a first nut coupling part (251) having a second screw (420) to which the nut is coupled; and

a second nut coupling part (252) having a third thread (430) coupled to the nut and having one or more slots (410) with one end open,

a length (L1) from a center of the tuning bolt (250) to a tip of the third thread (430) is longer than a length (L2) from the center of the tuning bolt (250) to a tip of the second thread (420).

Technical Field

the present invention relates to a cavity filter having a tuning bolt, and more particularly, to a cavity filter capable of minimizing the outward protrusion of a tuning bolt and easily fixing the tuning bolt.

Background

Cavity filters (cavity filters) are filters that attenuate only frequencies in a desired frequency band among various input frequency components, and have been developed in various kinds and forms.

The bandpass frequency of the cavity filter is determined by the inherent inductance component (inductance) and capacitance component of the respective filter.

In addition, in order to tune the cavity filter by adjusting a frequency band passed by the cavity filter as necessary, the tuning of the cavity filter includes a process of moving a tuning bolt in an up-down direction.

Fig. 1 is a diagram showing a cavity filter provided with a general tuning bolt.

Referring to fig. 1, the cavity filter includes a plurality of cavities 110 opened at an upper portion in a housing 100, and a resonator 120 in the cavity 110.

the cover 130 seals the housing 100, and a plurality of through holes 140 are formed in the cover 130.

The tuning bolt 150 is rotated along a screw thread formed on an inner circumferential surface of the through hole 140, and can be moved closer to the resonator 120 or away from the resonator 120. In this manner, the cavity filter can be tuned while moving the tuning bolt 150 in the up-down direction. After tuning, tuning bolt 150 needs to be fixed, and at this time, tuning bolt 150 is fixed by nut 160.

In addition, recently, a design for minimizing the protrusion of the tuning bolt toward the outside of the cover has been attracting attention, and when the tuning bolt is fixed by the nut, since the nut protrudes to the outside, various studies have been made without fixing the tuning bolt by the nut.

As related prior art, there are Korean patent laid-open Nos. 10-1569730 and 10-1779359.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a cavity filter which can minimize the external exposure of a tuning bolt and can easily fix the tuning bolt.

In order to achieve the above object, according to an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a cavity filter having a tuning bolt, including: a housing having an open upper portion and including a plurality of cavities therein, the plurality of cavities having an open upper portion; a cover for sealing the housing; one or more nuts having a first thread formed on the cap; and one or more tuning bolts coupled to the nut, the tuning bolts including: a first nut coupling portion having a second thread coupled to the nut; and a second nut coupling portion including a third screw coupled to the nut and one or more slots having one open end, wherein a length from a center of the tuning bolt to a tip of the third screw is longer than a length from the center of the tuning bolt to a tip of the second screw.

In order to achieve the above object, according to another embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a cavity filter having a tuning bolt, including: a housing having an open upper portion and including a plurality of cavities therein, the plurality of cavities having an open upper portion; a cover for sealing the housing; one or more nuts having a first thread formed on the cap; and one or more tuning bolts coupled to the nut, the tuning bolts including: a first nut coupling portion having a second thread coupled to the nut; and a second nut coupling portion having a third screw coupled to the nut and one or more slots with one end opened, wherein a length L3 from a center of the tuning bolt to a tip of the third screw formed on an outer circumferential surface of the second nut coupling portion shows a pattern that is longer as it is farther from the second screw.

In order to achieve the above object, according to another embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a tuning bolt for a cavity filter, wherein the tuning bolt includes: a first nut coupling part having a second thread coupled to a nut formed on a cover of the cavity filter; and a second nut coupling portion including a third screw coupled to the nut and one or more slots having one open end, wherein a length from a center of the tuning bolt to a tip of the third screw is longer than a length from the center of the tuning bolt to a tip of the second screw.

