The angle of the blowing pipe 610 inclining towards the air outlet 63 of the bottom suction device determines the vertical component and the horizontal component of the air blown to the ground garbage, and simultaneously determines the garbage suction effect of the bottom suction device, and experiments prove that the angle alpha of the blowing pipe 610 inclining towards the air outlet 63 of the bottom suction device is suitable for being selected to be 45-55 degrees, and the preferred inclination angle alpha is 50 degrees.

As shown in fig. 5, the tail end of the rubber plate lifting electric push rod 66 is hinged to a bracket 611 fixed on the housing 61, the end of the rubber plate lifting electric push rod 66 is connected to a lining plate 612 disposed inside the adjustable rubber plate 65, a pair of wheel frame plates 613 are disposed on the inner side of the lining plate 612, the wheel frame plates 613 are disposed in wheel frame plate moving slots disposed on the front side plate of the housing 61, and rollers 614 engaged with the inner side surface of the front side plate of the housing 61 are mounted on the inner side of the front side plate of the housing 61 through the wheel frame plates 613. The adjustable rubber plate 65 is driven by the rubber plate lifting electric push rod 66 to move up and down along the front side plate of the shell 61, so that the opening degree of a suction port of the bottom suction device can be adjusted.

As shown in fig. 6, the garbage collection bag 8 of the self-suction garbage cleaning vehicle adopting the air circulation working mode is a rectangular-section cloth bag made of double-sided waterproof canvas bonded by an adhesive, bag hanging holes 81 are distributed around the upper end bag opening of the garbage collection bag 8 and around the bottom of the bag body, and during specific implementation, the bag hanging holes 81 are provided with hole buckles. The inner side surface of the upper bag opening of the garbage collection bag 8 is provided with a bag body connecting nylon thread gluing 82 which surrounds the bag opening for a circle.

Referring to fig. 7, the bag hanging frame 7 of the self-suction garbage cleaning vehicle with the air circulation working mode is of a foldable structure so as to meet the use requirements of two garbage collecting bags 8 of a large garbage collecting bag and a small garbage collecting bag. The bag hanging frame 7 is formed by connecting a rectangular main frame body 71 and a rectangular auxiliary frame body 72 which have the same external dimension through at least two auxiliary hinges 73. The main frame body 71 is distributed with bolt holes 74 used for being connected with the garbage filter box 3 and a main frame body bag hanging convex column 75 matched with a bag hanging hole 81 of the garbage collection bag 8, a nylon thread gluing 76 is connected with the main frame body matched with the bag body connection nylon thread gluing 82 along the front frame and two side frames of the main frame body bag hanging convex column 75, a frame body folding hook 77 is arranged in the middle of the inner side of the front frame of the main frame body 71, the frame body folding hook 77 is hinged with the main frame body 71 and is assembled with a torsion spring or a pressure spring, so that the rear frame of the auxiliary frame body 72 can enter the hook body of the hook and keep the matching of the hook body and the rear frame of the auxiliary frame body 72. The auxiliary frame body 72 is provided with a main frame body butt sealing strip 78 and an auxiliary frame body butt sealing strip 78, the main frame body butt sealing strip 78 and the auxiliary frame body butt sealing strip 78 are elastic rubber plates, and gaps are formed in positions of the elastic rubber plates corresponding to the main frame body bag hanging convex columns 75. The bag hanging convex columns 79 matched with the bag hanging holes 81 of the garbage collection bag 8 are distributed on the rear frame and the two side frames of the auxiliary frame 72, the auxiliary frame body connection nylon fasteners 710 are arranged below the auxiliary frame body bag hanging convex columns 79 along the rear frame and the two side frames of the auxiliary frame 72, the main frame body bag hanging convex columns 75, the auxiliary frame body bag hanging convex columns 79 are matched with the bag hanging holes 81 at the bag mouth of the garbage collection bag 8 to realize the bag hanging connection of the garbage collection bag 8 and the bag hanging frame 7, and the main frame body connection nylon fasteners 76, the auxiliary frame body connection nylon fasteners 710 are matched with the bag body connection nylon fasteners 82 to realize the connection and sealing of the garbage collection bag 8 and the bag hanging frame 7. A frame body unfolding hanging ring 711 is arranged on the rear frame of the auxiliary frame body 72 and is used for connecting the unfolded auxiliary frame body 72 with a pull rod arranged on the vehicle body to realize the position fixation of the unfolded auxiliary frame body 72. At least two sliding seal plates 712 for sealing the expanded sub-frame 72 are provided in the frame of the sub-frame 72. The edge of the sliding seal plate 712 is fitted into a sliding caulking groove on the inner side of the frame of the sub-frame 72, and the sliding seal plate 712 is provided with a seal strip for sealing the joint between the sliding seal plate 712 and the sub-frame 72 and the joint between the two sliding seal plates.

