1. A method of installing an elevator guide rail, comprising the steps of:

A. designing the space between the guide rails (2), building a well for installing the elevator, arranging embedded parts for welding the rail support (1) on the inner wall of the well when the well is built, fixing a sample plate frame assembled in advance on the inner wall of the top of the well, and using the sample plate frame for hanging plumb lines to measure and correct the verticality of the elevator guide rails (2);

B. installing a guide rail bracket (1): welding a guide rail bracket (1) on an embedded part of a well, wherein the welding is performed by flat welding, the weld joint stack height is consistent with the thickness of a welded material, the verticality of the guide rail bracket (1) is measured and adjusted by a plumb line so that the verticality of the guide rail bracket (1) is not more than 0.3 mm, coating antirust paint on the welding part, and installing an inclined strut (11) for enhancing the stability of the guide rail bracket (1) below the guide rail bracket (1);

C. pretreatment of the guide rail (2): checking the supplied materials of the parts of each guide rail (2), checking whether the supplied materials are flat or not in the transverse direction and the longitudinal direction, checking whether the working surface of each guide rail (2) is damaged or not, removing the guide rails (2) which are not flat and the guide rails (2) of which the working surface is damaged, cleaning the guide rails (2), filing the connecting parts, which are used for being connected with other guide rails (2), on the guide rails (2) to be smooth by using files, and removing dust-proof films on the guide rails (2) by using dust-proof film cleaning liquid;

High-rise buildings in the society of today constantly increase, the elevator is widely used by people in the building, the installation and the maintenance of elevator receive people's attention more and more, the guide rail of elevator is the important component part of elevator, the guide rail is as the guider of elevator, can aggravate when the error of guide rail installation is great and lead the friction of boots and guide rail and then can produce big noise and influence the life of elevator, also can lead to some driving mediums of elevator to receive to damage when the error of guide rail installation is great and make the life safety who influences personnel in the elevator at the in-process that uses the elevator.

The present invention has been made based on such a situation.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides a method for installing an elevator guide rail.

The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:

a method of installing an elevator guide rail, comprising the steps of:

A. designing the space between the guide rails, building a hoistway for installing the elevator, arranging embedded parts for welding track supports on the inner wall of the hoistway when the hoistway is built, fixing a sample plate frame assembled in advance on the inner wall of the top of the hoistway, and using the sample plate frame to hang plumb lines for measuring and correcting the verticality of the elevator guide rails;

B. installing a guide rail bracket: welding a guide rail bracket on an embedded part of a well, wherein the welding is performed by flat welding, the weld joint stack height is consistent with the thickness of a material to be welded, the perpendicularity of the guide rail bracket is measured and adjusted by a plumb line so that the perpendicularity of the guide rail bracket is not more than 0.3 mm, coating antirust paint on a welding part, and installing an inclined strut for enhancing the stability of the guide rail bracket below the guide rail bracket;

C. pretreatment of the guide rail: checking the supplied materials of the guide rail parts, checking whether the supplied materials are straight in the transverse direction and the longitudinal direction, and whether the working surface of the guide rail is damaged, removing the guide rail which is not straight and the guide rail with the damaged working surface, cleaning the guide rail, filing the connecting part of the guide rail, which is used for being connected with other guide rails, smoothly by using a file, and removing a dustproof film on the guide rail by using a dustproof film cleaning solution;

