1. A fire lid, comprising:

a fire lid body (10);

the fire cover comprises a fire cover main body (10), a plurality of bosses (20) and a plurality of fire holes or fire grooves, wherein the bosses (20) are arranged on the front surface of the fire cover main body (10), and the top parts of the bosses (20) are provided with the fire holes or the fire grooves extending to the back surface of the fire cover main body (10);

a plurality of bosses (20) are distributed on the fire cover main body (10) at intervals, an air channel (26) is formed between two adjacent bosses (20), and the air channel (26) is provided with a guide structure for guiding air from the periphery of the fire cover to the center of the fire cover;

air channel (26) are connected by interior fire portion and outer fire portion and are constituteed, interior fire portion is close to the center of fire lid main part (10), outer fire portion is close to the periphery of fire lid main part (10), be provided with in the interior fire portion and pass fire structure (27).

2. The fire cover of claim 1, wherein:

the guide structure comprises a first side wall and a second side wall which are opposite on two adjacent bosses (20), and the first side wall and the second side wall are gradually close along the direction towards the center of the fire cover main body (10).

3. The fire cover of claim 2, wherein:

the first and second side walls are gradually closer together in a direction toward the inside of the fire lid main body (10).

4. The fire cover of claim 1, wherein:

step positions (25) are arranged on two opposite inner side walls of the inner fire part, and the step positions (25) are matched to reduce the cross sectional area of the air channel (26) and form the fire transfer structure (27).

5. The fire cover of claim 4, wherein:

the two step positions (25) are identical in shape and size and convex outwards relative to the inner side wall of the outer fire part.

6. The fire cover of claim 1, wherein:

the side wall of the outer fire part is provided with a guide slope (22) capable of enlarging the cross-sectional area of the air channel (26).

7. The fire cover of claim 1, wherein:

the fire grooves extend to two sides of the boss (20) and penetrate through the side wall of the boss (20); or the inner side wall of the inner fire part is provided with the fire hole.

8. A burner, characterized by: comprising a fire lid according to any one of claims 1 to 7, a connecting base (40) and a base (30) connected in series.

9. The burner of claim 8, wherein:

an open cavity (35) is arranged in the base (30), at least two connecting grooves (72) are arranged on the inner wall of the cavity (35), and connecting platforms (71) with the same number as the connecting grooves (72) are arranged on the connecting seat (40);

the connection table (71) is mounted on the connection groove (72) and supports the connection holder (40) such that a gap (60) exists between the connection holder (40) and the opening.

10. The burner of claim 8, wherein:

an ignition needle (50) and/or a safety needle (55) are/is further arranged on the base (30), a vent hole (15) is arranged on the fire cover main body (10), and the vent hole (15) and/or the safety needle (55) are/is adjacent to the ignition needle (50).

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of gas, in particular to a fire cover and a burner using the same.

Background

As is known, the burner of a gas range is generally provided with a fire cover for direct fire and for contact with the pan. Meanwhile, the gas will also contact with the air at the fire cover and burn. In the existing fire cover, one condition is that the fire holes or fire grooves of the fire cover have small distance, thereby leading to insufficient air supplement and serious yellow flame at the fire part of the inner ring. The other situation is that the fire holes on the top of the fire cover are excessively spaced, and fire is transmitted only by the fire holes on the side surface. In this case, when the pot is burned, a fire wall is easily formed, so that the inner ring flame is insufficiently supplemented with air and the flame is blurred.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve at least one technical problem in the prior art, and provides a fire cover which can increase the air inflow of fire air in an inner ring. The invention also provides a burner using the fire cover.

The embodiment of the invention adopts the following technical scheme for solving the technical problem:

according to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a fire lid comprising: a fire cover main body; the fire cover comprises a fire cover body, a plurality of bosses and a plurality of fire holes or fire grooves, wherein the fire holes or the fire grooves penetrate through the bosses and the fire cover body; the bosses are distributed on the fire cover main body at intervals, an air channel is formed between every two adjacent bosses, and the air channel is provided with a guide structure for guiding air from the periphery of the fire cover to the center of the fire cover; the air passage is formed by connecting an inner fire part and an outer fire part, the inner fire part is close to the center of the fire cover main body, the outer fire part is close to the periphery of the fire cover main body, and a fire transfer structure is arranged in the inner fire part.

The fire cover at least has the following beneficial effects: the fuel gas flows out from the fire holes or fire grooves at the top of the lug boss and is combusted. Because the flame flows out from the top of the boss, the bosses distributed at intervals can separate the flame, so that a fireless air channel is formed between two adjacent bosses, and the air can reach the inner ring of the fire cover main body through the air channel. When the air reaches the inner ring part of the fire cover main body, the air enters the fire transfer structure and contacts with the flame in the fire transfer structure to promote the combustion of the air, so that the air inflow of secondary air of the inner ring fire is increased, and the combustion of the inner ring is more sufficient.

