As shown in fig. 1-7, the reinforcing steel bar forming conveyor of the invention comprises a supporting power conveying mechanism 1, an extrusion molding machine 2, a fixed anti-shaking mechanism 3 and a burr cleaning mechanism 4; the supporting power conveying mechanisms 1 are uniformly and closely arranged and comprise a rotary table 11, a sliding block 12, a spring 13, a sliding support 14 and a chord rubber strip 15; the rotary table 11 is arranged at the right lower end of the steel bar, and sliding supports 14 are uniformly and fixedly arranged in the rotary table 11; the number of the sliding supports 14 is two, the sliding supports 14 are symmetrically and oppositely arranged, and the sliding blocks 12 are slidably mounted on the upper surface inside the sliding supports 14; the lower surface of the sliding block 12 is fixedly connected with a spring 13, and a string rubber strip 15 is fixedly arranged in the sliding block 12; the lower end of the spring 13 is fixedly connected to the center inside the rotary table 11, and the spring 13 is mainly used for fixing the sliding block 12 and preventing the sliding block 12 from being separated from the device main body; the cross section of the string rubber strip 15 is rectangular, and the upper end of the string rubber strip 15 is supported on the lower surface of the steel bar in a sliding manner; when the steel bar is just extruded out of the die, the steel bar is in an easily deformable state, and if corresponding measures are not taken in the conveying process, the steel bar is easily deformed to influence the overall quality; when the turntable 11 starts to do high-speed rotation movement, under the action of the rotating force of the turntable 11, the string rubber strip 15 rotates at high speed, namely the string rubber strip 15 is continuously attached to the lower surface of the steel bar to promote the steel bar to be conveyed to the right under the action of friction force, the lower end of the string rubber strip 15 is arranged on the sliding block 12, when the string rubber strip 15 rotates to the right to be separated from the contact with the steel bar, the sliding block 12 slides to the left along the sliding support 14 due to the friction force, and the lower end of the sliding block 12 is connected with the spring 13, so that the sliding block 12 cannot be separated from the sliding support 14 no matter how to slide, namely, the time that the string rubber strip 15 stays on the lower surface of the steel bar is prolonged, each section of the steel bar is supported by the string rubber strip 15, the supporting area is increased, the phenomenon that the steel bar is locally bent is prevented from influencing the production quality, and, is beneficial to cutting.

The inner wall of one end of the string rubber strip 15 close to the steel bar is uniformly provided with absorption grooves 5; the absorption groove 5 is trapezoidal, and the absorption groove 5 is mainly used for absorbing burrs on the lower surface of the reinforcing steel bar; when the steel bar is extruded out of the die, the surface of the steel bar has certain residual burrs, so that the production quality problem is easily caused if the burrs are not cleaned, and meanwhile, the burrs easily cut the skin directly contacting the steel bar after the steel bar is cooled, so that the safety problem is caused; according to the invention, when the string rubber strip 15 continuously rotates, the upper surface of the string rubber strip 15 is fully contacted with the lower surface of the reinforcing steel bar, because the rotating speed of the string rubber strip 15 is higher than the advancing speed of the reinforcing steel bar, the string rubber strip 15 can slide on the lower surface of the reinforcing steel bar, the absorption groove 5 of the contact surface of the string rubber strip continuously slides on the lower surface of the reinforcing steel bar, when burrs are on the lower surface of the reinforcing steel bar, the burrs slide into the absorption groove 5 in the sliding process of the string rubber strip 15, the burrs are contacted with the chamfer at the left end of the absorption groove 5 when the string rubber strip 15 continuously slides, the burrs are scraped by the chamfer and fall into the bottom of the absorption groove 5, and the burrs do not secondarily contact with the reinforcing steel bar due to the fact that the bottom of the absorption groove 5 is not secondarily contacted with.

The lower surface of the left end of the absorption groove 5 is provided with an air hole 6; the air hole 6 is obliquely arranged at the upper right part, and the lower end of the air hole 6 is provided with an air pressure groove 7; the air pressure groove 7 is arranged below the absorbing groove 5, and positioning metal strips 8 are fixedly arranged at two ends of the air pressure groove 7; the positioning metal strip 8 is fixedly arranged in the inner wall of one end, close to the steel bar, of the string rubber strip 15, and the positioning metal strip 8 is mainly used for preventing the air pressure groove 7 from deforming along with the string rubber strip 15 to influence the working efficiency; when the burrs on the surface of the steel bar are scraped, the burrs are easily adhered to the bottom of the absorption groove 5, the adhesion is increased along with the time, the working efficiency is influenced, and the possibility of secondary scraping on the lower surface of the steel bar is caused again; according to the invention, when the string rubber strip 15 is separated from the lower surface of the steel bar, the bending angle of the string rubber strip 15 is larger, so that the air pressure groove 7 is bent, because the inner walls of the upper end and the lower end of the air pressure groove 7 are thicker, and the fixing function of the positioning metal strip 8 is also provided, the air pressure groove 7 can not be contracted and stretched, namely, the internal space is enlarged, when the string rubber strip 15 is completely separated from the lower surface of the steel bar, the string rubber strip is collapsed under the action of elasticity at one moment, the air pressure groove 7 is instantaneously contracted, the internal space is reduced, the air pressure is finally released outwards through the air hole 6, the released air is blown to the bottom of the absorption groove 5, burrs adhered to the bottom of the absorption groove are blown out to realize cleaning, more and more burrs in the absorption groove 5 are avoided, and.

