Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of agricultural presses, in particular to a device capable of cutting tobacco straws and performing compression molding.

Background

For a long time, the treatment of tobacco straws mainly adopts the extensive modes of field discarding, burning, cooking by fire, burning and warming and the like, and a reasonable resource utilization means is lacked. Although resource utilization approaches such as granular formed fuel and biological carbonized fertilizer taking tobacco straws as raw materials appear in recent years, the tobacco straws are directly transported to a processing field from the field, and the resource utilization popularization speed of the tobacco straws is severely restricted due to the scattered distribution of the tobacco straws, time and labor waste and high transportation logistics cost. Therefore, there is a need for a device that can cut tobacco stalks into pieces, compress them into bales, and facilitate transportation.

In addition, the plant stems of tobacco stalks, which have the same chemical components as the main chemical components of wood materials and a high lignin content, are required to be preheated to soften and melt the lignin contained therein to become binders (qianxiang, research on the characteristics of stalk cutting and compression molding and equipment research [ D ] zhejiang university, 2003) for molding. In the prior art, a common compression device such as a straw baler is more suitable for relatively soft plant stalks, and compared with other crop stalks, tobacco stalks with high lignin content are not beneficial to forming during compression, so that the development of a tobacco stalk compression forming device has heavy technical difficulty.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides a device which can cut tobacco straws into pieces, preheat and compress the tobacco straws for packing and transportation.

In order to achieve the above purpose, the present invention provides a tobacco straw chopping and compression molding device, which comprises a tobacco straw chopper and a compression molding device, wherein the compression molding device is internally provided with a preheating bin, a feeding hopper, a pre-compression chamber and a compression chamber in sequence, wherein:

the preheating bin is provided with a feeding hole and a discharging hole, a heating device is further arranged in the side wall of the preheating bin, a heat insulation layer is arranged in the bin wall of the preheating bin, and a temperature sensor is further arranged on the preheating bin; the feed inlet is communicated with a grass outlet arranged on the tobacco straw chopper through flange connection;

the upper part of the feeding hopper is communicated with the feed opening of the preheating bin, a bin door capable of being opened and closed is arranged at the communication position, and the lower part of the feeding hopper is communicated with the pre-compression chamber;

the feeding hopper is arranged above the pre-compression chamber and comprises a guide plate fixed on the side wall of the feeding hopper, a movable connecting rod with the top end arranged on the side wall of the feeding hopper opposite to the guide plate in a sliding manner, and a material baffle plate connected to the lower end of the movable connecting rod and driven by the compression push plate to move towards the direction close to the guide plate;

the pre-compression chamber comprises a compression push plate and a first driving device for driving the compression push plate;

the compression chamber is arranged on one side of the pre-compression chamber, which is far away from the compression push plate, a discharge hole is formed in one side of the compression chamber, and a discharge push plate and a second driving device for driving the discharge push plate are arranged on the other side of the compression chamber.

Preferably, the first driving device comprises a main compression cylinder and a compression connecting rod connected with the main compression cylinder and the compression push plate; the second driving device comprises a discharging oil cylinder and a discharging compression rod connected with the discharging oil cylinder and the discharging push plate.

Preferably, the movable connecting rod comprises two hinged connecting rods, the top end of the connecting rod positioned above the movable connecting rod is connected to the first sliding rail arranged on the side wall of the hopper in a sliding manner, and the tail end of the connecting rod positioned below the movable connecting rod is hinged to the striker plate.

Preferably, the hinged position of the two connecting rods is fixedly connected with one end of a first return elastic piece, and the other end of the first return elastic piece is fixedly connected with the upper end of the compression push plate; the upper end of the connecting rod positioned above is fixedly connected with one end of a second return elastic piece, and the other end of the second return elastic piece is fixedly connected to the bin door.

Preferably, the upper part of the latch bolt is fixedly connected with an elastic part, and one end of the elastic part, which is far away from the latch bolt, is fixedly connected in a groove at the corresponding position of the striker plate.

Preferably, the discharge port of the compression chamber is provided with a baffle movably inserted on the side wall of the compression chamber, and the compression chamber is connected with a discharge bin with a hollow interior through the baffle.

Preferably, the baffle is connected with the baffle hydraulic cylinder through a baffle connecting rod; the baffle is in sliding fit with the second sliding rail.

Preferably, two ends of the bin door are hinged on the inner wall of the preheating bin; the hinged position of the bin door and the heating device of the preheating bin are both provided with switches.

Therefore, the tobacco straws are chopped by the tobacco straw chopper and are transferred into the preheating chamber, the preheating chamber preheats the chopped tobacco straws, the preheated tobacco straws are sent into the pre-compression chamber through the feeding hopper to be compressed, the tobacco straws are compressed into the compression chamber and formed, and the formed material blocks are pushed out of the discharging chamber, so that the purpose of being convenient for packing and transporting is achieved.

Due to the application of the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the tobacco straw chopping, compressing and forming device provided by the invention has the beneficial effects that: before compression, the chopped tobacco straws are preheated, so that lignin contained in the chopped tobacco straws is softened, the chopped tobacco straws play a role of a binder, the friction effect between a forming part and materials can be reduced in the subsequent compression process, and the pressure required by forming is reduced, so that the service life of the forming part is greatly prolonged, and the energy consumption of unit products is remarkably reduced.
