In the production line for packaging products, the products need to be packaged into the leatheroid box, and before the leatheroid box enters the packaging operation, the labels need to be pasted.

The traditional labeling operation is usually performed manually by workers, and because the manual labeling position precision is inaccurate and the labeling efficiency is low, an automatic labeling machine is produced to solve the problems. The existing automatic labeling machine comprises a labeling device, a conveying device and a rolling device, and the height of the existing rolling device is set to be the height which is consistent with the thickness of a leather case, so that when a product passes through the rolling device, the rolling device easily rubs a labeled label, the position of the label is moved or the label is wrinkled, and the appearance is influenced. Meanwhile, the rolling device can also influence the speed of the passing leather case, so that the speed is reduced, and the low working efficiency is caused.

Therefore, there is a need for an automatic labeling machine that reduces label shifting and wrinkling and provides high operating efficiency to overcome the above-mentioned drawbacks.

Detailed Description

In order to explain technical contents and structural features of the present invention in detail, the following description is made with reference to the embodiments and the accompanying drawings.

The automatic labeling machine 100 of the present invention is suitable for attaching labels to the surface of products in a moving state. It will be appreciated that the label is adhesive and is located on the surface of the base tape. In this embodiment, the product is a flat leather suitcase, and certainly, in other embodiments, the product may be another flat object, so the invention is not limited thereto.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, an automatic labeling machine 100 of the present invention includes a conveying device 1 for conveying a product, a labeling device 2 for labeling the product, a rolling device 3 for rolling the labeled product, a sensor, a controller (not shown) electrically connected to the sensor, a first supporting frame 5 and a second supporting frame 6. The sensing and conveying device 1 comprises a machine table 11 and a conveying mechanism 12 arranged in the machine table 11, and the first support frame 5 and the second support frame 6 are arranged on the conveying device 1 in a spaced mode. The labeling device 2 is mounted on the first support frame 5 opposite to the conveying mechanism 12. The labeling device 2 comprises an unreeling shaft 21 for releasing the labels, a stripping plate 23 for stripping the labels and a reeling shaft for reeling the base band, the stripping plate 23 is arranged obliquely from top to bottom along the conveying direction of the conveying device 1, and the unreeling shaft 21 and the reeling shaft rotate synchronously and intermittently. The rolling device 3 is arranged in front of the stripping plate 23, the rolling device 3 comprises a rolling shaft 31, the rolling shaft 31 is horizontally arranged and intermittently ascends and descends, and the rolling shaft 31 is rotatably arranged. The sensor is arranged on the second support frame 6 and is opposite to the conveying device 1, and the controller controls the intermittent motion of the unreeling shaft 21, the reeling shaft and the rolling shaft 31 by means of information detected by the sensor. Specifically, the sensors include a first sensor 41 for detecting whether a product is on the conveyor 1 and a second sensor 42 for detecting whether a label is on the product. When the first sensor 41 detects that the conveying device 1 has a product, the controller controls the unwinding shaft 21 to unwind and controls the winding shaft to wind, so that the label is peeled by matching with the peeling plate 23, and the passing product drags the peeled label to be adhered to the surface of the product through the viscosity of the label; when the second sensor 42 detects that the product on the conveying device 1 has a label, the controller controls the rolling shaft 31 to descend so as to compact the attached label; in the compacting process, the rolling shaft 31 is driven to roll due to the movement of the product, so that the friction between the rolling shaft 31 and the label and the surface of the product is reduced, and the damage of the label or the slow moving speed of the product is avoided; when the rolling shaft 31 rolls for a certain time, the controller controls the rolling shaft 31 to ascend so as to provide an avoiding space for the moving product, the moving speed of the product is guaranteed, and the compacted label is not damaged. Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the rolling shaft 31 is disposed in a swinging manner around a pivot center line L, and the rolling shaft 31 swings to achieve lifting. The rolling device 3 further comprises a swing arm 32 and a rotating motor, wherein a first end of the swing arm 32 pivots around a pivot center line L, a second end of the swing arm 32 is connected with the rolling shaft 31, and the swing arm 32 and the rolling shaft 31 are arranged orthogonally. The motor shaft of the rotating motor is inserted into the first end of the swing arm 32 and is fixedly connected with the swing arm 32. The swing arm 32 is driven by the rotary motor to pivot around the pivot central line L, and the rolling shaft 31 is driven to swing by the rotation of the swing arm 32 around the pivot central line L. For example, in the present embodiment, the rolling shaft 31 includes a fixing shaft 311 and a shaft sleeve 312 rotatably sleeved outside the fixing shaft 311, and the fixing shaft 311 is fixed to the second end of the swing arm 32. Preferably, the sleeve 312 is of a flexible structure, so that during the process of pressing the label, the excessive pressure of the fixing shaft 311 is buffered, and the pressing is prevented from being too tight.

Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, the rolling device 3 further includes a limiting structure 34, the limiting structure 34 includes a limiting long groove 341 disposed on the swing arm 32, a limiting post 342 slidably disposed on the limiting long groove 341, and an elastic band 343, the limiting long groove 341 is disposed along the length direction of the swing arm 32, a first end of the elastic band 343 is fixed, and a second end of the elastic band 343 is connected to the limiting post 342. When the swing arm 32 pivots, the limiting column 342 switches between the two ends of the limiting long groove 341 and selectively stretches the elastic band 343. Specifically, when the swing arm 32 pivots to drive the rolling shaft 31 to descend, the limiting column 342 is located at a first end of the limiting long groove 341, i.e., an end away from the pivot center line L, and the limiting column 342 stretches the elastic belt 343, so that the rolling shaft 31 is prevented from excessively descending by virtue of the tensile force of the elastic belt 343; when the swing arm 32 pivots to lift the rolling shaft 31, the tension of the elastic band 343 disappears and the limiting column 342 is located at the second end of the limiting long groove 341, i.e. the end close to the pivot center line L. Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the first support frame 5 includes a horizontal support frame 51 and two vertical support frames 52 vertically disposed on the machine platform 11, the horizontal support frame 51 is horizontally disposed, two ends of the horizontal support frame 51 are respectively connected to the vertical support frames 52, the horizontal support frame 51 can slide up and down relative to the vertical support frames 52, and the labeling device 2 is mounted on the horizontal support frame 51. For example, the horizontal bracket 51 includes a plurality of horizontal rods 511 and sliding seats 512 disposed at two ends of the horizontal rods 511, the vertical bracket 52 includes a fixed seat 522 mounted on the machine 11 and a plurality of vertical rods 521 erected on the fixed seat 522, and the vertical rods 521 penetrate through the sliding seats 512 on the same side. Specifically, the first support frame 5 further comprises an adjusting mechanism for adjusting the up-and-down sliding of the cross-support 51, and the adjusting mechanism is a screw-nut matched transmission structure, which is well known to those skilled in the art and therefore will not be described herein.

Referring to fig. 1 and 3, the automatic labeling machine 100 further includes two guide bars 8 disposed along the conveying direction of the conveying device 1, the guide bars 8 are disposed at intervals, and the guide bars 8 are further located above the conveying mechanism 12. By means of the guide bars 8, it is ensured that the product is located between the two guide bars 8 during the transport of the product, avoiding product displacement. Preferably, the guide rods 8 can be slidably adjusted in the spaced direction to adjust the distance between the two guide rods 8, thereby being suitable for products with different widths. In order to realize the sliding adjustment between the two guide rods 8, the two ends of the guide rods 8 are respectively provided with a sliding column, the machine table 11 is provided with a sliding groove 111 for the sliding column to penetrate through for sliding, the sliding column is also provided with a locking structure 82, and after the guide rods 8 slide in place, the guide rods 8 are locked through the locking structure 82.

It will be appreciated that the conveying mechanism 12 of the conveying device 1 is a belt-pulley-coupled conveying mechanism, which is well known to those skilled in the art and therefore will not be described in detail herein.

The operation of the automatic labeling machine 100 of the present invention will be explained with reference to the accompanying drawings: the product is put conveyor 1's conveying mechanism 12 and is more and more being close to behind the first sensor 41, first sensor 41 senses conveying mechanism 12 and has information feedback to the controller after the product, the controller control pastes the mark device 2 unreel axle 21 and the rolling axle rotates to order about the label and peel off, and the product drags the label and the label pastes in the surface of product after, second sensor 42 has the information feedback to the controller of label with the product, thereby controller control rotating electrical machines rotates and drives swing arm 32 and rotate and drive rolling axle 31 and go up and down.

Compared with the prior art, the automatic labeling machine 100 of the invention utilizes the mutual coordination and cooperation of the conveying device 1, the labeling device 2 and the rolling device 3, when a product passes through the stripping plate 23 of the labeling device 2 under the drive of the conveying device 1, the unreeling shaft 21 and the reeling shaft of the labeling device 2 rotate so as to enable the stripping plate 23 to strip labels, as the stripping plate 23 is obliquely arranged from top to bottom along the conveying direction of the conveying device 1, the labels are arranged on the side edge of the stripping plate 23, namely the labels are gradually stripped from the base band from the turning part, the stripped labels are gradually adhered to the surface of the product along with the movement of the product, and a complete label is also completely adhered to the product while being stripped from the base band along with the movement of the product; meanwhile, the base band with the lower label stripped is synchronously wound by the winding shaft; after the label is completely pasted on the product, the rolling shaft in the rolling device 3 descends to roll the label pasted on the product, so that the label is firmly pasted on the product, the rolling shaft 31 ascends after the rolling time is over to provide an avoiding space for the conveying of the product, the contact is avoided, the moving speed of the product is reduced, and meanwhile, the compacted label is prevented from being pressed out twice to form wrinkles. The automatic labeling machine 100 of the present invention has the advantages of reducing label displacement and wrinkling and providing high work efficiency.
