A tightening mechanism for tightening an end portion of a film that is fitted over a product, the product having a first end portion and a second end portion opposite to each other in a height direction, the film having a sleeve shape with an opening at one end, the opening end of the film being fitted over the second end portion from the first end portion, the tightening mechanism comprising:

a drive device capable of pushing out or bringing back the product;

a smoothing device moving from the first end to the second end to smooth the film on the outside of the product such that the open end of the film is beyond the second end; and

and the bottom closing device is used for pressing and fixing the opening end of the film to the middle part of the second end part.

2. The tightening mechanism according to claim 1, wherein the driving device includes a first cylinder and a lifting plate, the lifting plate is linked with the driving end of the first cylinder, the lifting plate abuts against the second end portion, the cross-sectional area of the lifting plate is smaller than that of the second end portion, and the first cylinder drives the lifting plate to move the product back and forth.

10. The packaging apparatus according to claim 9, wherein the film is provided in a roll, and the shrink-fitting mechanism includes:

a product conveying device for conveying the products to corresponding stations;

the film feeding device releases the film of the roll material by a set length through rotation;

a cutting device capable of cutting the film having a set length;

a fusion device capable of fusing the film cutting positions; and

the bagging device can be used for sleeving the film on the product.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of packaging, in particular to packaging equipment and a tightening mechanism thereof.

Background

When carrying out visual packing to the product at present, adopt the tube-shape film of both ends banding to wrap up six faces of product usually, then heat the film for the film shrink is fixed in on the product surface.

When a product with a wider width is packaged, the situation that the film excess material protruding from the corner of the product is more can occur, and the film is not easy to shrink after heating, so that the appearance is not good.

Disclosure of Invention

Therefore, it is necessary to provide a tightening mechanism which can well sleeve the film on the product and has a better film shrinking effect after heating, and a packaging device with the tightening mechanism, aiming at the problem that the film shrinking effect is not good when being fixed on the product.

A tightening mechanism for tightening an end portion of a film that is fitted over a product, the product having a first end portion and a second end portion opposite to each other in a height direction, the film being in a sleeve shape with an opening at one end, the opening end of the film being fitted over the second end portion from the first end portion, the tightening mechanism comprising: a drive device capable of pushing out or bringing back the product; a smoothing device moving from the first end to the second end to smooth the film on the outside of the product such that the open end of the film is beyond the second end; and the bottom closing device is used for pressing and fixing the opening end of the film to the middle part of the second end part.

In one embodiment, the driving device comprises a first air cylinder and a lifting plate, the lifting plate is linked with the driving end of the first air cylinder, the lifting plate is abutted against the second end, the sectional area of the lifting plate is smaller than that of the second end, and the first air cylinder drives the lifting plate to drive the product to move back and forth. The second end of the product can be driven to empty more stably, so that the bottom collecting device can well compress and fix the open end of the film to the middle of the second end.

In one embodiment, the second stroking piece comprises a third cylinder and a second stroking plate, the third cylinder is arranged on the second stand frame in a sliding manner along the height direction of the product, the second stroking plate is linked with the driving end of the third cylinder, the third cylinder drives the second stroking plate to move towards the product, so that the second stroking plate is abutted against the film, and the third cylinder drives the second stroking plate to flatten the film on the outer side of the product in a sliding manner from the first end to the second end. The film flattening device has the advantages that the film flattening effect is better, the film cannot be damaged, and the film shrinking effect is better when the film is heated.

In one embodiment, the first closing member includes a first pressing member and a second pressing member, the first pressing member and the second pressing member are relatively disposed at two sides of the product at an interval along a second direction perpendicular to the first direction, the first pressing member and the second pressing member can move close to or away from the second end portion along a height direction of the product, and the first pressing member and the second pressing member move in opposite directions to press the first portion open end toward a middle of the second end portion. When the opening end of the first part is pressed towards the middle part of the second end part, the operation is more convenient, and the pressing is more stable.

