The present application relates to the field of data processing technologies, and in particular, to a method, a system, an apparatus, a device, and a storage medium for reading a film.

Background

With the development of medical informatization, medical image data is often required to be displayed on a mobile terminal, and the case of displaying the medical image data through the mobile terminal is called mobile film reading. The mobile film reading is usually realized through medical image data interaction between a mobile terminal and a server.

In a specific process of mobile film reading through data interaction between a mobile terminal of a user and a server, a film reading instruction is usually sent to the server through the mobile terminal, the server returns a corresponding medical image to the mobile terminal according to a medical image identifier carried in the film reading instruction, and when the mobile terminal receives the medical image, the medical image is displayed to the user through data analysis so as to realize mobile film reading.

However, since medical image data is generally large, with the above method, there often occurs a problem of a prolonged period of time when the medical image is displayed.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, it is necessary to provide an interpretation method, system, apparatus, device, and storage medium for addressing the problem of prolongation of medical imaging.

In a first aspect, a method for scoring films comprises:

receiving a display instruction sent by a mobile terminal; the display instruction comprises index information of the medical image to be displayed;

acquiring a plurality of medical image blocks of the medical image to be displayed corresponding to the index information;

generating a thumbnail of the medical image to be displayed according to the plurality of medical image blocks;

and returning the thumbnail of the medical image to be displayed to the mobile terminal.

In one embodiment, after the thumbnail of the medical image to be displayed is returned to the mobile terminal, the method further comprises:

and sending the original image of the medical image to be displayed to the mobile terminal.

Detailed Description

The application provides a film reading method, a system, a device, equipment and a storage medium, and aims to solve the problem that the display of medical images is prolonged in time. The following describes in detail the technical solutions of the present application and how the technical solutions of the present application solve the above technical problems by embodiments and with reference to the drawings. The following several specific embodiments may be combined with each other, and details of the same or similar concepts or processes may not be repeated in some embodiments.

The film reading method provided by the embodiment can be applied to the application environment shown in fig. 1. Wherein the mobile terminal 102 communicates with the server 104 over a network. The mobile terminal 102 may be, but is not limited to, various notebook computers, smart phones, tablet computers, and portable wearable devices. The server 104 may be implemented as a stand-alone server or as a server cluster comprised of multiple servers.

The image reading method provided by the embodiment of the present application may be implemented by an image reading device, and the device may be implemented as part or all of a mobile terminal or a server by software, hardware, or a combination of software and hardware.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present application clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some embodiments of the present application, but not all embodiments.

Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating an image reading method according to an embodiment. The embodiment relates to a specific process of returning the thumbnail of the medical image to be displayed to the mobile terminal for displaying according to a display instruction sent by the mobile terminal. As shown in fig. 2, the method comprises the steps of:

s101, receiving a display instruction sent by a mobile terminal; the display instruction comprises index information of the medical image to be displayed.

Specifically, the display instruction may be used to request to display a medical image to be displayed, and may be used to request to display one medical image to be displayed, or may also request to display a plurality of medical images to be displayed. The index information may indicate a storage address of a medical image to be displayed, may also indicate a plurality of storage addresses of a medical image to be displayed, and one index information may also indicate a plurality of storage addresses of a medical image to be displayed, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present application. The medical image to be displayed may be an image obtained by scanning at least one of the brain, heart, bone, blood vessel, liver, kidney, gallbladder, pancreas, thyroid, urinary system, uterus, adnexa, and teeth of a human or animal. When the display instruction sent by the mobile terminal is received, the display instruction sent by the mobile terminal can be received through the wireless network. The server may receive one display instruction sent by the mobile terminal at a time, may also receive multiple display instructions sent by the mobile terminal at a time, and may also receive display instructions sent by multiple mobile terminals at the same time.

And S102, acquiring a medical image block of the medical image to be displayed corresponding to the index information.

In particular, after the medical image acquisition device acquires the medical image, the medical image is stored in the server in the form of a medical image block because the memory space occupied by the medical image is generally large. Optionally, the medical image block is obtained by analyzing according to the image structure information in the medical image set. As described in S101 above, the index information is used to indicate a storage address of the medical image block of the medical image to be displayed, and after the server acquires the index information in the display instruction, the server may determine the storage address of the medical image block of the medical image to be displayed from the index information carried in the display instruction, and call the medical image block of the medical image to be displayed at the address, that is, acquire the medical image block of the medical image to be displayed corresponding to the index information. And S103, generating a thumbnail of the medical image to be displayed according to the medical image block.

