a feeding mechanism 10 is arranged above the left side of the stirring mechanism 9, the feeding mechanism 10 is arranged on the inner top wall of the stirring box 1, the feeding mechanism 10 is composed of a feeding motor 10-1, an inner gear ring 10-2, a gear 10-3, a push rod 10-3 and a baffle plate 10-4, a cavity 10-5 is arranged in the upper side wall of the stirring box 1, the inner gear ring 10-2 is embedded in the cavity 10-5, the outer peripheral wall of the inner gear ring 10-2 is fixedly connected with the lower side of the inner peripheral wall of the cavity 10-5 through a bolt, the gear 10-3 is meshed in the inner gear ring 10-2, a rotating shaft on the upper side of the gear 10-3 is rotatably connected with a driving rod 10-6 through a bearing, the upper side wall of the right end of the driving rod 10-6 is welded and fixed with an output shaft of the feeding motor 10-1, and the feeding motor 10-1 is connected with an external power supply, after passing through the upper side wall of the cavity 10-5, a feeding motor 10-1 is fixed at the outer top of the stirring box 1 through a bolt, the model of the feeding motor 10-1 is 50KTYZ, a connecting rod 10-7 is sleeved on a rotating shaft at the lower side of a gear 10-3 and is fixedly welded, the connecting rod 10-7 is shorter than a driving rod 10-6, a push rod 10-3 is screwed on the left end of the connecting rod 10-7 through a bearing, a baffle plate 10-4 is screwed on the left end of the push rod 10-3 through a bearing, the baffle plate 10-4 is arranged at the lower side of a discharging pipe 7, a telescopic pipe 12 is fixedly adhered on the lower end of the discharging pipe 7, the telescopic pipe 12 is communicated with the discharging pipe 7, the lower end of the telescopic pipe 12 is inserted and fixedly adhered on a limiting plate 13, and the lower surface of the limiting plate 13 is contacted with the outer top of the stirring box 1, the bottom of the extension tube 12 is connected with a conical tube 14, the conical tube 14 is communicated with the extension tube 12, the conical tube 14 is inserted into the feed inlet 5, the lower end of the conical tube 14 is fixedly adhered with a sealing ring 15, the sealing ring 15 is abutted against the upper surface of the baffle 10-4, when the preliminary feeding is carried out, the conical tube 14 can be taken out from the feed inlet 5 through the extension and retraction of the extension tube 12, so that the feeding is convenient, linear sliders 10-8 are welded and fixed on the front side wall and the rear side wall of the baffle 10-4 respectively, the linear sliders 10-8 are respectively connected with the front inner wall and the rear inner wall of the stirring box 1 through slide rails, the slide rails are welded and fixed on the front inner wall and the rear inner wall of the stirring box 1, the linear sliders 10-8 are arranged on the slide rails in a sliding manner, a sealing door 11 is embedded in the middle side of the front side wall of the stirring box 1, and the right side of the sealing door 11 is connected with the front side wall of the right side wall of the stirring box 1 through a hinge in a screwing manner, the left side of the sealing door 11 is connected with the front side of the left side wall of the stirring box 1 through a cross lock.

The working principle of the specific embodiment is as follows: when in use, the tapered pipe 14 is drawn out from the feeding hole 5, the materials are poured into the stirring box 1 through the feeding hole 5, the tapered pipe 14 is inserted into the feeding hole 5 and is abutted against the baffle plate 10-4, then the required feed is poured into the feeding box 3, the stirring motor 9-4 is started, the stirring motor 9-4 drives the worm 9-10 to rotate, the worm 9-10 drives the worm wheel 9-9 to rotate, the worm wheel 9-9 drives the rotating disc 9-2 to rotate, the rotating disc 9-2 drives the stirring rod 9-3 and the air nozzle 9-3 to rotate, at the moment, the air suction pump 9-1 is started, the air suction pump 9-1 pumps the external air into the conveying pipe 9-6, then the external air is conveyed into the rotating disc 9-2 through the conveying pipe 9-6, and finally the external air is sprayed onto the baffle net 9-7 through the air nozzle 9-3, blowing the color master batch on the baffle net 9-7 upwards to enable the color master batch to move in the stirring box 1, driving the stirring blade 9-5 to rotate by the stirring rod 9-3, stirring the color master batch by the stirring blade 9-5, starting the feeding motor 10-1 when feeding is needed, driving the driving rod 10-6 to rotate by the feeding motor 10-1, driving the gear 10-3 to rotate by the driving rod 10-6, and engaging the gear 10-3 with the inner gear ring 10-2 while rotating by taking the output shaft of the feeding motor 10-1 as an axial point, further performing autorotation, driving the connecting rod 10-7 to rotate and move by the gear 10-3, driving the pushing rod 10-3 to move by the connecting rod 10-7, further driving the baffle plate 10-4 to move left and right, and enabling the discharging pipe 7 to be in an opening and closing alternating state, thereby reach intermittent type nature feeding, and the interval homogeneous phase of feeding volume and feeding at every turn reaches the effect of even feeding then, at the in-process of stirring, starts rotating electrical machines 19, and rotating electrical machines 19 drives rotary rod 20 and rotates, and rotary rod 20 drives the rotating vane 22 and rotates, and then stirs the color masterbatch through rotating vane 22.

Compared with the prior art, the beneficial effects of the embodiment are as follows:

1. a baffle net 9-7 is arranged inside the stirring box 1, an air nozzle 9-3 is arranged on the lower side of the baffle net 9-7, air pumped by the air pump 9-1 is blown onto the baffle net 9-7 through the air nozzle 9-3, so that color masterbatch on the baffle net 9-7 floats upwards, and then is mixed and stirred through a stirring blade 9-5, and the mixing effect is improved;

2. a baffle plate 10-4 is arranged at the lower side of the feeding hole 5, the baffle plate 10-4 blocks the discharging pipe 7, and the baffle plate 10-4 is driven to move back and forth while the push rod moves back and forth, so that the feeding amount is the same every time, the effect of uniform feeding is achieved, and the mixing property is improved;

3. the air tap 9-3 is inserted and fixed on the rotating disc 9-2 and is communicated with the rotating disc 9-2, the rotating disc 9-2 drives the air tap 9-3 to rotate while rotating, so that the color masterbatch moves up and down ceaselessly, and the mixing speed of the color masterbatch is increased;

4. a rotating rod 20 is fixed at the outer end of the stirring blade 9-5, and the rotating rod 20 can be driven by a rotating motor 19 to rotate, so that the rotating blade 22 rotates, the stirring area is increased, and the mixing effect is improved;

5. be equipped with guide way 23 on agitator tank 1 inner wall, guide way 23 is irregular form setting, and the outer end of rotary rod 20 is inserted through inserted bar 24 and is established in guide way 23, and then at the pivoted in-process for rotary rod 20 reciprocates, has increased the sufficiency when mixing.
