The threaded sleeve 64 is internally provided with a buffer spring 66, the buffer spring 66 is arranged between the pressure sensor 7 and the connecting plate 6502, and the pressure sensor 7 is subjected to pressure when the buffer spring 66 is compressed.

When the buffer spring 66 is in the maximum compression state, the upper end surface of the support pad 65 contacts with the bottom end surface of the threaded sleeve 64, and the support pad 65 is prevented from colliding with the threaded sleeve 64.

A voice control system comprises a control module 4 and a voice module 5 which are arranged in a second cavity 21, wherein the control module 4 comprises a PLC (programmable logic controller), a pressure sensor 7 arranged in a fourth cavity 6301 transmits a pressure signal to the PLC, when the pressure reaches a threshold value set by the PLC, the PLC controls the voice module 5 to be started, and the voice module 5 sends a voice signal, such as password voice of 'one or two one' and the like or walking guide, so that auditory impact is given to a patient to assist walking;

when the pressure is lower than the threshold value set by the PLC controller, the patient starts to walk at the moment, and the PLC controller controls the voice module 5 to be closed.

Before use, the main crutch is connected with different connecting holes 2201 through the fastening bolt 62, and then the fastening bolt 62 is screwed, so that the overall height of the main crutch 6 is adjusted, and the overall height of the crutch suitable for a patient is convenient to adjust.

When the crutch is used, a patient walks by leaning on the crutch, and the design of the buffer spring 66 can reduce the reaction force of the crutch on the arm of the patient when leaning on the crutch, so that the discomfort of the arm is reduced; meanwhile, the buffer function can reduce the vibration sense generated by the collision between the crutch and the ground, and reduce the body fatigue.
