On the parallel section of the railway and the highway, when a high-speed train passes by, glare influence on vehicles running at a near high speed can be generated, and the running safety of the highway is threatened.

The existing public road bridge field has single isolation measures, and generally only can prevent glare or parabolic. For example, chinese patent CN201821293246.2 discloses a screen is prevented throwing by two sides for railway overpass, including built-in fitting and stand that set up at overpass ground top inner wall, still include a central connecting plate, the top outer wall of stand has the crossbeam, crossbeam and stand are provided with upper plate and hypoplastron that opens there is the U type hole, upper plate and hypoplastron are fixed with the connecting rod, the stand is kept away from upper plate and hypoplastron outer wall and is fixed with the sound insulation screen. The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide an anti-dazzle and anti-polishing isolation assembly.

2) the dead weight is light: only the anti-dazzle component can be arranged at the position where anti-dazzle is not needed, and only the anti-dazzle component is arranged at the position where anti-dazzle is not needed, so that the self weight is reduced, and the structure of the isolation net is ensured not to influence the wind resistance of the bridge;

3) the practicability is good: the combination of the anti-polishing and anti-dazzle members enables the anti-dazzle function and the anti-parabolic function to be integrated, and the practicability is high in a highway and railway dual-purpose bridge.
