It should be noted that the two mutually parallel transport rails 1 and the column 3 supporting the transport rails 1 constitute a transport track through which the transport vehicle 2 passes.

The invention provides a transportation tool for grassland construction, which comprises two parallel transportation guide rails 1, a transportation vehicle 2 used for moving on the transportation guide rails 1 to transport goods 7 and a plurality of upright posts 3 used for connecting the transportation guide rails 1 and the ground, wherein the distance between the transportation guide rails 1 and the ground is 150-250 mm, so that the damage to vegetation on the ground is reduced, and a space for small animals to pass through is reserved.

The transport guide rail 1 is a passage through which a transport vehicle 2 for transporting goods 7 passes, and because the transport guide rail 1 only needs the upright post 3 to support, compared with the road in the prior art, the ground area occupied by the transport guide rail is greatly reduced, and therefore the damage to ground vegetation is reduced.

The upright post 3 is inserted into the ground and connects the transportation guide rail 1 with the ground, and the gravity borne by the transportation guide rail 1 can be transmitted to the ground. The cross section of the upright post 3 can be circular, U-shaped or any other geometric shape as long as the vertical bearing capacity and the horizontal bearing capacity of the upright post 3 meet the requirements.

The depth of penetration of the uprights 3 into the ground is related to the maximum mass of the load 7 to be borne and to the shape of the uprights 3 themselves. Preferably, the depth of penetration of the column 3 may be required to exceed 1m, and the bearing capacity of the column 3 to exceed 500 kg.

Since the drive wheels 22 run on the transport rail 1, the distance between the planes in which the two drive wheels 22 lie should be greater than the distance between the inner side faces of the two transport rails 1.

Preferably, the driver 23 may be a driving motor connected to a driving shaft of the driving wheel 22.

On the basis of the above embodiments, please refer to fig. 7-10, the transportation rail 1 may be provided with a tooth profile, the driving wheel 23 includes a driven wheel 222 and a driving wheel 221 engaged with the tooth profile, the driving wheel 221 is a worm; the driver 23 includes a driving motor and a driving gear 231 engaged with the driving pulley 221, and the driving motor is connected with the driving gear 231.

The pitch and type of the driving pulley 221 are determined by the tooth profile of the transport rail 1, and the tooth profile of the transport rail 1 needs to be calculated according to actual needs in consideration of the required contact strength and the like.

In operation, the driving motor in the driver 23 drives the driving gear 231 to rotate, and further drives the driving wheel 221 engaged with the driving gear 231 to move on the tooth profile of the transportation guiding rail 1.

Preferably, the transport vehicle 2 further comprises a solar module 24 for converting solar energy into electric energy, and the solar module is connected with the driver 23, so that the energy consumption is saved by using the geographical characteristics of grassland and desert environments with multiple sunshine, and the transport vehicle is green and environment-friendly.

On the basis of the above-described embodiment, in order to prevent the drive wheels 22 from punching out of the transport rail 1, the transport rail 1 can be designed as a U-shaped rail, the width of which is the same as the width of the drive wheels 22.

On the basis of the embodiment, the transportation guide rail 1 is formed by splicing a plurality of guide rail steel beams, and two adjacent guide rail steel beams can be connected through a guide rail splicing piece 4; and at the splicing position of the two guide rail steel beams, second connecting holes for mounting bolts are formed in the two guide rail steel beams, and second mounting holes 41 matched with the second connecting holes are formed in the guide rail splicing piece 4. Therefore, the two ends of the guide rail splicing piece 4 are respectively connected with the two guide rail steel beams, so that the splicing of the two guide rail steel beams is realized.

Preferably, as shown in fig. 4, the second mounting hole 41 may be designed as an oblong hole.

Preferably, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the cross section of the guide rail splicing member 4 can be designed to be U-shaped, the second installation hole 41 is formed in the bottom surface of the guide rail splicing member 4, and the width of the guide rail splicing member 4 is greater than that of the transport guide rail 1, so that the transport guide rail 1 can be installed into the guide rail splicing member 4, the fixing effect of the guide rail splicing member 4 on the transport guide rail 1 is enhanced, and the connection strength of the splicing part is enhanced.

On the basis of the above embodiment, considering that a part of the length of the pillar 3 needs to be inserted into the ground, the surface of the pillar 3 may be provided with an anticorrosive coating for preventing corrosion.

Preferably, a zinc coating layer can be arranged on the surface of the upright post 3 to enhance the corrosion resistance of the upright post 3 so as to recycle the upright post repeatedly.

When the transportation tool for grassland construction is installed, the method mainly comprises the following steps:

according to the rated load borne by the transport tool, the sectional area and the soil penetration depth of the upright column 3 are calculated through a pressure formula, and the strength and the stability of the upright column 3 under the current sectional area and the soil penetration depth are checked;

the upright post 3 is pressed into the bottom surface in a static pressure manner, the height of the top surface of the upright post 3 is adjusted, and a static pressure experiment is carried out on the upright post 3 to ensure the vertical bearing capacity and the horizontal bearing capacity of the upright post 3;

connecting the upright post 3 with the transportation guide rail 1 through a bolt, and installing the transportation guide rail 1 on the upright post 3;

checking the levelness of the two transportation guide rails 1, and if the two transportation guide rails 1 are not parallel, adjusting the installation positions of the two transportation guide rails until the two transportation guide rails 1 are horizontal;

the transport vehicle 2 is installed on the transport guide rail 1, and the transport vehicle 2 is tested, and the test can be operated without problems.

In practical application, because the quantity of the transported goods 7 required by construction is large, as shown in fig. 6, a plurality of transportation tracks can be arranged at the same time to transport the goods 7, and a loading and unloading track which is perpendicular to the transportation tracks and is through is arranged, one end of the loading and unloading track is a loading and unloading platform 6 near the existing road 5, so that the goods 7 can be conveniently loaded and unloaded.
