The sliding member 23 includes a sliding frame 231, as shown in fig. 9, a bearing frame 232 is disposed on the sliding frame 231, bearing rods 233 symmetrically distributed are disposed below the bearing frame 232, a third belt wheel 234 is disposed on the sliding frame 231 in a rotating manner, a third driving member 235 is disposed on the sliding frame 231, a fourth belt wheel 236 is disposed on the sliding frame 231 in a rotating manner, the third driving member 235 drives the fourth belt wheel 236 to rotate, the third belt wheel 234 and the fourth belt wheel 236 are driven by a belt, a sliding groove 237 is disposed below the sliding frame 231, the sliding member 23 is slidably connected with the upper rack 21 by the sliding groove 237 and the first guide rail 27, and the belt between the first belt wheel 25 and the second belt wheel 26 is fixedly connected with the sliding frame 231.

The material transferring part 3 comprises a moving frame 31, as shown in fig. 10 and fig. 11, a limit hole 32 is formed in the moving frame 31, a third motor 33 is arranged on the moving frame 31, an output shaft of the third motor 33 is fixedly connected with a third gear 34, two sides of the moving frame 31 are provided with symmetrically distributed connecting frames 35, racks 36 are arranged on the connecting frames 35, a lead screw sliding table 37 is arranged on the connecting frames 35, a sliding disc of the lead screw sliding table 37 is fixedly connected with the connecting frames 35, a limit groove 38 is formed in the connecting frames 35, an adsorption part 39 is arranged below the lead screw sliding table 37, the material transferring part 3 is in sliding connection with the material loading part 2 through the matching of the limit hole 32 and the sliding frame 231, a belt between a third belt wheel 234 and a fourth belt wheel 236 is fixedly connected with the moving frame 31, and the limit groove 38 is in sliding connection with a bearing rod 233.

The adsorption part 39 comprises an adsorption frame 391, as shown in fig. 12, a hydraulic cylinder 392 is arranged on the adsorption frame 391, a suction cup 393 is fixedly connected to an output shaft of the hydraulic cylinder 392, a fourth motor 394 is arranged on the adsorption frame 391, a turntable 395 is fixedly connected to an output shaft of the fourth motor 394, a shift lever 396 is arranged on the turntable 395, an elastic part 397 is arranged below the adsorption frame 391, a support shaft 398 is rotatably arranged on the adsorption frame 391, a swing rod 399 is arranged on the support shaft 398, a sphere 3991 is fixedly connected to one end of the swing rod 399, a protective pad is wrapped on the surface of the sphere 3991, one end of the elastic part 397 is fixedly connected to the adsorption frame 391, the other end of the elastic part 397 is fixedly connected to the swing rod 399, and the adsorption frame 391 is fixedly connected to the bottom of the screw sliding table 37.

The first adjusting member 5 includes first adjusting frames 51 which are symmetrically distributed, as shown in fig. 1 and 13, limiting blocks 52 are slidably disposed in the first adjusting frames 51, first driven rollers 53 are rotatably disposed between the limiting blocks 52 which are symmetrically distributed, a hand wheel 54 is engaged with the first adjusting frames 51 through threads, and the hand wheel 54 is tightly connected with the limiting blocks 52, and the first adjusting frames 51 are tightly connected with the fixed frame 11.

The second adjusting member 6 includes a second driven roller 61, and as shown in fig. 14, fixing plates 62 are provided at both ends of the second driven roller 61, and a first support rod 63 is provided below the fixing plates 62, the first support rod 63 being threadedly engaged with the rotating rod 125.

The third adjusting member 7 includes a third adjusting frame 71, as shown in fig. 15, a scraper frame 72 is disposed on the third adjusting frame 71, a scraper 731 is disposed on the scraper frame 72, an oil pipe 732 is disposed on the scraper frame 72, a third driven roller 74 is rotatably disposed on the third adjusting frame 71, a fourth gear 75 is disposed on the third driven roller 74, a fourth driven roller 76 is rotatably disposed on the third adjusting frame 71, a fifth gear 77 is disposed on the fourth driven roller 76, a sixth gear 78 is disposed on the fourth driven roller 76, a second support rod 79 is disposed on the third adjusting frame 71, the second support rod 79 is in threaded engagement with the rotating rod 125, the fourth gear 75 and the fifth gear 77 are in transmission through a transmission belt, and the sixth gear 78 and the second gear are in transmission through a transmission belt.

When the automatic feeding device is used, the distance between the guide plate 132, the first guide wheel 16 and the second guide wheel 171 is adjusted, the height of the first driven roller 53 is adjusted by rotating the hand wheel 54, the second motor 121 drives the rotating rod 125 to rotate, the heights of the second adjusting part 6 and the third adjusting part 7 are adjusted, the feeding thickness is adjusted, the sucking discs 393 are enabled to adsorb plates through moving and matching of the feeding part 2 and the transferring part 3 in all directions, the output shaft of the hydraulic cylinder 392 is extended, the fourth motor 394 drives the rotating disc 395 to rotate, the driving lever 396 is enabled to push the oscillating bar 399 to rotate, the ball 3991 is enabled to knock the plates, the feeding part 2 is matched with the transferring part 3 to convey the plates to the supporting plate 13, the first driving roller 141 and the first driven roller 53 are enabled to be matched to convey the plates, the first driving roller 141 is used for oiling the bottom of the plates, and the third driven roller 74 and the fourth driven roller 76 are used for oiling the upper surfaces of the plates. The oiling device can be used for efficiently oiling plates, the oiling is uniform and good in effect, the labor intensity of workers is reduced, the roller height can be adjusted, the oiling device can adapt to plates with different thicknesses, the flexibility is strong, the application range is wide, oil is recycled along the oil guide grooves and the backflow grooves, waste is reduced, when the plates are transported and adsorbed, balls knock the plates, the adsorption of the plates below is prevented, equipment is prevented from being clamped, double-station operation of material transferring pieces is achieved, the efficiency is high, the material transferring time is reduced, and the processing efficiency is improved.
