Background

The styrene tar is the rectification residue produced in the production process of preparing styrene by ethylbenzene dehydrogenation, and the main components of the styrene tar are styrene, styrene polymer, derivatives, polymerization inhibitor and the like, and account for about 1 percent of the styrene yield. Because of the rectification residue, the method has no recycling value.

At present, a part of styrene tar is sent to a heating furnace to be used as fuel for treating the styrene tar by a styrene production enterprise, but the styrene tar is not easy to burn when being used as the fuel, is easy to coke or generate black smoke during burning, causes environmental pollution, does not meet the requirement of the emission of the current environment-friendly gas, and leaves the factory and sells a part of the styrene tar in a waste oil mode. However, with the new edition of the national records of hazardous wastes, styrene tar is listed as a hazardous waste, and the styrene tar can only be arranged to be treated by qualified units. The treatment cost of organic hazardous wastes is 2800-. Large-scale processing cannot be performed.

Chinese patent (application number: 200810042116.6) invented a method and device for recovering low-boiling-point substances from heavy styrene tar, and the light component containing styrene is recovered from the top of the refined styrene tower by using a stripping tower, and its recovery rate is raised by 10-50%.

The Yangyuan and the like develop a new process for extracting crude styrene from styrene tar by utilizing the characteristic that styrene can form ternary azeotrope with certain specific solvents and water, the recovery rate of the styrene can reach more than 92 percent, and the content of the crude styrene is more than 98 percent.

Wuchen et al performed thermal cracking test of styrene tar, heating 1000 g of styrene tar on a water bath to 358K to become fluid, adding the fluid into a cracking kettle, heating the fluid by an open system under normal pressure, gradually heating the fluid to 727K for liquid phase thermal cracking, controlling the boiling point of a product extracted from the top of the tower to be not higher than 463K, refluxing the material with high boiling point, flowing the material into the cracking kettle through a circulating lateral line for repeated cracking, and stopping cracking when the distillate at the top of the tower is little to obtain 700.5 g of the extracted liquid at the top of the tower and 299.0 g of the tower liquid.

Japanese iron and steel chemical company developed a method for exclusively recovering a phenolic polymerization inhibitor from styrene tar. The process is carried out by extracting styrene tar with oxygen-containing organic solvent with less than 6 carbon atoms to form a solvent phase, adding aromatic hydrocarbon to form a mixture, and distilling the mixture.

However, the above studies only can recycle valuable components such as residual styrene and polymerization inhibitor in styrene tar, and most of the remaining waste still needs to be disposed.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide a method for treating styrene tar in a large scale without secondary pollution.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides the following:

the method comprises the steps of mixing styrene tar and fuel oil to obtain mixed oil slurry, conveying the mixed oil slurry to a waste alkali incinerator through a pipeline, atomizing the mixed oil slurry through an oil gun with an air cooling jacket, burning the atomized mixed oil slurry in the waste alkali incinerator, and enabling a heat value generated by burning to enter a steam pipe network through a byproduct saturated steam of a waste heat boiler.

By adopting the scheme, the styrene tar can be smoothly and fully combusted, the carbon dioxide and the water are finally generated, the requirement of environmental protection emission is met, and the heat value generated by combustion enters a steam pipe network through the byproduct saturated steam of the waste heat boiler to generate additional value.

In a preferred scheme, the fuel oil is oil refining catalytic cracking slurry oil.

In the preferred scheme, the mass ratio of the styrene tar to the fuel oil in the mixed oil slurry is 1: 3-100.

Preferably, the mass ratio of the styrene tar to the fuel oil in the mixed slurry oil is 1: 4-20.

The styrene tar contains styrene oligomer, and the burning alone can cause wiredrawing and block oil gun holes, so that the burning can not be stably carried out for a long time. Within the above further preferable range, a stable combustion effect can be obtained and a strong styrene tar treating ability can be obtained.

The inventor finds that the temperature for mixing the styrene tar and the fuel oil has certain influence on the process, the temperature is too low, the mixing is easy to be uneven, and the temperature is too high, so that the styrene tar is further polymerized.

In the preferred scheme, the styrene tar and the fuel oil are uniformly mixed by a circulating pump.

Preferably, the oil gun is a straight tube type oil gun, and an air cooling jacket is arranged outside a straight tube nozzle of the straight tube type oil gun.

Preferably, the waste alkali incinerator is a cyclohexanone saponification waste alkali incinerator.