Specifically, the medical image block of the medical image to be displayed obtained according to the index information is an original medical image, that is, an image obtained by scanning at least one of the brain, heart, bone, blood vessel, liver, kidney, gallbladder, pancreas, thyroid, urinary system, uterus, adnexa, and teeth of the human body or the animal through a medical imaging device, such as a CT device, an MRI device, or a PET device. Generally, the image data volume obtained by scanning the medical imaging device is large, and a medical image block of a medical image to be displayed is subjected to data compression to generate a thumbnail of the medical image to be displayed. When data compression is performed on a medical image to be displayed specifically, data compression may be performed on the medical image to be displayed by using a lossless compression technology, or data compression may be performed on the medical image to be displayed by using a lossy compression technology, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.

And S104, returning the thumbnail of the medical image to be displayed to the mobile terminal.

Specifically, on the basis of the above embodiment, after obtaining the thumbnail of the medical image to be displayed, the thumbnail of the medical image to be displayed may be returned to the mobile terminal by wireless transmission. The server can immediately put the thumbnail of the medical image to be displayed back to the mobile terminal when the thumbnail of the medical image to be displayed is obtained.

According to the film reading method, the server receives the display instruction sent by the mobile terminal, wherein the display instruction comprises the index information of the medical image to be displayed, the medical image block of the medical image to be displayed corresponding to the index information is obtained, the thumbnail of the medical image to be displayed is generated according to the medical image block, and the thumbnail of the medical image to be displayed is returned to the mobile terminal, so that the thumbnail of the medical image to be displayed with small data volume is received by the mobile terminal, the time required for the process of transmitting the thumbnail of the medical image to be displayed with small data volume from the server to the mobile terminal is short, the condition that the medical image data with large data volume is transmitted in a short time is avoided, and the problem that the medical image is displayed for a long time is avoided.

After the thumbnail of the medical image to be displayed is returned to the mobile terminal, the original image of the medical image to be displayed can be sent to the mobile terminal. Optionally, the original image of the medical image to be displayed is sent to the mobile terminal.

Specifically, after the thumbnail of the medical image to be displayed is returned to the mobile terminal, the server may also send the original image of the medical image to be displayed to the mobile terminal. The server may send the original image of the medical image to be displayed to the mobile terminal immediately after returning the thumbnail of the medical image to be displayed to the mobile terminal, or may return the original image of the medical image to be displayed to the mobile terminal after acquiring the instruction for displaying the original image sent by the mobile terminal.

When the server returns the thumbnail of the medical image to be displayed to the mobile terminal, the server immediately sends the original image of the medical image to be displayed to the mobile terminal, and the original image of the medical image to be displayed can be sent to the mobile terminal by utilizing the time consumed by the user when the user views the medical image to be displayed, so that the transmission of the original image of the medical image to be displayed is carried out when the user views the thumbnail of the medical image to be displayed, and the time for the user to wait to view the original image of the medical image to be displayed is reduced. When the server returns the thumbnail of the medical image to be displayed to the mobile terminal, the server receives the instruction of displaying the original image sent by the mobile terminal, and then returns the original image of the medical image to be displayed to the mobile terminal, namely, the server sends the original image of the medical image to be displayed to the mobile terminal according to the requirement of a user, so that the condition that the original image of the medical image to be displayed is stored in the mobile terminal too much and occupies the memory of the mobile terminal is avoided, the data processing efficiency of the mobile terminal is improved, and the efficiency of displaying the medical image to be displayed by the mobile terminal is further improved.

In a possible embodiment, the display instruction may further include a display characteristic of the mobile terminal, and then S103 "generating a thumbnail of a medical image to be displayed according to the medical image block" includes: and generating a thumbnail of the medical image to be displayed according to the display characteristic and the medical image block of the mobile terminal.

Specifically, when the medical image acquisition device acquires a medical image, a part is usually scanned according to a scanning protocol to obtain one or more medical image sequences, i.e. a medical image set. When the medical image set is acquired from the medical image acquisition equipment and needs to be stored in the server, the server firstly judges whether the size of the medical image set exceeds a preset threshold value. When the size of the medical image set exceeds a preset threshold, the server analyzes the image structure information in the medical image set through a preset rule to obtain the sequence order of each medical image in the medical image set, for example, the sequence, image category or image information of each medical image in the medical image set. The image category may indicate which medical image is captured by which medical image capturing device, and the image information may indicate a scanning portion corresponding to the medical image or a scanning protocol corresponding to the medical image. When the sequence order of the medical images in the medical influence set is obtained, the medical image set is divided into a plurality of medical image blocks for storage according to the sequence order of the medical images in the medical image set, wherein the medical image blocks comprise at least one medical image, and the number of the medical images in the medical image blocks is not more than that of the medical images in the medical image set. When the medical image set is analyzed into a plurality of medical image blocks to be stored, index information corresponding to each medical image is obtained through analysis. And when the medical image blocks are stored, storing the medical image blocks according to API interfaces provided by different cloud storage manufacturers.