In order to achieve the above object, according to another embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a tuning bolt for a cavity filter, wherein the tuning bolt includes: a first nut coupling part having a second thread coupled to a nut formed on a cover of the cavity filter; and a second nut coupling portion having a third screw coupled to the nut and one or more slots having one open end, wherein a length from a center of the tuning bolt to a tip of the third screw formed on an outer circumferential surface of the second nut coupling portion is longer as it is farther from the second screw.

According to the present invention, the tuning bolt can be easily fixed without using other fixing means such as a nut, and it is not necessary to couple other fixing means to the tuning bolt in addition to the tuning bolt, and therefore, it is possible to minimize the tuning bolt from protruding to the outside of the cavity filter.

Detailed Description

While the invention is susceptible to various modifications and alternative embodiments, specific embodiments thereof are shown by way of example in the drawings and will herein be described in detail. However, it should be understood that the present invention is not limited to the specific embodiments, and includes all modifications, equivalents, and alternatives within the spirit and scope of the present invention. In the description of the drawings, like components are denoted by like reference numerals.

The terms first and/or second, etc. may be used to describe various components, but the components are not limited to the terms. The term is used only to distinguish one constituent element from another constituent element, and for example, a first constituent element may be named a second constituent element, and similarly, a second constituent element may be named a first constituent element, without departing from the scope of the concept of the present invention.

Hereinafter, embodiments according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Fig. 2 is a cross-sectional view of a cavity filter provided with a tuning bolt according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 3 is a perspective view of a nut according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 4 is a perspective view of a tuning bolt according to an embodiment of the present invention.

Referring to fig. 2 to 4, the cavity filter according to the present invention includes: a housing 200, a cover 230, one or more nuts 260, and a tuning bolt 250.

The housing 200 is opened at its upper portion, and includes a plurality of cavities 210 opened at their upper portions in the housing. The resonator 220 is provided in the cavity 210, and the cover 230 having one or more through holes 240 is sealed to the housing 200.

One or more nuts 260 having first threads 261 formed on the inner circumferential surface thereof are coupled to the through-holes 240. According to an embodiment, the nut 260 may be formed integrally with the cover 230, as will be apparent to those skilled in the art.

One or more tuning bolts 250 having elasticity are coupled to the nut 260. The tuning bolt 250 is also formed with a thread so that the tuning bolt 250 can be moved in the up-down direction while being rotated. More specifically, the tuning bolt 250 includes a first nut coupling portion 251, a second nut coupling portion 252, and a body portion 253. However, it is not limited that the entire tuning bolt 250 is formed of an elastic material, and only the second nut coupling portion 252 of the tuning bolt 250 may be formed of an elastic material, and the remaining portion may be formed of a metal material or other known materials.

The body 253 has a cylindrical shape and is inserted into the through hole 240. A bolt head 254 having a smaller diameter than the body portion 253 may be coupled to one end of the body portion 253. The tuning bolt 250 may be rotated by rotating the groove 255 formed at the bolt head 254 with a screwdriver. According to an embodiment, a groove may be formed on one surface of the body portion 253 without a bolt head.

Referring to fig. 4-level 5, the first nut coupling portion 251 includes a second thread 420 coupled to the nut 260, and the second nut coupling portion 252 includes a third thread 430 coupled to the nut 260. The first nut coupling portion 251 has a ring shape, and the second nut coupling portion 252 includes one or more slots 410 having one end opened so as to be bent toward the center of the tuning bolt 250 by an external force. The number of slots may be variously determined according to embodiments.

at this time, as shown in fig. 7, a length d1 from the center of the tuning bolt 250 to the third thread 430 is longer than a length d2 from the center of the tuning bolt 250 to the second thread 420. In other words, the diameter d1 of the circle designed to be formed by the third thread 430 is larger than the diameter d3 of the circle formed by the second thread 420. Also, a length L1 from the center of the tuning bolt 250 to the tip of the third thread 430 may be longer than a length L2 from the center of the tuning bolt 250 to the tip of the second thread 420. Also, the height of the second screw 420 is designed such that the first nut coupling portion 251 can be well coupled with the nut 260.

