Background

After decades of large-scale exploitation, our country has more serious resources and environmental conditions, which is not optimistic. The traditional bricks are all made by sintering, and the research on the non-sintered bricks is started in recent years, but the existing non-sintered bricks are generally low in strength, long in curing period and low in production efficiency. The existing tailings generally exist in a solution form after primary separation, and the conventional utilization mode also needs to be realized by removing water. Therefore, the development of a non-sintered brick with high strength and high production efficiency and a manufacturing process thereof based on the tailing solution are still needed to be solved.