On the basis of the above embodiment, the mobile terminal may further send a display instruction to the server, and display the thumbnail image returned by the server according to the display instruction, which is described in detail by the embodiment shown in fig. 3 below.

Fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a film reading method in an embodiment, where an execution subject of the embodiment is a mobile terminal, and the method includes the following steps:

s201, sending a display instruction to a server; the display instruction comprises index information of the medical image to be displayed.

Specifically, the mobile terminal may send a display instruction to the server in a wireless communication manner, where the display instruction carries index information of the medical image to be displayed, and one display instruction may carry one index information or multiple index information.

According to the film reading method, the mobile terminal sends the display instruction to the server, the display instruction comprises the index information of the medical image to be displayed, the thumbnail of the medical image to be displayed returned by the server according to the display instruction is received, the thumbnail of the medical image to be displayed is further displayed, the thumbnail of the medical image to be displayed with small data volume is received by the mobile terminal, the time required for the process of transmitting the thumbnail of the medical image to be displayed with small data volume from the server to the mobile terminal is short, the situation that the medical image data with large data volume is transmitted in a short time is avoided, and the problem that the medical image is displayed for a long time is avoided.

Optionally, the display instruction further comprises a display characteristic of the mobile terminal.

In one possible embodiment, after displaying the thumbnail of the medical image to be displayed, optionally, the original image of the medical image to be displayed returned by the server is received and displayed.

Specifically, after displaying the thumbnail of the medical image to be displayed, the mobile terminal may receive and display the original image of the medical image to be displayed returned by the server. The mobile terminal can generate a request for displaying an original image according to the operation of a user, send the request for displaying the original image to the server, and receive the original image of the medical image to be displayed returned by the server according to the request for displaying the original image. It should be understood that although the steps in the flowcharts of fig. 2 or 3 are shown in order as indicated by the arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed in order as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not performed in the exact order shown and described, and may be performed in other orders, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Moreover, at least some of the steps in fig. 2 or 3 may include multiple sub-steps or multiple stages that are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, and the order of performing the sub-steps or stages is not necessarily sequential, but may be performed alternately or alternately with other steps or at least some of the sub-steps or stages of other steps.

The embodiment of the present application further provides a film reading system, as shown in fig. 4, the system includes a server 104 and a mobile terminal 102; the server 104 is respectively connected with the medical image acquisition equipment 106 and the mobile terminal 102; the server 104 is used for executing the film reading method provided by the above-mentioned fig. 2; the mobile terminal 102 is configured to execute the film reading method provided in fig. 3.

Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of an image reading device provided in an embodiment, and as shown in fig. 5, the image reading device includes: a first receiving module 10, an obtaining module 20, a generating module 30 and a returning module 40, wherein:

a first receiving module 10, configured to receive a display instruction sent by a mobile terminal; the display instruction comprises index information of the medical image to be displayed;

the acquiring module 20 is configured to acquire a medical image block of the medical image to be displayed, which corresponds to the index information;

a generating module 30, configured to generate a thumbnail of the medical image to be displayed according to the medical image block;

and the returning module 40 is used for returning the thumbnail of the medical image to be displayed to the mobile terminal.

Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of an image reading device provided in another embodiment, and based on the embodiment shown in fig. 5, as shown in fig. 6, the image reading device further includes: a storage module 50, wherein:

the storage module 50 is configured to parse the medical image set into a plurality of medical image block stores.

The various modules in the foregoing slide reading apparatus can be implemented in whole or in part by software, hardware, and combinations thereof. The modules can be embedded in a hardware form or independent from a processor in the computer device, and can also be stored in a memory in the computer device in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute operations corresponding to the modules.

Fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of an image reading device provided in an embodiment, and as shown in fig. 7, the image reading device includes: a transmitting module 60, a second receiving module 70 and a display module 80, wherein:

a sending module 60, configured to send a display instruction to a server; the display instruction comprises index information of the medical image to be displayed;

the second receiving module 70 is configured to receive a thumbnail of the medical image to be displayed, which is returned by the server according to the display instruction;

and the display module 80 is used for displaying the thumbnail of the medical image to be displayed.

