Referring to fig. 1, the invention provides a split rear axle reducer assembly, which comprises a reducer case assembly 1, wherein a gear shaft I3 is arranged at the upper part of the reducer case assembly 1 through a pair of deep groove ball bearings 2, and an I shaft oil seal 4 is arranged on the gear shaft I3; a gear shaft II6 is arranged in the middle of the speed reducer case assembly 1 through a 6208 bearing 13 and a cylindrical roller bearing 5, a shaft II gear 14 is connected to the gear shaft II6 in a spline press fit mode, the shaft II gear 14 is in gear fit with the gear shaft I3, and a retainer ring 12 is arranged between the gear shaft II6 and the 6208 bearing 13. The structure can offset the axial force on the shaft II when advancing or retreating, thereby improving the stress condition of the bearing and prolonging the service life of the bearing.

The lower end of the speed reducer box body component 1 is connected with a differential assembly 11 through a differential adjusting bracket, and the differential assembly 11 is matched with a gear shaft II 6.

The differential adjusting bracket comprises a differential adjusting spiral ring 7, differential bearing locking plates 8, bolts 9 and elastic pads 10, tapered roller bearings are selected by bearings at two ends of the differential assembly 11, the differential adjusting spiral ring 7 is arranged outside the tapered roller bearings, the upper end of the differential adjusting spiral ring 7 is connected with the reduction gear box body assembly 1, and the differential adjusting spiral ring 7 is connected with the tapered roller bearings through the differential bearing locking plates 8, the bolts 9 and the elastic pads 10. According to the structure, adjusting gaskets at two ends of the traditional differential bearing are eliminated, and the problems of overlarge noise and the like caused by the play of the differential bearing and the locking prevention of the differential bearing are reduced.

The installation parts of the gear shaft I3 and the gear shaft II6 and the speed reducer box body component 1 adopt blind holes, and the structures of a plug and an oil bottom cover are eliminated, so that the sealing performance is improved, and the oil leakage risk is reduced. And a clamp spring structure is eliminated, and the axial play of the gear and the bearing is reduced.

The power transmission implementation process of the invention is as follows:
