Background

Garlic is a common food material in daily life, is rich in nutrition, and has the effects of health care, disease resistance, sterilization and the like, so that the garlic is deeply popular with the public. In order to prevent the garlic cloves from rigidly colliding, the invention improves that the bulges are elastic rubber bulges.

In order to further improve the garlic peeling efficiency, the invention improves that the barrel body is also provided with a water tank, the water tank is connected with a water outlet pipe through a water pump, the water outlet pipe is connected with the box body, a water outlet pipeline is arranged in the box body, and a water outlet hole is arranged on the water outlet pipeline.

In order to prevent the garlic cloves from rigidly colliding, the invention improves that the inner side of the box body is also provided with a rubber gasket.

In order to prevent the garlic cloves from rigidly colliding, the surface of the driving roller is improved by a rubber layer.

In order to improve the blowing effect, the invention has the improvement that the blowing outlets are connected with the blower, and the number of the blowing outlets is multiple and is uniformly arranged above the screen.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the abundant garlic system of skinning of novel structure through tertiary clearance, reaches abundant garlic skin and gets rid of and clear up, and is convenient, swift and efficient, and whole journey need not be artifical, only need at last with the garlic clove after clearing up clear up can, great saving manpower and materials, efficient.

In order to explain technical contents, structural features, and objects and effects of the present invention in detail, the following detailed description is given with reference to the accompanying drawings in conjunction with the embodiments.

When the garlic peeling machine is used, firstly, garlic cloves are placed into the garlic peeling machine through the garlic inlet 3, the garlic cloves continuously move downwards along the spiral channel 4, the motor arranged outside the barrel body 2 drives the roller 5 to rotate, the garlic cloves are kneaded by the bulges 6 when the roller 5 rotates and are quickly and tightly peeled during kneading, the garlic is also prevented from being kneaded thoroughly because of the elastic rubber bulges 6, the garlic cloves enter the secondary cleaning box after being transmitted by the spiral channel 4, the garlic skins cleaned on the primary cleaning box directly fall to the bottom of the barrel body 2 from the gap between the roller 5 and fall into the garlic skins 11 or directly follow the collecting tank to transmit to the secondary cleaning box, the driving roller 8 of the secondary cleaning box transmits each garlic clove, the distance between the two driving rollers 8 is larger than the distance between the garlic skins, the garlic skins directly fall into the garlic collecting tank 11 from the driving rollers 8, simultaneously, cleaning brush 9 carries out the secondary clearance to the garlic clove, clear up complete garlic clove and directly drop out through a garlic clove mouth 10, the garlic clove after dropping out further falls on screen cloth 16, the screen cloth 16 of vibration carries out final separation to garlic skin and garlic clove, the export 19 of blowing is bloied towards the garlic clove, the screen cloth 16 that the slope set up makes the continuous downstream of garlic clove in the vibration, and finally drop in collecting basket 18, the final garlic skin that takes out from screen cloth 16 is accomodate by the garlic skin collecting vat of bottom.

The blowing outlets 19 are connected with the air blower, and the number of the blowing outlets 19 is multiple and is uniformly arranged above the screen 16.

Through the three-level cleaning of the garlic skins, the completeness of removing the garlic skins is ensured, and the complete output of the garlic cloves is ensured.

Further, in order to enhance the cleaning efficiency of the garlic cloves, the barrel body 2 is further provided with a water tank 12, the water tank 12 is connected with a water outlet pipe 14 through a water pump 13, the water outlet pipe is connected with the box body, a water outlet pipeline 20 is arranged in the box body, and a water outlet hole 21 is formed in the water outlet pipeline 20.

After the garlic cloves enter the box body, the water pump starts to directly flow water in the water tank to the water outlet pipeline 20, the water outlet pipeline 20 sprays and cleans the garlic cloves on the transmission shaft, the garlic cloves are easier to peel after being washed by water, the cleaning brush is cleaner, and the garlic skins completely fall off.

Furthermore, the air outlet 19 is connected with a heating pipe, so that the blown air is hot air, the garlic cloves are further dried, and the garlic cloves finally reaching the collecting basket 18 are ensured to be more round and clean.

In the embodiment, the elastic gasket is arranged on the inner wall of the spiral channel in the box body, so that damage to garlic cloves caused by rigid collision of the garlic cloves is prevented.

The rubber layer arranged on the driving roller also ensures the integrity of the garlic cloves.
