Technical Field

The present invention relates to a technique for fixing a wire harness to an attachment object.

Background

For example, patent documents 1 and 2 describe a technique for fixing a wire harness to an attachment object. Patent document 1 discloses a technique of fixing a wire harness to an attachment object using a clip (clip). Further, patent document 2 discloses a technique of fixing a roof harness to a roof head lining (also referred to as a head lining, a roof trim, or the like).

Here, in the case where the wire harness is fixed by using the clip as in patent document 1, it is necessary to form a hole for fixing the clip in the object to be attached. However, when the object to which the wire harness is attached is a member exposed in a room such as a roof lining described in patent document 2, a clip fixing hole is formed in the member, and when the clip is inserted into the hole and locked, the engaged clip may be exposed in the room. In this way, depending on the object of installation, it may be inappropriate to apply a technique of forming a clip fixing hole to fix the clip.

Therefore, in patent document 2, the roof harness is fixed to the headliner by an adhesive such as a one-sided adhesive tape or a hot melt adhesive.

Disclosure of Invention

Problems to be solved by the invention

Here, since the contact area between the roof harness and the roof head lining is small, it is difficult to fix the roof harness using an article such as a double-sided adhesive tape whose adhesive force per unit area is not relatively strong and whose adhesive area is difficult to obtain. That is, the reason why the hot melt adhesive or the one-sided adhesive tape is used for fixing the roof harness to the headliner as described above is because the adhesive force per unit area is relatively strong or because a large adhesive area can be obtained.

However, in the fixing method using an adhesive such as a one-sided adhesive tape or a hot melt adhesive, the number of working steps at the time of vehicle assembly may increase.

Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a technique for easily fixing a wire harness at the time of vehicle assembly even for an attachment object that is not suitable for clip fixing by forming a clip hole.

Means for solving the problems

in order to solve the above problem, a structure for fixing a wire harness according to claim 1 includes: an interior member including a plate-like member, mounted in the interior of the vehicle; and a wire harness including an electric wire arranged along the plate-shaped member and a sheet to which the electric wire is fixed by sewing or welding, the wire harness being fixed to the interior member in a state in which the sheet is spread.

The wire harness fixing structure according to claim 2 is the wire harness fixing structure according to claim 1, further comprising a double-sided adhesive tape interposed between the sheet and the interior member.

The structure for fixing a wire harness according to claim 3 is the structure for fixing a wire harness according to claim 1 or 2, further comprising a hook and loop fastener interposed between the sheet and the interior member.

A wire harness fixing structure according to claim 4 is the wire harness fixing structure according to claim 3, wherein the hook and loop fastener includes a hook surface member fixed to the sheet and having a hook portion protruding toward the plate-like member, and a surface layer of the plate-like member is formed of a material having a shape to catch the hook portion.

A fixing structure of a wire harness according to claim 5 is the fixing structure of the wire harness according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the interior member includes a mounting member assembled to the plate-shaped member so as to straddle the electric wire, and the sheet is sandwiched between the plate-shaped member and the mounting member together with the electric wire, whereby the wire harness is fixed to the interior member.

A wire harness fixing structure according to claim 6 is the wire harness fixing structure according to claim 5, wherein a recess for accommodating the electric wire is formed in a portion of at least one of the plate-shaped member and the mounting member, the portion sandwiching the electric wire.

The structure for fixing a wire harness according to claim 7 is the structure for fixing a wire harness according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the sheet extends along a path of the electric wire.

The invention has the function of promoting the growth of fruit

according to the first to 7 th aspects, the contact area between the wire harness and the interior member can be increased, and the wire harness can be fixed to the interior member even if the fixing force per unit area is weak. Therefore, the wire harness can be fixed to the interior member by providing a fixing member or the like in advance on the wire harness. Thus, even for an installation object which is not suitable for forming the clip hole for clip fixing, the wire harness can be easily fixed at the time of vehicle assembly.

In particular, according to the 2 nd aspect, the wire harness can be easily fixed using the double-sided adhesive tape.

In particular, according to the 3 rd aspect, the wire harness can be easily fixed using the hook and loop fastener.

in particular, according to the 4 th aspect, the wire harness can be fixed to the plate-shaped member using the hook surface member provided to the wire harness. In this case, since the surface layer of the plate-like member is made of a material having a property of engaging the hook portion, the hook surface member can be engaged at any position of the plate-like member.

In particular, according to the 5 th aspect, the wire harness can be easily fixed using the plate-shaped member and the mounting member.

In particular, according to the 6 th aspect, the electric wire can be prevented from being pinched with a strong force.

In particular, according to the 7 th aspect, the increase in weight due to the provision of the sheet can be suppressed by reducing the area of the sheet.