In one embodiment, the second furling member includes a third pressing member, a fourth pressing member, a first heating member and a second heating member, the third pressing member is disposed on the first vertical frame, the first heating member is disposed on the third pressing member, the fourth pressing member is disposed on the second vertical frame, the second heating member is disposed on the fourth pressing member, the third pressing member and the fourth pressing member move in opposite directions to press the second part opening end to the middle of the second end portion, and the second part opening end and the first part opening end are fixedly connected through the first heating member and the second heating member. The invention also proposes a packaging apparatus comprising: the sleeving mechanism is used for sleeving the sleeve-shaped film with one open end on a product; a tightening mechanism as described above for tightening the open end of the film; and the shrinking mechanism can shrink and fix the film on a product by heating. Because the packaging equipment comprises the tightening mechanism, at least all the beneficial effects are achieved, and the details are not repeated herein. This equipment for packing locates the product with the film parcel on the back, convex clout can not appear in the film, and the film is more easy to shrink after the heating, and is more pleasing to the eye after the film shrink.

In one embodiment, the film is disposed in a roll, and the nesting mechanism includes: a product conveying device for conveying the products to corresponding stations; the film feeding device releases the film of the roll material by a set length through rotation; a cutting device capable of cutting the film having a set length; a fusion device capable of fusing the film cutting positions; and the bagging device can be used for sleeving the film on the product. In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below. In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention. This invention may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein, but rather should be construed as broadly as the present invention is capable of modification in various respects, all without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention.

It will be understood that when an element is referred to as being "secured to" another element, it can be directly on the other element or intervening elements may also be present. Referring to fig. 1, in one embodiment, a packaging apparatus includes: a sleeving mechanism 1, a tightening mechanism 2 and a contraction mechanism 3. The sleeving mechanism 1 is used for sleeving a sleeve-shaped film 4 with one open end on a product 5. And a tightening mechanism 2 for tightening the open end 41 of the film 4. The shrinking mechanism 3 can shrink and fix the film 4 on the product 5 by heating.

In practical applications, the initial state of the film 4 is a sleeve shape with both ends open, and the film 4 is in a roll arrangement. The sleeving mechanism 1 comprises a product conveying device 11, a film feeding device 12, a cutting device 13, a trimming device 14 and a bagging device 15. The product conveyor 11 is used to convey the products 5 to the respective stations. The film feeding device 12 discharges the wound film 4 by a set length by rotation. The cutting device 13 can cut the film 4 having a set length. The edge melting device 14 can fuse the cut positions of the film 4 so that the film 4 is formed into a sleeve shape with only one end open. A bagging device 15 capable of placing the film 4 over the product 5. The film 4 is firstly sleeved on the product 5, then the film 4 is folded, and finally the film 4 is shrunk, so that the visual package of the whole set of the product 5 can be formed.

Referring to fig. 2, a conventional film 1 'is a tube material with two open ends, and after the product 2' is sleeved, both ends need to be sealed. The film 1 'is flexible and appears to conform to the surface of the product 2', in effect creating some curvature. After the film 1 ' is shrunk, the upper end sealing edge 3 ' and the lower end sealing edge 4 ' cannot be completely folded, a convex hull can be formed at the end part of the sealing edge, the packaging effect is poor, and the appearance is not attractive enough.

Referring to fig. 3, the initial shape of the film 4 of the present invention is a square sleeve shape, and the film 4 is first fed, cut and fused by a packaging device to form an organ bag or a square bag. After the material is cut, a certain distance is reserved between the cut part of the film 4 and the edge sealing, and then the film 4 is subjected to edge melting. The film 4 structure enables the film 4 to be completely tightly attached to the product 5 when the square product 5 is packaged, the sealing end can be tightly attached to the product 5, convex hulls cannot be generated due to shrinkage of the film 4, the packaging effect is better, and the appearance is more attractive.