D. installation of the guide rail: the guide rail comprises a car guide rail for guiding the car when the car runs and a counterweight guide rail for guiding the counterweight housing when the counterweight housing runs, the car is used for providing a space for people to hold when the elevator is used, the counterweight housing is used for keeping the car balanced, the installation positions of the bottommost car guide rail and the counterweight guide rail are determined according to plumb lines of a guide rail support, a guide rail base is installed at the lower ends of the bottommost car guide rail and the counterweight guide rail, the levelness of the guide rail base is measured and adjusted by a ruler gradienter to enable the levelness of the guide rail base not to exceed 2/1000, plumb lines are hung from a sample plate frame at positions 5 mm away from the central end surfaces of each row of car guide rails and counterweight guide rails, the plumb lines are used for primarily calibrating the car guide rail and the counterweight guide rail, a car connecting guide plate and a counterweight connecting guide plate are respectively installed at guide rail joints of the car guide rail and the counterweight guide rail, and a next car guide rail and a counterweight guide rail are respectively connected to the car connecting guide plate and the counterweight connecting guide plate by a hoist, measuring steps of a guide rail joint of the car guide rail and the counterweight guide rail by using a ruler and a feeler gauge, replacing the car guide rail and the counterweight guide rail when the steps are larger than 0.04 mm until the steps are not larger than 0.04 mm, pre-pressing the car guide rail and the counterweight guide rail on a guide rail support by using a pressing plate, installing the car guide rail and the counterweight guide rail one by one until the lengths of the installed car guide rail and the installed counterweight guide rail reach the design requirements, and locking the car guide rail and the counterweight guide rail on the guide rail support;

E. and (3) correcting the guide rail: suspending plumb lines from a sample plate frame at positions 50 mm and 250 mm away from side working faces of guide rails of each row, calculating the distance between the top faces of the guide rails according to the designed distance between the guide rails, correcting the distance between the top faces of the guide rails by using a straight steel ruler from bottom to top according to the plumb lines, wherein the deviation of the distance between the top faces of the two car guide rails is 0 to +2 mm, the deviation of the distance between the top faces of the two pairs of weight guide rails is 0 to +3 mm, correcting the working faces of the guide rails to keep the working faces on the same sides of the two car guide rails parallel, keeping the working faces on the same sides of the two pairs of weight guide rails parallel, screwing down bolts of the car connecting guide plates and the bolts of the weight connecting guide plates and bolts of the pressing plates one by one, and carrying out 150-200 mm light trimming on the steps at the joints of the guide rails to ensure that the concave-convex amount at the joints of the guide rails after light trimming is not more than 0.02 mm.

According to the installation method of the elevator guide rail, the guide rail base is fixed at the bottom of the hoistway through the expansion screw.

According to the installation method of the elevator guide rail, when the pressing plate is installed, at least one guide rail gasket is added between the pressing plate and the guide rail, and if the number of the guide rail gaskets exceeds one, the guide rail gaskets are welded into a whole by spot welding, and the welding position is coated with antirust paint.

In the installation method of the elevator guide rail, the guide rail joint at one end of the car guide rail is provided with the convex block, the guide rail joint at the other end of the car guide rail is provided with the groove, and the convex block is used for inserting the convex block of the front car guide rail into the groove of the rear car guide rail when the two car guide rails are connected.

According to the installation method of the elevator guide rail, the counterweight guide rail is a hollow guide rail, a hollow groove is formed between two working faces of the counterweight guide rail, a vertical plate is arranged on the upper plane of the counterweight connecting guide plate, and the vertical plate is used for being inserted into the hollow groove of the counterweight guide rail when the counterweight guide rail is installed on the counterweight connecting guide plate.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:

1. the installation method of the elevator guide rail measures and adjusts the levelness and the verticality of the guide rail for a plurality of times when the guide rail is installed, reduces the installation error of the guide rail, and prolongs the service life of the guide rail.

2. The guide rail is fixed on the guide rail bracket by the pressing plate, so that the stability of the guide rail on the guide rail bracket is improved, and the guide rail is fixed by the pressing plate and is not easy to loosen and fall off.

3. When the two sections of car guide rails are connected, the convex block of the front section of car guide rail is inserted into the groove of the rear section of car guide rail, so that the bearing capacity of the guide rail joint of the car guide rail on transverse stress is increased, and the service life of the elevator is prolonged.

