Background

With the increasing severity of energy problems and environmental problems, the strong support of new energy resources in China and the increasing maturity of power battery technology, electric vehicles have become a new direction for the development of the future automobile industry. However, the electric automobile has the problems of small energy storage of the battery and unsatisfactory driving mileage after one-time charging. At present, the power supply mode of the power battery of the electric automobile is generally divided into two modes of inserting and charging with the automobile and replacing the battery, wherein the inserting and charging mode has two modes of slow charging and fast charging. The insertion charging mode has the following defects: 1. the initial investment cost of the battery is high, and the popularization of the electric automobile is hindered to a certain extent; 2. the charging time is too long, at least 2-4 hours, and compared with the oiling of a common automobile, the time spent on supplying energy by the electric automobile is too long, so that the charging is not convenient and fast, and the requirements of people cannot be met. The fast charging mode may cause great damage to the battery, resulting in shortened service life of the battery. The problem of the plug-in charging mode can be effectively avoided by adopting the mode of replacing the battery. The replacement of the battery pack can be realized only by means of the battery replacement station, so that the battery replacement station becomes necessary equipment for the rapid replacement of the battery pack.

The power conversion station is generally required to be placed in an area with large urban traffic flow due to the limitation of user groups. The area is limited by land resources, and land price is very high. When the power change station is arranged, the land price is a key factor of the profitability of the power change station. In the prior art, the battery pack storage quantity of the battery replacement station is small, the occupied space is large, the battery replacement efficiency is low, the passing requirement of a driver is not considered, and in addition, the battery pack replacement station has defects in the setting of a safety passage and the safety of the battery replacement station.

Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the application aims to provide a compact and safe electricity changing station which can not only fully utilize the occupied space, improve the resource utilization rate and reduce the investment and construction cost of the electricity changing station; the passing requirement of a driver in the battery replacement process can be fully considered, and the emergency escape system has the function of quickly escaping under the dangerous condition.

3) The compact safe type power exchanging station provided by the invention is provided with the equipment maintenance device, important moving parts in the power exchanging station, such as a stacker and a battery pack buffer device, can be maintained, the self-checking function of the power exchanging station is realized, and the normal operation of the power exchanging station can be ensured.

4) The equipment overhaulDevice for measuring the position of a moving objectwhen the maintenance task is not available, the work station can be used as a rest area for workers in the power station, the design is humanized, and the people-oriented concept is more embodied.