Therefore, the tuning bolt 250 can be moved up and down while being easily rotated in a state where only the first nut coupling portion 251 is coupled to the nut 260, but the tuning bolt 250 can be moved up and down only by rotating the tuning bolt 250 with a strong force in a state where the second nut coupling portion 252 is also coupled to the nut 260.

As a result, according to the present invention, the tuning bolt 250 can be easily fixed by the second nut coupling portion 252.

next, the structure of the tuning bolt will be described in detail with reference to the drawings showing the coupling state of the tuning bolt and the nut.

Fig. 5 is a diagram showing a state in which the first nut coupling portion 251 of the tuning bolt 250 is coupled to the nut 260, and is an enlarged view of a first dashed frame 500 shown in fig. 2. The first nut coupling portion 251 may have a shape protruding from the body portion 253 in a direction perpendicular to a longitudinal direction of the body portion 253, and a second screw 420 may be formed on an outer circumferential surface of the first nut coupling portion 251.

the second nut coupling portion 252 may extend from one end 256 of the body portion 253, and a third screw 430 may be formed on an outer circumferential surface of the second nut coupling portion 252. The second and third screw threads 420 and 430 may be formed apart from a predetermined distance. According to an embodiment, the second thread 420 and the third nut 430 may also be formed as one body without being separated.

In a state where the first nut coupling portion 251 is coupled to the nut 260, the heights of the first thread 261 and the second thread 420 are designed so that the tuning bolt 250 can be easily rotated, that is, the second thread 420 and the first thread 261 can be well coupled.

in addition, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the height of the third thread 430 is higher than the height of the second thread 420 such that the length from the center of the tuning bolt 250 to the third thread 430 is longer than the length from the center of the tuning bolt 250 to the second thread 420.

Referring to fig. 6, the second screw 420 of the first nut coupling portion 251 and the third nut 430 of the second nut coupling portion 252 are coupled to the first screw 261 of the nut 260. As described above, since the tuning bolt 250 is formed of the elastic material, even if the height of the third screw 430 is higher than the height of the second screw 420, the second nut coupling portion 252 is bent to couple the third screw 430 and the first screw 261.

When the second nut coupling portion 252 is bent toward the center of the tuning bolt 250, the elastic force acts in a direction opposite to the bending direction, and thus, the load of the third screw 430 of the second nut coupling portion 252 pressing the first screw 261 of the nut 260 increases. Therefore, as shown in fig. 1, even though there is no nut for fixing the tuning bolt outside the cover, the tuning bolt 250 can be firmly fixed by the second nut coupling portion 252.

As a result, according to the present invention, the tuning bolt can be easily fixed without using any other fixing means such as a nut, and it is not necessary to couple any other fixing means other than the tuning bolt to the tuning bolt, so that the tuning bolt can be minimized from protruding to the outside of the cavity filter.

In addition, the nut 260 may include a protrusion 262 protruding from an inner circumferential surface where the first thread 261 is formed. The first nut coupling portion 251 has a shape protruding from the body portion 253, so that the movement of the first nut coupling portion 251 moving downward can be blocked by the protruding portion 262, and the tuning bolt 250 can be prevented from entering too deeply toward the cavity.

Therefore, even though the height of the second thread 420 and the height of the third thread 430 are the same, the length from the center 700 of the tuning bolt 250 to the third thread 430 may be longer than the length from the center of the tuning bolt 250 to the second thread 420.

Fig. 8 to 10 are views for explaining various tuning bolts according to other embodiments of the present invention, showing cross-sectional views of the tuning bolts.

The tuning bolt described in fig. 8 to 10 also has a length from the center of the tuning bolt to the third thread that is longer than the length from the center of the tuning bolt to the second thread. Accordingly, the tuning bolt can be fixed by the elastic force of the second nut coupling portion. Although the embodiment in which the height of the third screw is higher than the height of the second screw is described in fig. 8 to 10, the length from the center of the tuning bolt to one surface of the first nut coupling portion and the second nut coupling portion may be different from each other as described above.