4. The vertical plate is arranged on the upper plane of the counterweight guide plate and inserted into the hollow groove of the counterweight guide rail, so that the bearing capacity of the guide rail joint of the counterweight guide rail on external force is increased, the deformation degree of the guide rail joint of the counterweight guide rail during the operation of the elevator is reduced, and the service life of the elevator is prolonged.

Detailed Description

The invention is further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings:

a method of installing an elevator guide rail as shown in fig. 1 to 6, comprising the steps of:

A. designing the space between the guide rails 2, constructing a hoistway for installing the elevator, arranging embedded parts for welding the rail support 1 on the inner wall of the hoistway when constructing the hoistway, fixing a sample plate frame assembled in advance on the inner wall of the top of the hoistway, and using the sample plate frame to hang plumb lines for measuring and correcting the verticality of the elevator guide rails 2;

B. installation of the guide rail bracket 1: welding the guide rail bracket 1 on an embedded part of a well, wherein the welding is performed by flat welding, the weld joint stack height is consistent with the thickness of a material to be welded, the perpendicularity of the guide rail bracket 1 is measured and adjusted by a plumb line, so that the perpendicularity of the guide rail bracket 1 is not more than 0.3 mm, coating antirust paint on the welding part, and installing an inclined strut 11 for enhancing the stability of the guide rail bracket 1 below the guide rail bracket 1;

C. pretreatment of the guide rail 2: checking the supplied materials of the parts of each guide rail 2, checking whether the supplied materials are straight transversely and longitudinally, checking whether the working surface of each guide rail 2 is damaged, removing the guide rails 2 which are not straight and the guide rails 2 of which the working surface is damaged, cleaning the guide rails 2, filing the joints of the guide rails 2, which are used for being connected with other guide rails 2, smoothly by using a file, and removing a dustproof film on the guide rails 2 by using dustproof film cleaning liquid;

D. installation of the guide rail 2: the guide rail 2 includes a car guide rail 21 for guiding the car when the car is operated and a counterweight guide rail 22 for guiding the counterweight housing 3 when the counterweight housing 3 is operated, the car for providing a space for accommodating a person when the elevator is used, the counterweight housing 3 for maintaining the balance of the car, the installation positions of the lowermost car guide rail 21 and counterweight guide rail 22 are determined according to a plumb line of the guide rail bracket 1, a guide rail base 23 is installed at the lower ends of the lowermost car guide rail 21 and counterweight guide rail 22, the levelness of the guide rail base 23 is measured and adjusted by a ruler level so that the levelness of the guide rail base 23 does not exceed 2/1000, plumb lines for preliminarily calibrating the car guide rail 21 and counterweight guide rail 22 are hung from a jig frame at positions 5 mm from the center end surfaces of the respective rows of the car guide rail 21 and counterweight guide rail 22, a car joining guide 24 and a counterweight joining guide 25 are installed at the guide rail joints of the car guide rail 21 and the counterweight guide rail 22, respectively, hoisting the next car guide rail 21 and the counterweight guide rail 22 by using a hoist to be respectively connected onto the car guide connecting plate 24 and the counterweight guide connecting plate 25, measuring the steps of the guide rail joints of the car guide rail 21 and the counterweight guide rail 22 by using a ruler and a feeler gauge, replacing the car guide rail 21 and the counterweight guide rail 22 until the steps are not more than 0.04 mm when the steps are more than 0.04 mm, pre-pressing the car guide rail 21 and the counterweight guide rail 22 on the guide rail bracket 1 by using a pressing plate 26, mounting the car guide rail 21 and the counterweight guide rail 22 one by one until the lengths of the car guide rail 21 and the counterweight guide rail 22 reach the design requirements, and locking the car guide rail 21 and the counterweight guide rail 22 on the guide rail bracket 1;

