A flue gas recovery method for a casting site is characterized in that firstly, a flue gas channel is arranged in a casting weight body; then, the weight body is placed on a sand mold sand box in a casting mold mould assembling state, and the air inlet of the flue gas channel corresponds to the positions of the sprue cup, the sand mold air hole and the casting riser, so that flue gas recovery is carried out; the recovered flue gas is connected to the gas inlet of the flue gas centralized recovery processing equipment through a pipeline; the centralized recovery processing equipment is provided with an air extractor, and negative pressure is formed in the flue gas channel;

the method comprises the following specific steps:

1) the inner cavity of the flue gas channel forms a combustion chamber, and a pilot device is arranged in the combustion chamber to perform combustion treatment on the part which is insufficiently combusted in the recovered gas;

2) the top of the combustion chamber is connected with a gas processing chamber through an exhaust channel, and gas is further processed by filling a gas processing medium in the gas processing chamber;

3) the gas treated by the gas treatment chamber enters the liquid accumulation tank from a gas collection port of the gas treatment chamber, and the gas is further treated by the gas treatment liquid in the liquid accumulation tank;

4) the upper part of the liquid accumulation groove is connected with an air suction channel of an air inlet of the flue gas centralized recovery processing equipment, and a photocatalytic processing device is arranged in front of an inlet of the air suction channel to further process the gas.

The flue gas recovery method for the foundry as claimed in claim 8, wherein the flue gas which is not emitted from the positions of the pouring cup, the sand mold air hole and the casting riser is treated by the following method: a side suction channel is arranged on the side surface of the weight body, the side suction channel is communicated with the flue gas channel, and the side suction channel sucks the flue gas;

the air inlet end of the side suction channel is detachably connected with a sealing plate for starting or stopping the side suction channel.

The flue gas recovery method in the casting site according to claim 8, wherein the steps 1) to 3) are repeated for a plurality of times, and the method is realized by the following steps: the same plurality of weight bodies are detachably connected in a stacking manner, a flue gas channel of the upper weight body is communicated above the liquid accumulating groove of the lower weight body, the bottommost weight body is arranged on a sand mold box in a mold assembling state, and a suction channel of an air inlet of the flue gas centralized recovery processing device is connected above the liquid accumulating groove of the topmost weight body.
