Technical Field

The invention relates to a film peeling technology of an adhesive tape, in particular to a lower release film automatic peeling method and a device thereof of an adhesive tape with an upper release film and a lower release film.

Background

In general, an adhesive tape has at least one of its two surfaces generally adhered to each other, and is used as an adhering surface for adhering the adhesive tape to a surface of an object, and the other exposed surface of the adhesive tape, which is not adhered to the surface, is exposed to the outside. It is known that tape manufacturers cover at least one release film on the adhesive surface of the tape to protect the adhesive surface. In addition, in order to protect the exposed surface of the tape, a small amount of adhesive is also applied to the exposed surface of the tape, and another release film is attached to protect the exposed surface.

It can be seen that there is a substantial problem in that an upper release film and a lower release film are attached to both surfaces of an adhesive tape (as shown in fig. 1) for attaching the adhesive tape to the surface of an article on one side, after the adhesive tape is manufactured and shipped; the upper release film 13a protects the exposed surface 11a of the tape 10a, and the lower release film 14a protects the adhesive surface 12a of the tape 10 a.

Since the sticking amount on the exposed surface 11a of the tape 10a is much lower than that on the adhesive surface 12a, the upper release film 13a has much smaller adhesion force than the lower release film 14a to the upper release film 13a and the lower release film 14a on both sides of the tape 10a, and therefore, the force required for the user to peel off the upper release film 13a of the tape 10a is relatively small, and the force required for the user to peel off the lower release film 14a of the tape 10a is relatively large.

These problems regarding the magnitude of the adhesive force of the upper release film 13a and the lower release film 14a are not considered to be very important in the operation of manually peeling the films at the user end, but when the user end uses mechanical equipment to perform the automatic film peeling operation, the qualification rate of the automatic film peeling and the automation process of adhering the adhesive tape are greatly affected, and the related technology of automatic film peeling is not known in the film peeling technology of the adhesive tape 10a with the release films having different adhesive forces respectively coated on the two sides, so that the need for improvement is needed.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, the present invention is directed to an improvement and refinement of the problem of the conventional art that the upper and lower releasing films with different adhesive forces are attached to the two sides of the adhesive tape, respectively, and the automatic film peeling technique is not found yet. More specifically, the present invention relates to a technique for automatically peeling off a lower release film of an adhesive tape while maintaining the upper release film in a state of being attached to a surface of the adhesive tape (i.e., not yet peeled) intact.

To this end, the present invention provides an automatic peeling method of a lower release film with an upper and a lower release film adhesive tape, comprising the steps of: s1: cutting the adhesive tape into strips and placing the strips on a film stripping platform, wherein the adhesive tape is provided with an exposing surface and an adhering surface, an upper release film is adhered to the exposing surface, a lower release film is adhered to the adhering surface, and the adhesive force of the lower release film adhered to the adhesive tape is larger than that of the upper release film; s2: fixing one ear part of the two ends of the lower release film, wherein the ear part is flatly stretched and convexly exposed at one end of the adhesive tape and is fixed on the film peeling platform, so that a free end part relative to the ear part is formed in the two ends of the lower release film; s3: the adhesive tape is adsorbed in a way that the strip surface contacts the upper release film, and then the adhesive tape attached with the upper release film is moved to be relatively far away from the lower release film, so that the lower release film is gradually separated from the sticking surface of the adhesive tape from the ear part to the direction of the free end part, and the automatic peeling operation of the lower release film is completed.

In order to implement the above method, another preferred embodiment of the present invention provides an automatic peeling device for a lower release film of an adhesive tape with upper and lower release films, comprising: the adhesive tape fixture is arranged at the side of a film stripping platform and used for placing a plurality of strip-shaped adhesive tapes which are mutually overlapped, each adhesive tape is provided with an exposing surface and an adhering surface, an upper release film is adhered to the exposing surface, a lower release film is adhered to the adhering surface, and the adhesive force of the lower release film adhered to the adhesive tape is larger than that of the upper release film; a material taking device which is arranged above the adhesive tape jig and the film stripping platform and is used for taking the adhesive tape in the adhesive tape jig in an adsorption mode and transferring the adhesive tape to the film stripping platform for placing; the film stripping device is arranged above the film stripping platform, adsorbs the adhesive tape in a way of contacting the upper release film in a strip shape, and further moves the adhesive tape attached with the upper release film relatively away from the lower release film; wherein, the membrane peeling platform is provided with a positioner for fixing an ear part in the two ends of the lower release membrane, the ear part is flatly stretched and convexly exposed at one end of the adhesive tape to receive the positioner for fixing, and a free end part which is not fixed is formed in the two ends of the lower release membrane; when the film stripping device moves the adhesive tape to be relatively far away from the lower release film, the lower release film is gradually separated from the adhesive surface of the adhesive tape from the ear part to the free end part direction, so that the automatic stripping operation of the lower release film is completed.

In a further implementation, the tape fixture comprises a base and a plurality of pillars, and the tape is positioned on the base through the constraints of the pillars. Wherein a handle is arranged on one side of the base.

In further implementation, the dispenser is slidably disposed on a horizontal sliding rail, and the dispenser is driven by the horizontal sliding rail to reciprocate between the tape fixture and the film stripping platform along the horizontal direction. Wherein a vertical driver is arranged between the material taking device and the horizontal sliding rail, and the material taking device is driven by the vertical driver to approach or depart from the adhesive tape tool and the film stripping platform along the vertical direction.

In a further implementation, the membrane peeling device is arranged on a mechanical arm, and the membrane peeling device is driven by the mechanical arm to move.

In further implementation, a film tearing wheel is arranged above the positioner, and the film tearing wheel is displaced from the lug part to the direction of the free end part to push and contact the lower release film so as to gradually separate the lower release film from the adhesive tape.

According to the technical means, the invention has the advantages that: the lower release film on the tape is peeled off and the upper release film on the tape is remained, which is helpful to protect the exposed surface of the tape from the pollution or collision of the working environment by the upper release film before the tape is automatically attached to the surface of the object.

The details of the above-described method and apparatus, as well as the details of its implementation in the performance of the method and apparatus, are explained with reference to the following examples and drawings.

Detailed Description

Referring to fig. 2, the method for automatically peeling the lower release film attached with the upper and lower release film tapes of the present invention includes the following steps S1 to S3:

step S1: and placing the adhesive tape.

Referring to fig. 3a, the tape 10b is cut into a strip shape so that the shape of the tape 10b can conform to the surface of the article to be adhered, which in the present invention is referred to as the end edge of the panel. The adhesive tape 10b has an exposed surface 11b and an adhesive surface 12b, and the adhesive tape 10b is adhered to the surface of the object through the adhesive surface 12b and exposed to the outside through the exposed surface 11 b. An upper release film 13b is attached to the exposed surface 11b, a lower release film 14b is attached to the adhesive surface 12b, and the adhesive amount on the exposed surface 11b of the tape 10b is much lower than that on the adhesive surface 12b, so that the adhesive force of the lower release film 14b to the tape 10b is greater than that of the upper release film 13 b. Further, an ear 141 is formed in both ends of the lower releasing film 14b, and the ear 141 is flat and protrudes to expose one end of the adhesive tape 10b, so as to facilitate the lower releasing film 14b to receive mechanical equipment via the ear 141. In the specific implementation, the adhesive tape 10b is placed on a film peeling platform 20, the lower release film 14b contacts the film peeling platform 20, and the adhesive tape 10b and the lower release film 14b attached to the adhesive tape 10b are in a flat state by means of the strip-shaped contact between the lower release film 14b and the film peeling platform 20, so as to be beneficial to the picking of mechanical equipment.

Step S2: the lower release film is fixed.

Referring to fig. 3b, the fixing of one end (i.e., the ear portion 141) of the lower releasing film 14b to the peeling platform 20 is described, so that the other end of the lower releasing film 14b forms a free end portion 142 opposite to the ear portion 141. In this way, when the adhesive tape 10b is relatively far from the film peeling platform 20, the ear portion 141 is fixed on the film peeling platform 20 and the free end portion 142 moves along with the adhesive tape 10b, so that the lower release film 14b can be gradually separated from the adhesive tape 10 b.

Step S3: the tape was moved away from the lower release film.

Referring to fig. 3c to fig. 3e sequentially, the adhesive tape 10b is adsorbed by a stripping device 50 in a manner of contacting the upper release film 13b in a strip-shaped manner (as shown in fig. 3 c), then the stripping device 50 is moved away from the stripping platform 20 to drive the adhesive tape 10b to move, since the ear portion 141 of the lower release film 14b is fixed on the stripping platform 20, the lower release film 14b is gradually separated from the adhering surface 12b of the adhesive tape 10b from the ear portion 141 toward the free end portion 142 (as shown in fig. 3 d), and finally, the lower release film 14b is completely separated from the adhering surface 12b of the adhesive tape 10b (as shown in fig. 3 e), thereby completing the automatic peeling operation of the lower release film 14 b.

The invention has the technical characteristics that one end of the lower release film 14b is fixed (the other end is free), and the lower release film 14b can gradually and stably separate from the adhesive surface 12b of the adhesive tape 10b in a way of contacting the upper release film 13b in a strip shape and further adsorbing the whole adhesive tape 10b, so that the flexibility of mechanical automatic film stripping is realized, and the qualification rate of automatic film stripping is improved.

On the other hand, referring to fig. 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8, the present invention also provides an automatic peeling apparatus, so that the method for automatically peeling the lower release film with the upper and lower release film tapes can be easily implemented. The automatic film peeling device comprises a tape fixture 30, a material taking device 40 and a film peeling device 50. Wherein:

the tape fixture 30 is disposed on a frame 80 and located beside a film peeling platform 20, and the tape fixture 30 is used for placing a plurality of strip-shaped tapes 10b stacked on each other. Further, the tape fixture 30 comprises a base 31, a plurality of pillars 32 are assembled on the base 31, and the tape 10b is positioned on the base 31 by the constraint of the pillars 32; a handle 33 is disposed on one side of the base 31, so that the user can take the tape tool 30 out of the frame 80 or put the tape tool into the frame 80 by holding the handle 33. In addition, a positioning groove 21 is formed on the film peeling platform 20, and the adhesive tape 10b is positioned on the film peeling platform 20 through the constraint of the positioning groove 21.

