背景技术

目前汽车天窗深受广大汽车爱好者的青睐，天窗的具备增加了汽车内部的亮度，根据天窗是否可打开，分为可打开天窗和固定玻璃天窗，前者具备可通风换气和采光的作用，后者只具备采光的作用，在固定玻璃天窗装配时是从上往下装，需将玻璃起吊并粘放在车顶上，在装配时定位、结合需要对准作业，精度要求高，费时费力，不便于轻量化和装配简单化。

发明内容

针对现有技术中固定玻璃天窗在装配中的上述问题，本发明提供了一种将玻璃、导轨注塑一体化，有利于提高装配精度、减少装配工时，便捷生产的固定玻璃导轨一体机构。

本发明提供的技术方案是：一种固定玻璃导轨一体机构，包括天窗玻璃、导轨，天窗玻璃周边设有玻璃PU，其特征在于：所述导轨的外侧连接板由玻璃PU内侧穿接一体注塑在玻璃PU内，导轨的外侧、玻璃PU内侧间嵌装有第一密封胶条，导轨的内侧与天窗玻璃之间嵌装有第二密封胶条。

进一步地，所述第一密封胶条嵌装在玻璃PU内。

再进一步地，所述第二密封胶条嵌装在导轨内侧的型材轨道内。

本发明意在轻量化和有效减少成本，将玻璃和导轨注塑一体化，在兼顾整体装配精度的同时减少车辆装配天窗的工时；导轨外侧连接板注塑在玻璃PU中，通过嵌装第一、二密封胶条来达到可触摸、定位以及平稳支撑天窗玻璃，一体化生产后直接吊装于汽车上，一次安装完成精度高，装配便捷。
