Referring to fig. 2 and 4, the cooling liquid accommodating box 4 includes a cooling liquid box 41, a first cover plate 42 and a second cover plate 43, a cooling liquid slot 411 for storing cooling liquid is formed in the cooling liquid box 41, the clamp 11 is located in the cooling liquid slot 411, the first cover plate 42 and the second cover plate 43 are both pivoted with the cooling liquid box 41, the first cover plate 42 and the second cover plate 43 cover the slot opening of the cooling liquid slot 411 together, the first cover plate 42 is provided with a through hole 421 into which the cutter 6 can extend, because the first cover plate 42 and the second cover plate 43 are pivoted with the cooling liquid box 41, the rotation of the first cover plate 42 and the second cover plate 43 is realized, when the cooling liquid box is in operation, the first cover plate 42 and the second cover plate 43 cover the cooling liquid slot 411, thereby effectively avoiding the influence of the external environment on the processing, and a producer can open the cooling liquid box 41 by using the rotation of the first cover plate 42 and the second cover plate 43, thereby observing the condition of the cooling liquid slot 411 or performing tool setting, simple structure and convenient use.

The working principle of the harmonic reducer gear finishing machine 100 of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1 to 7, as follows:

Installing a workpiece on a clamp 11, starting tool setting and debugging, adjusting the position of a mounting plate 33 by means of the expansion of an X-axis micrometer fine adjuster 34 and the expansion of a Y-axis micrometer fine adjuster 35, indirectly adjusting the relative position between the tool 6 and the workpiece to complete a tool setting process, pumping cooling liquid out of a cooling liquid pump station 51 by a hydraulic pump 54, continuously spraying the cooling liquid to the machining areas of the tool 6 and the workpiece by a nozzle 56 through a liquid inlet pipe 52, and cooling; the X-axis air-floating type feeding module 71 drives the cutter 6 to feed a tiny feeding amount along the X-axis direction of the working platform 1, then the Z-axis air-floating type feeding module 72 drives the cutter 6 to feed a tooth-shaped length stroke along the Z-axis direction of the working platform 1, so that a tooth is milled, the rotation of the air-floating rotary table 2 drives the workpiece on the clamp 11 to rotate, so that the workpiece rotates by the angle of one tooth, the fast switching of machining between the teeth is realized, the rest is done, until all the teeth are milled at high speed and high precision in the sequence, until all the machining tasks are finished, the cutter 6 is withdrawn, and the finished product is taken out.

By combining the fine adjustment module 3, the cooling liquid containing box 4, the cooling liquid circulating device 5, the air floatation rotary table 2 and the cutter moving mechanism 7 together, the fine adjustment module 3 is installed on the air floatation rotary table 2, the cooling liquid containing box 4 is installed at the output end of the fine adjustment module 3, the clamp 11 is internally arranged in the cooling liquid containing box 4, the relative position between the cutter 6 and a workpiece on the clamp 11 is adjusted by means of the movement of the fine adjustment module 3, so that the tool setting process before machining is realized, the fine adjustment module 3 can realize the accurate positioning and calibration of the workpiece, and further the machining accuracy is improved; the rotation of the air-floating rotating platform 2 drives the workpiece on the clamp 11 to rotate, so that the workpiece rotates by one tooth angle to realize the rapid switching of machining between teeth, and the high-precision circumferential separation of the number of teeth can be realized by utilizing the characteristic of small friction of the air-floating rotating platform 2, so that the machining accuracy is improved; the cutter 6 is arranged at the output end of the cutter moving mechanism 7, the cutter 6 moves under the driving of the cutter moving mechanism 7 to mill a workpiece, the cutter moving mechanism 7 can enable the cutter 6 to realize high-speed feeding, high dimensional accuracy and low surface roughness are realized, and the cutter 6 and a machining area are continuously cooled by matching with the upper cooling liquid circulating device 5, so that the thermal influence of the cutter 6 during milling is reduced, the machining condition of optical cold machining is met, and the service life and the precision of the cutter 6 can be effectively protected. In conclusion, the harmonic reducer gear optical processing machine tool 100 of the present invention can automatically implement a plurality of processes such as tool setting, milling, inter-tooth switching, and cooling protection, and can improve manufacturing accuracy, improve manufacturing efficiency, reduce friction, prolong life, improve reliability, and reduce cost.
