referring to fig. 1-6, a bag mouth sealing device for bagged pesticide production comprises a shell 1, a power supply 2 is mounted at the upper end inside the shell 1, a packaging cavity 3 is formed inside the shell 1, clamping mechanisms 4 are movably mounted at two sides of the lower end of the packaging cavity 3, a heat sealing mechanism 5 is arranged above the clamping mechanisms 4, a cleaning mechanism 6 is movably arranged inside the packaging cavity 3, the cleaning mechanism 6 comprises a sensing cavity 601, the top end of the inner cavity of the sensing cavity 601 is movably connected with a mounting block 602, the bottom of the mounting block 602 is fixedly connected with a pressing ball 603 through a spring, a pressing switch 604 is fixedly mounted at the bottom of the inner cavity of the sensing cavity 601, a sliding rail 605 is formed below the sensing cavity 601, a driving pulley 606 is movably mounted inside the sliding rail 605, a cleaning blade 607 is sleeved on the mounting shaft of the driving pulley 606, and the sliding rail 605 is composed of a horizontal part and a vertical part, in the initial state, the driving pulley 606 is located at the vertical part of the sliding rail 605, the input end of the driving pulley 606 is connected to the reciprocating motor, when the driving pulley 606 is blocked in motion, the reciprocating motor runs in the reverse direction, when the sensing cavity 601 moves upwards, the mounting block 602 movably connected with the sensing cavity 601 moves downwards, when the mounting block 602 moves downwards, the pressing ball 603 touches the pressing switch 604, when the pressing switch 604 is switched on, the driving pulley 606 moves along the sliding rail 605, the driving pulley 606 drives the cleaning blade 607 to move in the process of moving, the residual packaging bags on the surface of the heat sealing sheet 506 are removed in the process of moving the cleaning blade 607, the sensing cavity 601 is located inside the mounting seat 505, after heat sealing is completed, the mounting seat 505 moves upwards under the action of the driving gear 503 and the driving rod 504, and when the mounting seat 505 moves upwards, the pressing ball 604 extrudes the pressing switch 604, therefore, the push switch 604 is turned on, and the push switch 603 is turned on to move the driving pulley 606 inside the slide rail 605, so that the cleaning blade 607 is driven to move during the movement of the driving pulley 606, and the surface of the heat sealing sheet 506 is cleaned during the movement of the cleaning blade 607.

The working principle is as follows:

after the heat sealing sheet 506 stops heating, the driving gear 503 continues to move the mounting base 505 upwards through the driving rod 504, when the mounting base 505 moves upwards, the mounting block 602 movably connected with the top end of the inner cavity of the induction cavity 601 moves downwards relative to the mounting base 505, when the mounting block 602 moves downwards, the pressing ball 603 is in contact with the pressing switch 604, then the pressing switch 604 electrically connected through the electric wire is switched on, after the pressing switch 604 is switched on, the driving pulley 606 located at the vertical part of the sliding rail 605 rotates, and the driving pulley 606 is tightly attached to the sliding rail 605, so that the driving pulley 606 rotates and moves inside the sliding rail 605, the driving pulley 606 moves downwards from the vertical part of the sliding rail 605, and then the driving pulley 606 moves along the horizontal direction of the sliding rail 605 under the guiding action of the sliding rail 605.

When the driving pulley 606 moves to the end of the horizontal part of the slide rail 605, the driving pulley 606 is blocked by the slide rail 605, and after a short period of time, the reciprocating motor runs in reverse direction and makes the driving pulley 606 rotate in reverse direction, the driving pulley 606 rotates in reverse direction and continues to move along the guiding direction of the slide rail 605 and is reset, and the reset driving pulley 606 is located at the vertical part of the slide rail 605.

The driving pulley 606 moves inside the sliding rail 605 to drive the cleaning blade 607 to move synchronously, the cleaning blade 607 can be in full contact with the surface of the heat sealing sheet 506 in the moving process, and the cleaning blade 607 can remove the packaging bags remained on the surface of the heat sealing sheet 506 in the full contact process with the surface of the heat sealing sheet 506.