The dispenser 40 is disposed above the tape fixture 30 and the film peeling platform 20, and the dispenser 40 can reciprocate between the tape fixture 30 and the film peeling platform 20, and can pick up the adhesive tape 10b in the tape fixture 30 by negative pressure adsorption and move to the film peeling platform 20 for placement. Furthermore, the dispenser 40 is slidably disposed on a horizontal sliding rail 41, the horizontal sliding rail 41 is fixed on the frame 80 and located above the tape fixture 30 and the film peeling platform 20, and the dispenser 40 can be driven by the horizontal sliding rail 41 to reciprocate between the tape fixture 30 and the film peeling platform 20 in the horizontal direction; a vertical driver 42 is disposed between the dispenser 40 and the horizontal slide rail 41, the dispenser 40 can be driven by the vertical driver 42 to move toward or away from the tape fixture 30 and the film peeling platform 20 in the vertical direction, and the vertical driver 42 is a pneumatic cylinder.

The film stripping device 50 is disposed above the film stripping platform 20, the film stripping device 50 has a suction surface 51, the suction surface 51 is a plane, and a plurality of negative pressure suction holes (not shown) are formed on the suction surface 51, and the negative pressure suction holes are connected to a negative pressure pipe 52 to generate suction force, so that the film stripping device 50 can suck the adhesive tape 10b in a manner of strip-surface contact with the upper release film 13 b. Further, the film peeling device 50 is disposed on a robot (not shown), so that the film peeling device 50 can be driven by the robot to approach or move away from the film peeling platform 20, and further absorb the adhesive tape 10b on the film peeling platform 20.

The peeling platform 20 is further provided with a positioning device 60, and the positioning device 60 is used for fixing the ear part 141 of the lower release film 14b so as to facilitate the release of the lower release film 14b from the adhesive tape 10 b. Further, the retainer 60 has a clip 61, and the retainer 60 can open the clip 61 to insert or release the ear portion 141 of the lower releasing film 14b, and close the clip 61 to clamp the ear portion 141 of the lower releasing film 14 b.

The automatic film peeling device also comprises a film tearing wheel 70, wherein the film tearing wheel 70 is arranged above the positioner 60 in a sliding manner, and the film tearing wheel 70 can move along the horizontal direction; when one end of the lower release film 14b is fixed by the positioner 60 and the other end is attached to the attachment surface 12b of the adhesive tape 10b, the lower release film 14b can be pushed and touched by moving the film pushing wheel 70 in the horizontal direction, so that the lower release film 14b is detached from the attachment surface 12b of the adhesive tape 10 b.

Referring to fig. 9a to 9h, the operation illustration of the present invention is sequentially disclosed, which illustrates that after the dispenser 40 picks up the adhesive tape 10b in the adhesive tape fixture 30, the dispenser 40 moves to the film peeling platform 20, and the adhesive tape 10b is placed on the film peeling platform 20 (as shown in fig. 9 a); then, the positioner 60 on the peeling platform 20 fixes the ear part 141 of the lower releasing film 14b (as shown in fig. 9 b), so that the other end of the lower releasing film 14b forms a free end 142 opposite to the ear part 141; then, the film stripper 50 moves to the film stripping platform 20 to adsorb the adhesive tape 10b (as shown in fig. 9 c); the membrane peeling device 50 is far away from the membrane peeling platform 20 along the direction perpendicular to the membrane peeling platform 20 (as shown in fig. 9 d), so that a turning point 143 is formed between the ear part 141 and the free end part 142 of the lower release membrane 14 b; the film stripping device 50 moves towards the ear part 141 along the direction parallel to the film stripping platform 20 (as shown in fig. 9 e), so that the angle of the turning part 143 is larger than 0 degree and smaller than 90 degrees, and the lower release film 14b is favorably separated from the adhesive tape 10 b; the film stripper 50 is further away from the film stripping platform 20 along a direction perpendicular to the film stripping platform 20 (as shown in fig. 9 f), so that a space enough for the film tearing wheel 70 to pass is formed between the film stripper 50 and the film stripping platform 20; the film pushing wheel 70 moves in the horizontal direction (as shown in fig. 9 g), and further pushes and touches the lower release film 14b, so that the lower release film 14b is separated from the adhesive tape 10 b; finally, the lower release film 14b is completely peeled off from the tape 10b (as shown in fig. 9 h), and the automatic peeling operation of the lower release film 14b is completed.

The foregoing description is intended to be illustrative rather than limiting, and it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that many modifications, variations or equivalents may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.