According to the fire lid of the first aspect of the invention, the guide structure comprises first and second side walls opposing each other on two adjacent bosses, the first and second side walls being gradually closer together in a direction toward the center of the fire lid body. The air channel is located between the first sidewall and the second sidewall. Because the first side wall and the second side wall are gradually close to each other, flames on two adjacent bosses are also closer to each other, and more air is consumed in the corresponding air channel. Therefore, the air quantity consumed in the air channel increases gradually along the direction of the air channel approaching to the center of the fire cover main body, so that the air pressure in the center of the fire cover main body is lower than the air pressure at the periphery of the fire cover main body, a negative pressure effect is formed, and the flow speed of the air is increased.

According to the fire lid of the first aspect of the present invention, the first side wall and the second side wall are gradually brought closer in a direction toward the inside of the fire lid main body. Two lateral walls that are close to each other can make air passage form wide structure down to make the flame of air passage lower part denser than upper portion, the air that consumes also more than upper portion, and then make the atmospheric pressure of lower part be less than the atmospheric pressure on upper portion and form the effect of negative pressure, thereby absorb the air on fire lid main part upper portion.

According to the fire cover of the first aspect of the invention, the two inner side walls of the inner fire part opposite to each other are provided with the step positions, and the two step positions are matched to reduce the cross sectional area of the air passage and form the fire transfer structure. The step positions the first side wall and the second side wall to approach each other adjacent to the center of the fire cover main body and causes an effect of gradually reducing the cross-sectional area of the air passage. Because the bosses are gradually close to each other, the flame is gradually close to each other, the consumed air amount is increased, negative pressure is formed, and the air flow speed is increased.

According to the fire cover of the first aspect of the invention, the two stepped portions have the same shape and size and are both convex relative to the inner side wall of the outer fire portion. According to the fire cover of the first aspect of the present invention, the side wall of the outer fire part is provided with the guide slope capable of enlarging the cross-sectional area of the air passage. The guide slope enlarges the air passage so that a larger amount of air can be received.

According to the fire cover of the first aspect of the invention, the fire grooves extend to two sides of the boss and penetrate through the side wall of the boss; or the inner side wall of the inner fire part is provided with the fire hole. Because the fire groove runs through the lateral wall of boss, perhaps be provided with on the inside wall of interior fire portion the fire hole, consequently air passage's both sides will have flame. The flame will consume the air in the air channel to form a larger air pressure, thereby causing a negative pressure effect to absorb the outside air.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided a burner comprising the fire cover, the connecting seat and the base as described in any one of the above, which are connected in sequence.

The combustor at least has the following beneficial effects: the gas flows out from the fire hole or the fire groove at the top of the boss and is combusted. Because the flame flows out from the tops of the bosses, the bosses distributed at intervals can separate the flame, so that a fireless air channel is formed between every two adjacent bosses, and the air can reach the inner ring of the fire cover main body through the air channel. When the air reaches the inner ring part of the fire cover main body, the air enters the fire transfer structure and contacts with flame in the fire transfer structure to promote the combustion of the air, so that the air inflow of secondary air of the inner ring fire is increased, and the combustion of the inner ring is more sufficient.

According to the burner in the second aspect of the invention, an open cavity is arranged in the base, at least two connecting grooves are arranged on the inner wall of the cavity, and connecting platforms with the same number as the connecting grooves are arranged on the connecting seat; the connecting platform is arranged on the connecting groove and supports the connecting seat so that a gap exists between the connecting seat and the opening. According to the burner in the second aspect of the invention, an open cavity is arranged in the base, at least two connecting grooves are arranged on the inner wall of the cavity, connecting platforms with the number equal to that of the connecting grooves are arranged on the connecting seat, and the connecting platforms are installed on the connecting grooves and support the connecting seat so that a gap exists between the connecting seat and the open cavity. The cavity is used for containing fuel gas. Air can enter the cavity through the gap and is preliminarily mixed with the fuel gas in the cavity. The gap enables the amount of air entering the chamber to be increased, thereby enabling more efficient combustion.

According to the burner of the second aspect of the invention, the base is further provided with an ignition needle and/or a safety needle, the fire cover main body is provided with a vent hole, and the vent hole and/or the safety needle are adjacent to the ignition needle. The gas can flow to the ignition needle and/or the safety needle through the vent hole. When the ignition needle works, the gas at the air through hole is ignited, so that the gas on the fire cover main body is driven to burn. The safety pin is used for preventing the gas supply from being cut off when the flame is not started or is stopped so as to prevent accidents.
