6. A rock plate comprising a volcanic glaze layer prepared from the volcanic glaze material of any one of claims 1 to 5.

According to the invention, potassium feldspar and albite are used as basic raw materials, and the washed kaolin and the calcined kaolin are compounded, wherein the washed kaolin can increase the viscosity and plasticity of the glaze, so that the binding property of the glaze and a blank body is improved; the calcined kaolin contains a higher content of alumina than the washed kaolin, providing silica and a higher proportion of alumina for the glaze; the addition of corundum can improve the content of alumina in the glaze, and the alumina, together with other alumina-containing components such as washing kaolin, alumina and the like, can increase the matte degree of the glaze, however, compared with alumina with other crystal structures, the specific crystal structure of corundum (alpha-alumina) can enable the glaze to have higher transparency and better wear resistance after being fired; the dolomite and the barium carbonate can reduce the glossiness and the melting temperature of the glaze at the same time, so that the glaze layer feels smoother and finer, and the glaze layer after being fired presents the special waxy luster texture of volcanic rock by combining the combined action of the pearl dry particles, and meanwhile, the glaze layer has a slight retardation feeling when touching.

The expansion coefficient of the blank body and the expansion coefficient of the glaze are required to be matched in the rock plate forming process, otherwise, poor rock plate flatness can be caused, the rock plate needs to be leveled by relying on a firing curve of a kiln to ensure the flatness, and if the kiln curve is excessively relied on, the mechanical strength of the rock plate is insufficient, the later-stage processing is difficult, and the rock plate is easy to damage. The zinc oxide is introduced in the invention, so that the expansion coefficient of the glaze can be properly reduced while fluxing, the expansion coefficient of the blank is matched with the excellent expansion coefficient, the bonding degree of the blank and the glaze is improved, the production stability is ensured, the firing range of the glaze can be enlarged by introducing the firing talc, and the production stability is further ensured.

s1, preparing a volcanic glaze material: weighing the raw materials according to any one of the weight parts in the embodiments 1 to 4, uniformly mixing, and performing ball milling until the fineness is 325 meshes and the screen residue is 0.3-0.5%, so as to obtain volcanic glaze;

s2, applying the volcanic glaze material on the rock plate blank printed with the volcanic patterns, wherein the application amount is 300 g per square meter, and then sintering at the temperature of 1190-1200 ℃ for 90 minutes.

Example 6

A rock plate comprising a method of making:

s0. printing concave-convex patterns on the blank by adopting matte oily ink, then applying overglaze, preferably selecting matte overglaze with high whiteness, and then printing color patterns by adopting ceramic ink-jet ink, wherein the matte oily ink is purchased from Ziboke Hai glaze Co., Ltd, the matte oily ink is used for presenting concave-convex surfaces, the ceramic ink-jet ink is used for developing color, the matte oily ink contains lipid solvents and alcohol solvents and presents oiliness, and controllable concave-convex feeling is formed on the surface of the rock plate by utilizing the oil-water separation characteristic of the oily matte oily ink and the water-based volcanic glaze;

s1, preparing a volcanic glaze material: weighing the raw materials according to any one of the weight parts in the embodiments 1 to 4, uniformly mixing, and performing ball milling until the fineness is 325 meshes and the screen residue is 0.3-0.5%, so as to obtain volcanic glaze;

the experimental result shows that compared with comparative examples 1-6, the glossiness of the rock plate prepared in example 7 is 7-8 degrees, the whole rock plate has wax-like glossiness specific to volcanic rock, the touch feeling is fine and smooth, and the rock plate has some retardation feeling when touched, compared with the comparative examples 1 and 2, the unstable production stability can be caused by excessive use of the washing kaolin, the surface unevenness of the product can be easily led out only by using the calcined kaolin, and the glaze can be ensured to have proper viscosity and plasticity by adopting the compounding of the washing kaolin and the calcined kaolin, so that the problems of unstable production, uneven surface and the like caused by poor binding property of blank glaze can be avoided; comparing invention group 1 with comparative examples 3 and 4, it can be seen that corundum and alumina are both main introduction materials of alumina components, however, only using conventional alumina results in poor transparency, and glaze is easily whitened, and only using corundum results in too low glossiness and lack of waxy luster; the results of comparative examples 5 and 6 show that the incorporation of a proper amount of pearlescent frit is advantageous in exhibiting the waxy luster peculiar to volcanic rock, but too much amount of pearlescent frit causes the glaze to be too bright and the waxy luster to be lost.
