A self-luminous four-side warning method for intersection construction comprises the following steps:

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, a portable retractable four-side warning light for intersection construction includes a box body 100, the box body 100 is a rectangular shell structure with an open end and a closed end, and a box cover 110 is installed at the open end of the box body 100.

In a preferred embodiment, rollers 120 are disposed in the side surface of the box body 100, a pull rod 130 is disposed on the side surface of the box body 100, and the side surface of the box body 100 on which the rollers 120 are disposed is parallel to the side surface of the box body 100 on which the pull rod 130 is disposed, wherein the pull rod 130 is a telescopic pull rod structure, which is similar to a pull rod structure on a luggage case, and is not described herein again for the prior art, and the arrangement of the pull rod 130 and the rollers 120 can enable a worker to move the present invention more easily and conveniently.

As shown in fig. 3, 5, 9-10, the supporting mechanism includes four groups of supporting members respectively distributed at four right angles of the bottom cover 110, and four side surfaces of the box 100 are respectively provided with an avoiding notch 101 for avoiding the supporting members; the support member may protrude to the outside of the casing 100 through the relief notch 101 and support the casing 100.

The support member includes a mount 210 mounted on the bottom cover 110 and a support assembly 230 mounted on the mount 210.

The axial direction of the driving threaded rod 231 is perpendicular to the large surface of the bottom cover 110, the driving threaded rod 231 is installed on the installation seat 210 and rotates around the axial direction of the driving threaded rod 231, the driving rod 232 is installed on the external thread of the driving threaded rod 231, the driving rod 232 and the installation seat 210 form sliding guide fit with the guiding direction perpendicular to the large surface of the bottom cover 110, and the driving threaded rod 231 rotates and pulls the driving rod 232 to move along the axial direction of the driving threaded rod 231.

The turning rod 233 is located on one side of the driving rod 232 facing the avoidance notch 101, the end portion of the turning rod 233 close to the bottom cover 110 is hinged to the mounting seat 210, a hinge shaft formed at the hinge position of the turning rod 233 and the mounting seat 210 is a rotating shaft a, and the axial direction of the rotating shaft a is parallel to the large surface of the bottom cover 110.

The end of the turning rod 233 far away from the bottom cover 110 is provided with a supporting foot.

A linkage part is arranged between the turning rod 233 and the driving rod 232, the linkage part is used for receiving driving force generated by movement of the driving rod 232 and driving the turning rod 233 to deflect axially around the rotating shaft a, when the box body 100 is dragged to a preset place, the driving mechanism 220 drives the driving threaded rod 231 to rotate, the driving threaded rod 231 rotates and drives the driving rod 232 to move away from the bottom cover 110, the driving rod 232 moves and drives the turning rod 233 to deflect axially around the rotating shaft a through the linkage part, and then the supporting legs penetrate through the avoiding notch 101 and are contacted with the ground, and further the box body 100 is supported through the supporting legs in the four groups of supporting members, at the moment, as the driving threaded rod 231 is in threaded connection with the driving rod 232, and the threaded connection has self-locking property, the box body 100 can be stably supported through the four groups of supporting legs.

Specifically, the linkage member includes a linkage rod perpendicular to the end of the driving rod 232 close to the bottom cover 110, and a linkage frame 236 obliquely installed on the end of the turning rod 233 close to the bottom cover 110, the distance between the linkage frame 236 and the turning rod 233 decreases in the direction from the open end of the box 100 to the closed end, and the linkage frame 236 and the linkage rod are both located between the driving rod 232 and the turning rod 233; the linking frame 236 may be composed of two obliquely arranged rods shown in fig. 10 of this specification, or may be of other frame structures as long as the driving rod 232 is not affected to drive the turning rod 233 to deflect.

The linkage rod is provided with a linkage area 237 which has a guiding direction parallel to the large surface of the bottom cover 110 and perpendicular to the axial direction of the rotating shaft a.

The end of the linkage frame 236 facing the bottom cover 110 is provided with a linkage shaft 238 which is axially parallel to the axial direction of the rotating shaft a, and the linkage shaft 238 is in sliding guide fit with the linkage area 237; when the driving rod 232 moves away from the bottom cover 110, the rotation rod 233 is pulled to deflect axially around the rotation axis a by the cooperation of the linking area 237 and the linking shaft 238.