Referring to fig. 4, in particular, the product conveying device 11 includes a frame 111, a first driving motor, a conveying belt, a driving wheel, a driven wheel and a roller set 112, the first driving motor is disposed on the frame 111, the driving wheel is disposed on an output end of the first driving motor, the driven wheel is fixedly connected to the roller set 112, the roller set 112 is rotatably disposed on the frame 111, the product 5 is disposed on the roller set 112, and opposite ends of the conveying belt are respectively sleeved on the driving wheel and the driven wheel. The driving wheel is driven to rotate by the first driving motor, so that the transmission belt drives the driven wheel to rotate, and further the roller shaft set 112 rotates to drive the product 5 to move. The film feeding device 12 includes a frame 121, a second driving motor and a reel 122, the second driving motor is disposed on the frame 121, the reel 122 is rotatably disposed on the frame 121, and the reel 122 is linked with an output end of the second driving motor. The film 4 is wound on the reel 122 in a roll form, and the reel 122 is driven by the second driving motor to rotate to release the set length of the film 4. The edge melting device 14 is provided at the cutting position of the cutting device 13 to facilitate the heat melting of the cutting position of the film 4. The bagging device 15 comprises a support 151 and a bagging acting element 152, wherein the bagging acting element 152 can be arranged on the support 151 in a vertically sliding mode and can be driven by a bagging cylinder, and the bagging acting element 152 can be turned over to the product 5 relative to the support 151.

Referring to fig. 4, in practical application, the bag-in-bag acting element 152 has four positioning portions 153, and the bag-in-bag acting element 152 is connected to four corners of the opening end 41 of the film 4 through the four positioning portions 153. The bag sleeving acting element 152 moves upwards along the support 151 by the driving of the bag sleeving cylinder until the drawn film 4 reaches a set length, the cutting device 13 cuts the film 4, the cutting position is sealed by hot melting through the edge melting device 14, the film 4 is processed into a sleeve shape with one open end, then the bag sleeving acting element 152 can be overturned above the product 5 relative to the support 151, the product 5 is just positioned in the middle of the four positioning parts 153, namely the product 5 is positioned in the middle of the open end 41 of the film 4, and finally the bag sleeving acting element 152 is driven by the bag sleeving cylinder to move downwards along the support 151 until the film 4 is completely sleeved on the product 5. It can be understood that the product 5 has a first end 51 and a second end 52 opposite to each other in the height direction, and the bagging action 152 drives the film 4 such that the open end 41 of the film 4 is sleeved from the first end 51 to the second end 52 of the product 5.

Further, the bagging device 15 further includes a transmission rod 154, the transmission rod 154 is disposed on the bracket 151 and can slide up and down, the bagging acting element 152 is connected to the transmission rod 154 in a sliding manner, and the bagging acting element 152 can be turned over to the product 5 by using the transmission rod 154 as a rotation axis. In particular, the transmission rod 154 may be provided in a screw configuration, through which the pocket set 152 is driven.

In operation, the product transport device 11 transports the product 5 to the bagging station, the drive rod 154 has opposite proximal and distal ends 155 and 156, the bagging station 152 is located at the proximal end 155 of the drive rod 154, the drive rod 154 slides down the bracket 151 such that the bagging station 152 places the film 4 over the product 5, and during this process, the product 5 is still being transported horizontally forward by the product transport device 11, and the bagging station 152 is also moving with the product 5, i.e., the bagging station 152 slides along the proximal end 155 of the drive rod 154 toward the distal end 156, and at the same time, the bagging station 152 is also moving back up the bracket 151 with the drive rod 154 until the bagging station 152 returns to the initial height, and finally the bagging station 152 is returned to the proximal end 155 by the distal end 156 of the drive rod 154, completing the entire bagging operation.

It should be noted that, referring to fig. 4, in one embodiment, a bagging operation without product 5 remaining may be achieved by providing two adjacent bagging mechanisms 1. Specifically, after the bagging action element 152 of the first bagging mechanism 1 finishes bagging the first product 5, the first product 5 continues to be horizontally conveyed to the next station, the bagging action element 152 moves along with the first product 5, and during the process of returning the bagging action element 152, the product conveying device 11 conveys the second product 5 through the first bagging mechanism 1 and then to the bagging position of the second bagging mechanism 1 to receive automatic bagging operation. The bag engaging member 152 of the first housing means 1 has completed the returning operation when the second housing means 1 performs the bag engaging operation on the second product 5, so that the automatic bag engaging operation without stop is possible when the third product 5 is transferred from the product transferring means 11 to the first housing means 1. According to the method, the automatic bagging operation of the product 5 can be realized circularly and repeatedly, the product 5 does not need to stay for waiting, the operation time is saved, and the working efficiency is greatly improved.

