After the eccentricity adjustment is finished, the eccentric sliding block 2 is locked on the eccentric adjusting wire 5 by using the upper locknut 21 and the lower locknut 22 which are arranged on the eccentric sliding block 2, so that the sudden change of the eccentricity of the cantilever type eccentric mechanism in the rotary motion process is prevented. In order to reduce the friction resistance, an S-shaped oil storage groove can be designed on the matching end surfaces of the two sides of the eccentric sliding block 2, and lithium-based lubricating grease is coated to form a sliding friction lubricating oil film layer.

Furthermore, in the cantilever type eccentric mechanism, the split type radial sliding bearing is adopted to support the shaft 3 to play a rigid supporting role, so that the moving freedom degree of the shaft 3 in two directions is limited, the circumferential rotation friction damping is slowed down, and the cantilever type eccentric mechanism has the advantages of simple structure, compact layout, good centering performance, layout space saving and convenient maintenance and operation. The sliding bearing seat is a split type radial sliding bearing seat. The main components are that the upper cover and the lower seat are designed into a step-shaped groove tenon matching structure, which is convenient for radial positioning, prevents the end face from moving in a staggered way and is tightened by bolts. The sliding bearing is arranged on the sliding bearing seat, and the sliding bearing and the shaft form a group of sliding friction pairs after being assembled, thereby playing the roles of system friction reduction and support. Preferably, the sliding bearing is made of a tin-zinc-lead bronze ZCuPb5Sn5Zn5 material inlaid with a solid graphite lubricating rod, has the characteristics of obvious low hardness, high plasticity and small elastic modulus, has good antifriction and wear resistance, high compression and impact fatigue strength and good impact toughness, and the solid graphite inlaid on the surface layer has a self-lubricating function, so that the sliding friction pair can ensure a small enough friction coefficient even in a boundary friction and dry friction state, and the power loss of a system is reduced. The sliding bearing is lubricated by periodically supplying oil from an oil filling hole M16X1.5 on the top by adopting lithium-based lubricating grease, and is convenient, efficient and quick.

Specifically, the hinge sleeve 8 in the cantilever type eccentric mechanism adopts a longitudinally split hinge type half-clamping structure, under the condition that the smoothness of the circumferential excircle is not influenced, the cross-over sleeve 8 is divided into an upper half sleeve and a lower half sleeve, two tenon and groove structures are designed on the excircle matching surface on one radial side of the two half sleeves and are hinged by a pin shaft to form a hinge type opening and closing mechanism capable of being opened and closed by 90 degrees from top to bottom, a double key groove arranged by 180 degrees is formed in the inner circular surface of the cross-over sleeve 8, a flat key is connected in a built-in mode, and the two half sleeves and the shaft 3 are fixedly connected into a rigid integral component by a group of hexagon socket head bolts after being assembled in place with the shaft 3 to be circumferentially positioned. When the hinge sleeve 8 rotates, the shaft 3 also rotates under the action of the connecting flat key. If the axial vibration quantity is larger during rotation, the axial baffle can be additionally arranged according to the actual working condition on site to carry out axial positioning. The inner and outer circumferential surfaces of the hinged sleeve 8 are H7/H6 matching surfaces, so the requirement of high finish is high, the outer circumferential surface of the hinged sleeve must adopt a built-in hinge and inner hexagon bolt structure design, and is provided with double key grooves which are symmetrically arranged at 180 degrees and are matched and connected with double keys of the transition disc 6 to transmit the rotation torque.

Furthermore, the inner circumferential surface of the hinge sleeve 8 is double-key transition connected with the shaft 3 and fixed circumferentially. The outer circumferential surface of the hinged sleeve 8 and the transition disc 6 also adopt a double-key transition fit radial bearing mode, the chain wheel 7 is directly sleeved on the outer circumferential surface of the hinged sleeve 28 in a mode of a middle through hole key-free connection and small clearance fit, and is connected with the transition disc 6 and the eccentric disc 1 through the hexagon socket head reamed bolts to form a rigid integral component, so that a cantilever type eccentric mechanism is formed. The shaft 3 of the above-mentioned eccentric mechanism rotates synchronously around the axis of the slide bearing. The chain wheel 7 can be connected with an external power mechanism through an external chain, and the chain can drive the chain wheel 7 to rotate, and meanwhile, the chain wheel 7 drives the hinged sleeve 8 connected with the chain wheel and the shaft 3 connected with the hinged sleeve 8 in a key mode to rotate. The hinged sleeve 8 is arranged in a one-side opening and closing mode so as to be convenient to disassemble and assemble.

Because the cantilever of the eccentric disc 1 is arranged at one end of the shaft 3, the other end of the shaft 3 is provided with the sliding bearing seat, preferably, the eccentric disc 1 is arranged at the outer end face of the shaft 3 in a cantilever mode, so that the shaft 3 bears larger bending stress, the shaft 3 has the risks of flexural deformation and fatigue fracture, and the system rigidity is influenced, therefore, the implementation scheme of virtual constraint is adopted on the motion design, a group of rigid supports are added, 2 sets of sliding bearing seats are adopted, the structural modes of homonymy, small spacing, side-by-side arrangement and double-fulcrum bearing are adopted, the cantilever beam bearing force arm is shortened, the system rigidity is improved, the occurrence of the contact condition of the shaft 3 and the edge of the sliding bearing caused by unbalance loading can be effectively prevented, the stress condition of a component.

Furthermore, a cantilever-type eccentric disc 1 can be arranged at the other end of the shaft 3, namely, two cantilever-type eccentric discs 1 are arranged at two ends of the same shaft 3, transmission parts between the two eccentric discs 1 and the shaft 3 are the same, the number of the eccentric slide ways and the number of the eccentric slide blocks 2 on the split-type eccentric disc 1 can be the same or different, and the adjustment and setting can be carried out according to actual working requirements.

Specifically, when power is externally connected, the specific motion and torque transmission between the power mechanism and the cantilever type eccentric mechanism is as follows: the bearing torque transmitted by the power mechanism is transmitted to a group of hexagon socket head cap reaming bolts through a chain wheel 7, and the transition disc 6 and the eccentric disc 1 are driven through the connection of the reaming bolts. The hinged sleeve 8 and the shaft 3 are coaxially and circumferentially fixed and coaxially and synchronously and circumferentially rotate under the sliding friction support of the 2 groups of sliding bearings at the same time, and the torque is output.

In this scheme design, the eccentric disc of this mechanism has the advantage that makes things convenient for the dismouting to have a bit, and the eccentric slider on the cantilever type eccentric disc can slide along the radial within range of eccentric disc simultaneously and realize the eccentricity adjustment, has the advantage that the regulation is convenient and control range is big. Meanwhile, part machining and assembling errors can be eliminated to the maximum extent, and the actual requirements of field working condition parameters are met. The design adopts the materials of aluminum bronze ZcuAL10Fe3 and tin-zinc-lead bronze ZCuPb5Sn5Zn5 with higher mechanical strength and wear resistance, and the like, and has the remarkable characteristics of low hardness, high plasticity, small elastic modulus, better running-in property, compliance and embeddability, and higher compressive and impact load fatigue strength.