E. correction of the guide rail 2: suspending plumb lines from a sample plate frame at positions 50 mm and 250 mm away from side working faces of guide rails 2 of each row, calculating the distance between the top faces of the guide rails according to the designed distance between the guide rails 2, correcting the distance between the top faces of the guide rails by using a straight steel ruler from bottom to top according to the plumb lines, wherein the deviation of the distance between the top faces 27 of the two car guide rails is 0 to +2 mm, the deviation of the distance between the top faces 28 of the two counterweight guide rails is 0 to +3 mm, correcting the working faces of the guide rails 2 enables the working faces at the same sides of the two car guide rails 21 to be parallel, the working faces at the same sides of the two counterweight guide rails 22 to be parallel, screwing bolts of the car connecting guide plate 24 and the counterweight connecting guide plate 25 and the bolts of the pressing plate 26 one by one, and conducting 150 mm to 200 mm light trimming on steps at the guide rail joints to enable the concave-convex amount at the guide rail joints after light trimming to be not more than 0.02 mm.

The guide rail base 23 is fixed to the bottom of the hoistway by an expansion screw.

The guide rail bracket 1 is welded on an embedded part of a hoistway in a flat welding mode, a welding rod is positioned above a workpiece in the flat welding mode, a welder overlooks the welding performed by the workpiece, the welder is not prone to fatigue due to overlooking operation, and the flat welding mode can improve the welding efficiency by using a thicker welding rod and a larger welding current.

When the pressing plate 26 shown in fig. 3 is installed, at least one guide rail gasket 29 is added between the pressing plate 26 and the guide rail 2, and if more than one guide rail gasket 29 is added, the guide rail gaskets 29 are welded into a whole by spot welding and the welding position is coated with antirust paint.

Guide rail 2 is fixed on rail brackets 1 with clamp plate 26, welded fastening's welding point has the fatigue nature, guide rail 2 can take place vibrations during elevator operation, the bolt drops easily and breaks off under the condition of vibrations, with clamp plate 26 fixed guide rail 2, increase the steadiness of guide rail 2 on rail brackets 1, difficult messenger's guide rail 2 is not hard up and drops, add a guide rail gasket 29 at least between clamp plate 26 and the guide rail 2 and reduce the contact stress of contact surface, prevent that the contact surface from being crushed and influencing the steadiness of guide rail 2, when guide rail gasket 29 exceeds one, weld guide rail gasket 29 as an organic whole with spot welding, improve the stability of guide rail gasket 29 and increase the ability of the resistance stress of guide rail gasket 29.

As shown in fig. 5, the car guide rail 21 is provided with a projection 30 at the guide rail joint at one end and a groove 31 at the guide rail joint at the other end, and the projection 30 of the previous car guide rail 21 is inserted into the groove 31 of the next car guide rail 21 when the two car guide rails 21 are connected.

The convex block 30 of the former section of the car guide rail 21 is inserted into the groove 31 of the latter section of the car guide rail 21, so that the bearing capacity of the guide rail joint of the car guide rail on transverse stress is increased, the deformation of the guide rail joint in the elevator running process is reduced, and the service life of the elevator is prolonged.

The counterweight guide rail 22 is a hollow guide rail, a hollow groove is formed between two working faces of the counterweight guide rail 22, a vertical plate 32 is arranged on the upper plane of the counterweight guide plate 25, and the vertical plate 32 is used for inserting the vertical plate 32 into the hollow groove of the counterweight guide rail 22 when the counterweight guide rail 22 is provided with the counterweight guide plate 25.

A hollow groove is formed between two working faces of the counterweight guide rail 22, so that the weight of the counterweight guide rail 22 is reduced, the load of the guide rail bracket 1 is reduced, the vertical plate 32 is inserted into the hollow groove of the counterweight guide rail 22 when the counterweight guide plate 25 is installed, the bearing capacity of the guide rail joint of the counterweight guide rail 22 on external force is increased, the deformation degree of the guide rail joint of the counterweight guide rail 22 during the operation of an elevator is reduced, and the service life of the elevator is prolonged.
