The hot melt plug is a heat-sensitive pressure-sensing air-release device for tubeless brake wheel. The hot melt plug is installed at the web of the hub. The air release of the hot melting plug is realized by melting the low-melting alloy in the hot melting plug to ensure that the inner cavity of the tire is communicated with the atmosphere, so that the internal pressure of the tire is released, and the tire is prevented from being exploded.

The heat display device is a heat-sensitive warning device for the wheels of the aircraft. Before the wheel is overheated and the hot plug is not deflated, the material of the wheel is subjected to high temperature, the strength is weakened, the load which can be actually borne by the wheel is reduced to the limit use load possibly, and the actual strength of the wheel is unknown by maintenance personnel due to the fact that any abnormality does not occur temporarily, and flight safety concerns are derived. In more severe cases, therefore, a thermal display device may be employed when the wheel temperature reaches a critical temperature for the wheel material strength to drop. The thermal display device is characterized in that the appearance of the thermal display device is obviously changed by melting the low-melting alloy at the head of the thermal display device, so that maintenance personnel are reminded that the airplane wheel is about to be overheated, the airplane wheel needs to be manually and forcibly cooled, and the strength weakening of the airplane wheel and the deflation of a hot plug caused by overheating are prevented. The thermal display device is mounted at the fixed rim of the hub.
