In the wire connecting line industry, some wires are made of flat wires by using TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) adhesive films as wire insulating layers, and the wires made of the TPU adhesive films have the excellent characteristics of oil resistance, water resistance, bacteria resistance and the like. (2) Back adhesive

The press-fitted panels were left for 24 hours and then cut to a width of 1 inch to test the peel strength. Peeling test speed: the adhesive force is qualified when the adhesive force is more than 35N/IN after 100 mm/min.

(5) Temperature range of use test

hot pressing the reinforcing plate on the TPU flat wire; and placing the flat wire into a high-low temperature pulling machine, clamping the reinforcing plate and the flat wire by a pulling end of the pulling machine, standing for 1h at a specific temperature of minus 10 ℃, starting the pulling machine to test the pulling force of the reinforcing plate and the flat wire, and if the pulling force is continuous, judging that the adhesive force is greater than 1.2N/10mm to be qualified.

(6)85 ℃, 85% RH, 1000H peel force (sticky PET): and (3) hot-pressing the reinforcing plate on the TPU flat wire, placing the TPU flat wire IN a constant-temperature constant-humidity aging box with the ambient temperature of 85 ℃ and the humidity of 85% for 1000 hours, taking out the sample, and testing the peeling force at 180 degrees, wherein the qualified TPU flat wire is obtained when the adhesive force is more than 35N/IN.