The fixed anti-shaking mechanism 3 consists of a metal flexible shaft 31, a foam ring 32 and a fixed connecting rod 33; the foam ring 32 is annular, the foam ring 32 is attached to the outer surface of the steel bar, and the metal flexible shaft 31 is fixedly installed inside the foam ring 32; the metal flexible shaft 31 is annular, the metal flexible shaft 31 is mainly used for mounting a foam ring 32, and the trisection position of the outer surface of the metal flexible shaft 31 is rotatably provided with a fixed connecting rod 33; the left end of the fixed connecting rod 33 is fixedly connected to the outer surface of the right end of the extrusion molding machine 2, and the fixed connecting rod 33 is mainly used for fixing the metal flexible shaft 31; when the reinforcing steel bar comes out of the extrusion molding machine 2, the reinforcing steel bar can be driven to shake up and down due to the vibration of the machine, if the reinforcing steel bar is not fixed, the reinforcing steel bar is easy to bend in an easily deformed state, and the production efficiency and the yield are greatly influenced; according to the invention, the metal flexible shaft 31 is arranged, so that the steel bars can be flexibly fixed when passing out of the extrusion molding machine 2, meanwhile, the foam ring 32 arranged on the outer surface of the metal flexible shaft can not damage the outer surface of the steel bars while the foam ring plays a fixing role, and the foam ring 32 rotates towards the left end in the process that the steel bars advance towards the right end, so that the metal flexible shaft 31 is rotatably arranged on the fixed connecting rod 33, the metal flexible shaft 31 can be ensured to be always kept at a certain fixed position for convenient work, and the steel bars are prevented from being deformed due to vertical jumping.

The inner side of the brush 412 is attached to the outer surface of the steel bar, and the brush 412 is mainly used for cleaning burrs on the outer surface of the steel bar; bristles in the general brush 412 are densely distributed, and when burrs enter the brush 412, the burrs are difficult to clean due to layer-by-layer blocking, so that the burrs are more and more after the bristles grow for a long time, and meanwhile, a plurality of burrs are remained on the upper surface of the steel bar at the left end of the brush 412 and cannot be cleaned at the first time, so that the outer surface of the steel bar is scratched; according to the invention, the bristles are arranged in a spiral shape, and a gap is reserved in the middle, so that when the bristles 412 brush down burrs, the burrs inside the bristles are blown to the outside of the bristles 412 by blowing of the air bag 414, thereby solving the problem of residues inside the bristles 412, and meanwhile, when the bristles are brushed out by the spiral bristles 412, the bristles can give a rotating force to the burrs to spirally fall, thereby preventing the bristles from being remained on the upper surface of the reinforcing steel bar and rolling into the bristles 412 again to scrape the outer surface of the reinforcing steel bar along with the advancement of the reinforcing steel bar.

The specific working process is as follows:

when the device works, the extruded reinforcing steel bar moves to the right and passes through the metal flexible shaft 31, the foam ring 32 fixes the reinforcing steel bar, along with the movement of the reinforcing steel bar, the first bevel gear 402 starts to rotate, the first bevel gear 402 rotates to drive the second bevel gear 403 to rotate, the second bevel gear 403 rotates to drive the third bevel gear 405 to rotate, namely, the rotating rod 406 rotates, the first straight gear 409 rotates to drive the second straight gear 410 to rotate, the brush 412 rotates around the reinforcing steel bar to clean burrs of the reinforcing steel bar, the bristles are spirally arranged, a rotating force is added when the burrs are cleaned, the bristles fall below the upper surface of the reinforcing steel bar to avoid being stopped to damage, because the second straight gear 410 is wider than the first straight gear 409 and the burrs on the surface of the reinforcing steel bar are different in size, the second straight gear 410 moves left and right along the first straight gear 409 while rotating, and when the second straight gear 410 moves to the right, the extrusion ring 413 is forced to extrude the air bag 414, the air bag 414 is extruded to discharge the internal air through the lower end air pipe to blow out and drop the burrs brushed by the brush 412, the internal air falls into the outside through the through hole at the lower end of the protective frame 401 to be convenient for centralized treatment, the reinforcing steel bars after primary treatment of the burrs continuously move rightwards to meet the supporting power conveying mechanism 1, because the rotating speed of the rotating disc 11 of the supporting power conveying mechanism 1 is faster than the moving speed of the reinforcing steel bars, the string rubber strips 15 do back and forth friction motion on the lower surfaces of the reinforcing steel bars, the reinforcing steel bars can rapidly dissipate heat, meanwhile, the burrs on the lower surfaces of the reinforcing steel bars can be rapidly cleaned, when the string rubber strips 15 are fully attached to the lower surfaces of the reinforcing steel bars, the burrs on the lower surfaces of the reinforcing steel bars can be rapidly scraped off by the oblique angles of the absorption grooves 5 arranged in the string rubber strips, namely, the air pressure groove 7 is fully stretched, instantly collapses and straightens due to the elastic action of the rubber at the moment of separation, and the air in the air pressure groove 7 is compressed, so that high-pressure air is sprayed out along the air holes 6 to clean the adhered burrs in the absorption groove 5.