In one embodiment, after displaying the thumbnail of the medical image to be displayed, the display module 80 is further configured to receive and display the original image of the medical image to be displayed returned by the server.

The film reading device provided by the embodiment of the application can execute the method embodiment, the implementation principle and the technical effect are similar, and the details are not repeated herein.

In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a terminal device, and its internal structure diagram may be as shown in fig. 8. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, a network interface, a display screen, and an input device connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system and a computer program. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement an interpretation method. The display screen of the computer equipment can be a liquid crystal display screen or an electronic ink display screen, and the input device of the computer equipment can be a touch layer covered on the display screen, a key, a track ball or a touch pad arranged on the shell of the computer equipment, an external keyboard, a touch pad or a mouse and the like.

Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the architecture shown in fig. 8 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the disclosed aspects and is not intended to limit the computing devices to which the disclosed aspects apply, as particular computing devices may include more or less components than those shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.

In one embodiment, there is provided a terminal device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program, the processor implementing the following steps when executing the computer program:

receiving a display instruction sent by a mobile terminal; the display instruction comprises index information of the medical image to be displayed;

acquiring a medical image block of a medical image to be displayed corresponding to the index information;

generating a thumbnail of the medical image to be displayed according to the medical image block;

and returning the thumbnail of the medical image to be displayed to the mobile terminal.

In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of: and sending the original image of the medical image to be displayed to the mobile terminal.

In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of: and generating a thumbnail of the medical image to be displayed according to the display characteristic and the medical image block of the mobile terminal.

In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of: the medical image set is analyzed into a plurality of medical image blocks for storage.

The implementation principle and technical effect of the terminal device provided in this embodiment are similar to those of the method embodiments described above, and are not described herein again.

In one embodiment, there is provided a terminal device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program, the processor implementing the following steps when executing the computer program:

sending a display instruction to a server; the display instruction comprises index information of the medical image to be displayed;

receiving a thumbnail of the medical image to be displayed returned by the server according to the display instruction;

and displaying the thumbnail of the medical image to be displayed.

In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of: and receiving and displaying the original image of the medical image to be displayed returned by the server.

In one embodiment, the display instructions further include display characteristics of the mobile terminal.

The implementation principle and technical effect of the terminal device provided in this embodiment are similar to those of the method embodiments described above, and are not described herein again.

In one embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, having a computer program stored thereon, which when executed by a processor, performs the steps of:

receiving a display instruction sent by a mobile terminal; the display instruction comprises index information of the medical image to be displayed;

acquiring a medical image block of a medical image to be displayed corresponding to the index information;

generating a thumbnail of the medical image to be displayed according to the medical image block;

and returning the thumbnail of the medical image to be displayed to the mobile terminal.

In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor implements the steps of: and sending the original image of the medical image to be displayed to the mobile terminal.

In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor implements the steps of: and generating a thumbnail of the medical image to be displayed according to the display characteristic and the medical image block of the mobile terminal.

In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor implements the steps of: the medical image set is analyzed into a plurality of medical image blocks for storage.

In one embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, having a computer program stored thereon, which when executed by a processor, performs the steps of:

sending a display instruction to a server; the display instruction comprises index information of the medical image to be displayed;

receiving a thumbnail of the medical image to be displayed returned by the server according to the display instruction;

and displaying the thumbnail of the medical image to be displayed.

In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor implements the steps of: and receiving and displaying the original image of the medical image to be displayed returned by the server.

In one embodiment, the display instructions further include display characteristics of the mobile terminal.

The implementation principle and technical effect of the computer-readable storage medium provided by this embodiment are similar to those of the above-described method embodiment, and are not described herein again.

It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by hardware instructions of a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database, or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein may include non-volatile and/or volatile memory, among others. Non-volatile memory can include read-only memory (ROM), Programmable ROM (PROM), Electrically Programmable ROM (EPROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable ROM (EEPROM), or flash memory. Volatile memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM is available in a variety of forms such as Static RAM (SRAM), Dynamic RAM (DRAM), Synchronous DRAM (SDRAM), Double Data Rate SDRAM (DDRSDRAM), Enhanced SDRAM (ESDRAM), Synchronous Link DRAM (SLDRAM), Rambus Direct RAM (RDRAM), direct bus dynamic RAM (DRDRAM), and memory bus dynamic RAM (RDRAM).

The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