Referring to fig. 1, in an embodiment, the tightening mechanism 2 includes a driving device 21, a smoothing device 22, and a bottom-closing device 23. The drive means 21 are able to push out or bring back the product 5. The smoothing device 22 is moved from the first end 51 to the second end 52 of the product 5 to smooth the film 4 on the outside of the product 5, so that the open end 41 of the film 4 extends beyond the second end 52. The bottom closing means 23 presses and fixes the open end 41 of the film 4 towards the middle of the second end 52 of the product 5. The tightening mechanism 2 smoothes the film 4 on the outer side of the product 5 from the first end part 51 to the second end part 52 of the product 5 through the smoothing device 22, so that the film 4 is tightly attached to the outer side of the product 5, the open end 41 of the film 4 can be arranged to exceed the second end part 52 of the product 5, and the open end 41 of the film 4 is equivalent to the surplus material of the film 4; the bottom closing device 23 presses and fixes the opening end 41 of the film 4 to the middle of the second end 52 of the product 5, so that the film 4 is completely wrapped on the product 5, the opening end 41 of the film 4 is also tightened, the film 4 is shrunk and tightly attached to the product 5 after the film 4 is heated, the effect is better, and the appearance is smoother.

Referring to fig. 5, in one embodiment, the driving device 21 includes a first cylinder and a lifting plate 211. The lifting plate 211 is linked with the driving end of the first cylinder, the lifting plate 211 is abutted to the second end portion 52 of the product 5, the sectional area of the lifting plate 211 is smaller than that of the second end portion 52 of the product 5, and the first cylinder drives the lifting plate 211 to drive the product 5 to move back and forth. The driving device 21 can drive the second end 52 of the product 5 to be emptied more stably, so that the bottom closing device 23 can well press and fix the open end 41 of the film 4 to the middle of the second end 52 of the product 5.

With continued reference to fig. 5, in one embodiment, tightening mechanism 2 further includes a first stand 24 and a second stand 25. The first stand 24 and the second stand 25 are provided on both sides of the product 5 at an interval in the first direction. The smoothing device 22 includes a first smoothing member 221 and a second smoothing member 222, the first smoothing member 221 is provided on the first stand 24 so as to slide in the height direction of the product 5, the second smoothing member 222 is provided on the second stand 25 so as to slide in the height direction of the product 5, the first smoothing member 221 and the second smoothing member 222 can move toward each other to abut against the film 4, and the first smoothing member 221 and the second smoothing member 222 can smooth the film 4 on the outer side of the product 5 from the first end portion 51 to the second end portion 52 of the product 5 so as to slide.

Referring to fig. 5, in another embodiment, the second furling member includes a third pressing member 233, a fourth pressing member 234, a first heating member and a second heating member. The third pressing member 233 is disposed on the first vertical frame 24, the first heating member is disposed on the third pressing member 233, the fourth pressing member 234 is disposed on the second vertical frame 25, the second heating member is disposed on the fourth pressing member 234, the third pressing member 233 and the fourth pressing member 234 move in opposite directions to press the second opening end toward the middle of the second end 52, and the first heating member and the second heating member are heated to fixedly connect the second opening end and the first opening end. When can make the second part open end support and press on first part open end, it is more convenient to operate, supports and presses more stably, and through the heating of first heating member and second heating member, can make second part open end and first part open end fixed connection more stable. The first heating member and the second heating member may be an electric heating plate, an electric heating wire, a hair dryer, a gas blower, or the like. The movement of the first pressing member 231 toward the second pressing member 232 and the movement of the third pressing member 233 toward the fourth pressing member 234 may be driven by an air cylinder.

In an embodiment, the shrinking mechanism 3 includes a constant temperature oven and a cooling fan, after the opening end 41 of the film 4 is tightened, the product 5 sleeved with the film 4 is conveyed into the constant temperature oven through the product conveying device 11 to be heated, and the film 4 outside the product 5 shrinks through the constant temperature oven, so as to achieve the fixing effect of the visual package of the product 5. The product 5 is sent out from the constant-temperature oven through the product conveying device 11, and the surface of the product is cooled by blowing through the cooling fan, so that the visual packaging of the product 5 is finally completed.