As shown in fig. 8, the bag body bracket 9 of the self-suction type garbage cleaning vehicle adopting the air circulation working mode is of a telescopic structure so as to meet the use requirements of two garbage collecting bags 8 of a large garbage collecting bag and a small garbage collecting bag. Bag body bracket 9 including the fixed frame 91 that is the rectangle, the both sides frame of fixed frame 91 is channel steel structure, it hangs a bag projection 92 to distribute on the preceding frame of fixed frame 91 and the both sides frame, sliding fit sets up flexible frame 93 in fixed frame 91, it has fixed bag projection 94 to hang to distribute on the back frame of flexible frame 93, is equipped with scalable string bag projection 95 on the both sides frame of flexible frame 93. The telescopic bag hanging convex column 95 adopts a telescopic pin, and after the telescopic frame 93 is pulled out, a pin body is pulled out to be matched with the bag hanging hole 81 at the bottom of the garbage collection bag 8. The fixed frame 91 is provided with a telescopic frame fixing jackscrew 96 on both side frames for fixing the telescopic frame 93 after it is telescopic. As shown in fig. 8, rollers may be disposed on two side frames of the telescopic frame 93 to facilitate the telescopic operation of the telescopic frame 93.

The convex column for matching with the bag hanging hole 81 is designed into an anti-slip structure with a rough surface or a ring groove so as to increase the stability of matching between the convex column for hanging the bag and the bag hanging hole.

Fig. 9 shows the specific structure of the air intake three-way valve 11 of the bottom suction device of the self-suction type garbage cleaning vehicle in the air circulation working mode. The bottom suction device air inlet three-way valve 11 comprises a Y-shaped three-way pipe body 111, the inlet of the three-way pipe body 111 is connected with the exhaust port of the dust collection fan 2 through the flexible pipe 10, the outlet of the three-way pipe body 111 is connected with the air inlet 62 of the bottom suction device 6, the exhaust port of the three-way pipe body 111 is provided with a port sealing cover and is provided with exhaust holes, a valve plate 112 hinged with the three-way pipe body 111 is arranged in the three-way pipe body 111, a valve plate electric push rod 113 is arranged outside the three-way pipe body 111, the tail seat end of the valve plate electric push rod 113 is hinged with the three-way pipe body 111, and the push rod end of the valve plate electric push rod 113 is hinged with the plate handle end of the valve plate 112. The valve plate 112 is controlled by the valve plate electric push rod 113 to stop the air flow from the inlet to the outlet of the three-way pipe body 111 or stop the air flow from the inlet to the exhaust port of the three-way pipe body 111.

As shown in fig. 10, the side suction pipe 12 of the self-suction type garbage cleaning cart with the air circulation working mode comprises a carbon fiber rigid pipe body 121, a handle 122 for performing ground garbage suction by holding the rigid pipe body 121 in hand is arranged at the upper part of the rigid pipe body 121, and the handle 122 is composed of a handle rod, a grip and an arc-shaped arm support arranged at the rear end of the handle rod. The lower end of the rigid pipe body 121 is connected with the air outlet 63 of the bottom suction device in a plug-in manner.

When this air current circulation working method's self-priming rubbish cleaning cart is used for cleaning operation, start dust absorption fan 2, ground rubbish is inhaled through end suction device 6 and is picked up and carry out the rubbish filtration in getting into rubbish rose box 3 along with the air current, and rubbish such as cigarette butt, peel, wastepaper, fallen leaves that filter down falls into rubbish collection bag 8, and the air current that carries the dust gets into carries out the dust filtration in the dust rose box 4, and the air after the filtration gets into end suction device 6 again through dust absorption fan 2 gas vent and carries out cycle work. The flexible hose 13 for connecting the side suction pipe 12 and the trash filter box 3 is a plastic spiral pipe having a desired rigidity, and at the same time, having a desired flexibility and flexibility.