In a preferred embodiment, the supporting foot is composed of an adjusting threaded rod 234 and a supporting foot seat 235, wherein the adjusting threaded rod 234 is perpendicular to the turning rod 233, the adjusting threaded rod 234 is in threaded connection with the turning rod 233, and the adjusting threaded rod 234 can move along the axial direction of the adjusting threaded rod 234 while rotating around the axial direction of the adjusting threaded rod.

The support foot 235 is mounted on the end of the adjustment threaded rod 234.

When the supporting member 230 is unfolded and the supporting leg base 235 is located on the ground, the worker can adjust the height of the supporting leg base 235 according to the specific concave-convex condition of the ground, so that the supporting mechanism can stably support the box body 100.

As shown in fig. 7, the driving mechanism 220 includes a power transmission member and a driving motor 221 installed in the box 100, the power transmission member is used for receiving power output by the driving motor 221 and driving the driving threaded rods 231 in the four sets of support assemblies 230 to rotate around their own axes; the power transmission member may be composed of a first power transmission member 222 disposed between the output end of the driving motor 221 and the driving threaded rods 231 in any one of the sets of supporting assemblies 230 and a second power transmission member 223 disposed between the four sets of driving threaded rods 231 as shown in fig. 7 of this specification, the first power transmission member 222 is a speed reduction belt transmission structure with a transmission ratio greater than one, the second power transmission member 223 is a belt transmission structure with a transmission ratio of one, and the power transmission member may also be composed of other power transmission structures as long as synchronous and same-direction rotation of the four driving threaded rods 231 is realized.

The whole operation process of the supporting device 200 is embodied as follows: after the box 100 is dragged to the preset place, the worker retracts the pull rod 130 and makes the box 100 lie on the ground, then, the worker transmits signals to the driving motor 221 through mobile phone APP or a controller and other control modes, the driving motor 221 runs and drives the driving threaded rods 231 in the four groups of supporting assemblies 230 to rotate through the power transmission member, the turning rods 233 deflect, the supporting legs penetrate through the avoiding notches 101 and contact the supporting foot seats 235 in the supporting legs with the ground, the driving motor 221 stops running, and the worker finely adjusts the height of the supporting foot seats 235 to be suitable for the ground condition of the preset place.

In the above process, when the supporting foot seats 235 contact with the ground, the box body 100 can be set to ascend under the action of the reaction force between the supporting foot seats 235 and the ground and be separated from the contact with the ground, which means that the box body 100 is supported by the four supporting foot seats 235, when the ground is uneven, the heights of the four supporting foot seats 235 can be finely adjusted, so that the supporting mechanism stably supports the box body 100, in addition, the box body 100 can be horizontally arranged, so that the four warning boards 342 in the subsequent warning device 300 are kept vertical and at the same height, the phenomenon that part of the warning boards 342 inclines does not occur, and a vehicle driver can more clearly observe the content on the warning boards 342.

As shown in fig. 11-13, the warning device 300 includes a power mechanism 320, a self-unfolding mechanism 330, a warning mechanism 340, and a guiding frame 310 installed in the box 100, wherein the guiding frame 310 is used for performing a vertical guiding function during the unfolding process of the self-unfolding mechanism 330, the power mechanism 320 is used for driving the self-unfolding mechanism 330 to operate, the self-unfolding mechanism 330 is used for unfolding the warning mechanism 340, the self-unfolding mechanism 330 is set to switch between a folded state and an unfolded state, and the warning mechanism 340 is used for warning pedestrians and vehicles at the intersection; the self-unfolding mechanism 330 and the warning mechanism 340 are located in the middle of the large surface of the bottom cover 110, so that after the warning mechanism 340 is unfolded, the gravity centers of the warning mechanism 340 and the self-unfolding mechanism 330 are located on the vertical center line of the box body 100, and the self-unfolding mechanism is not easily blown down by external force such as wind.

As shown in fig. 3, an extending opening 102 is opened at the middle position of the closed end of the box body 100, an accommodating groove 103 communicated with the extending opening 102 is further provided at the closed end of the box body 100, a through hole 104 for extending from the unfolding mechanism 330 to the box body 100 is opened at the bottom of the accommodating groove 103, and the through hole 104 is communicated with the extending opening 102.
