Detailed Description

The following examples are provided to further illustrate the present invention for better understanding, but the present invention is not limited to the following examples.

In view of the low painting efficiency and the large damage to human body in the traditional painting work in the prior art, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the invention provides an automatic wall painting machine, which comprises a painting machine trolley 1, a painting power device, a painting part and a paint can 4. In order to facilitate the movement, the bottom of the trolley 1 of the painting machine is provided with four universal wheels 10. In addition, four corners of the painting trolley 1 are provided with stabilizing wing frames 11, and each stabilizing wing frame 11 comprises a supporting leg 110 with adjustable height and a connecting rod 111, one end of which is connected with the supporting leg 110, and the other end of which is connected with the painting trolley 1. In performing the painting work, the legs 110 of the four stabilizing wing frames 11 are set on the ground, and the height of the legs 110 is adjusted to raise the painting trolley 1 so that the universal wheels 10 of the painting trolley 1 are raised off the ground. In order to improve the stability of the stand bar 110, a circular support plate 112 is provided on the bottom surface of the stand bar 110 to improve the contact area of the stand bar 110 with the ground, thereby improving the stability of the support of the painter cart 1.

The painting power device comprises a first guide frame 20, a first lead screw 21, a first driving device, a second guide frame 22, a second lead screw 23, a second driving device and a brush pushing plate 25. The first driving device comprises a first motor arranged on the paint brushing machine trolley and a first speed reducer connected with the first motor through a shaft, and an output shaft of the first speed reducer is connected with the bottom end of the first screw rod 21 through a coupler. Correspondingly, the second guide frame 22 is also a U-shaped frame body, and an opening thereof is disposed downward and opposite to the opening of the first guide frame 20 when painting. The middle of one side of the supporting plate 250 facing the painting roller 31 is provided with a containing groove 252 for containing the painting roller 31, and the containing groove 252 not only can provide enough rotating space for the painting roller 31, but also can reduce the dead weight while ensuring that the containing groove has certain rigidity and strength. The side of the support plate 250 facing away from the painting roller 31 is provided with a first recess 253 for allowing the first screw 21 to pass through and a second recess 254 for allowing the second screw 23 to pass through. The two ends of the supporting plate 250 and the two ends of the painting rod 30 are welded and fixed through connecting blocks. A first through hole 255 corresponding to the first groove 253 and a second through hole 256 corresponding to the second groove 254 are arranged on one side of the connecting plate 251, which is far away from the painting roller 31, an internal thread corresponding to the first screw rod 21 is arranged in the inner wall of the first through hole 255, and an internal thread corresponding to the second screw rod 23 is arranged in the second through hole 256. The lengths of the first lead screw 21 and the second lead screw 23 are set such that at least one of the first lead screw 21 and the second lead screw 23 is always connected to the connection plate 251. In the present embodiment, the length of the second lead screw 23 may be set longer than the length of the first lead screw 21, so as to reduce the occupied height when turning over. The two end sides of the connecting plate 251 are fixedly provided with the sliding blocks 257, the sliding blocks 257 on the two sides of the connecting plate 251 are respectively and correspondingly connected in the first guide rails 26 on the two sides of the first guide frame 20 or the second guide rails 27 on the two sides of the second guide frame 22 in a sliding manner, and the arrangement of the guide rails and the sliding blocks 257 can lead the brush pushing plate 25 to play a role in guiding when moving up and down, so that the movement of the brush pushing plate is more stable. When the connecting plate 251 moves downward to the top of the first screw 23, the first screw 21 rotates and drives the connecting plate 251 to move together with the second screw 23, and after the connecting plate 251 is separated from the second screw 23, the connecting plate 23, the supporting plate 251 and the painting part are driven by the first screw 21 alone to move downward. When the painting part moves to the lowest position of the wall surface, the first position sensor receives a signal and transmits the signal to the controller, and the controller controls the first motor and the second motor 24 to rotate reversely, so that the connecting plate 251, the supporting plate 250 and the painting part move upwards under the driving of the first screw rod 21.
