the magnetic sheet 16 is located at the end part of the detection pipeline 6 and is marked as an original position; when the detection rod 7 moves to a certain position, the movable contact point and the fixed contact point of the action reed of the microswitch 17 are communicated due to the adsorption effect of the magnetic sheet 16, the motor 8 stops moving, and at the moment, the PLC 5 outputs a pulse equivalent value and displays the pulse equivalent value through the display 4, and the pulse equivalent value is defined as a closed position, namely the closed position is displayed on the display 4;

Then the PLC controller 5 starts the motor 8 to run reversely, the motor 8 rotates reversely to drive the detection rod 7 to move back, after the detection rod 7 moves back to a certain position, because the magnetic force of the magnetic sheet 16 is weakened, the movable contact and the fixed contact of the action reed of the microswitch 17 are disconnected, the motor 8 stops moving, at the moment, the PLC controller 5 outputs a pulse equivalent value and displays the pulse equivalent value through the display 4, the pulse equivalent value is defined as a disconnected position, namely, the disconnected position is displayed on the display 4; when the numerical values of the closed position and the open position are both displayed within 4mm-9.5mm, the detection is qualified, otherwise, the detection is not qualified.
