(1) crushing the aggregate base material, screening, and classifying into 5 grades according to particle diameter: 0.1mm-0.5mm, 0.5mm-1mm, 1mm-4mm, 4mm-8mm, 8mm-15mm, cleaning all aggregates and drying;

(2) uniformly paving rock wool fiber cloth in a mold;

(3) weighing epoxy resin, curing agent, diluent, auxiliary agent and filler, placing the epoxy resin, curing agent, diluent, auxiliary agent and filler in a stirring device, and uniformly stirring for later use;

(4) pouring the aggregate into the stirring device in the step (3) according to the proportion, and continuously stirring uniformly to obtain a mixed material;

(5) injecting the mixed material into the die in the step (2), and vibrating at high frequency, wherein the vibration frequency is 80-100HZ, the vibration amplitude is 0.2-1mm, and the vibration time is 5-10 min;

(6) and curing the mold at normal temperature for 24h, opening the mold after molding, and continuing to perform machining at normal temperature for 3-5 days after opening the mold.

a rock wool mixed resin based mineral composite material comprises an aggregate substrate, a binder system, a filler, an auxiliary agent and rock wool fiber cloth; the aggregate substrate is selected from granite particles or marble particles; the adhesive system includes an epoxy resin, a curing agent, and a diluent;

wherein, the mass ratio of the adhesive is 10-15%, the mass ratio of the aggregate is 75-80%, the mass ratio of the filler is 5-9%, and the mass ratio of the rock wool fiber cloth is 0.1-0.5%.

Preferably, the diluent in the invention is 501, and the curing agent is triethylene tetramine and polyether amine D230 in a mass ratio of 1: 2, compounding to obtain; the mass ratio of the epoxy resin, the diluent and the curing agent in the adhesive system is (70-74): (8-10): (18-22).

(1) crushing the aggregate base material, screening, and classifying into 5 grades according to particle diameter: 0.1mm-0.5mm, 0.5mm-1mm, 1mm-4mm, 4mm-8mm, 8mm-15mm, cleaning all aggregates and drying;

(2) uniformly paving rock wool fiber cloth in a mold;

(3) weighing epoxy resin, curing agent, diluent, auxiliary agent and filler, placing the epoxy resin, curing agent, diluent, auxiliary agent and filler in a stirring device, and uniformly stirring for later use;

(4) pouring the aggregate into the stirring device in the step (3) according to the proportion, and continuously stirring uniformly to obtain a mixed material;

(5) injecting the mixed material into the die in the step (2), and vibrating at high frequency, wherein the vibration frequency is 80-100HZ, the vibration amplitude is 0.2-1mm, and the vibration time is 5-10 min;

(6) and curing the mold at normal temperature for 24h, opening the mold after molding, and continuing to perform machining at normal temperature for 3-5 days after opening the mold.

Further, in the step (2), the rock wool fiber cloth needs to be dried at 200 ℃ in advance.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:

the bending strength of the rock wool mixed resin-based mineral composite material obtained by the invention is up to 60Mpa, and the damping performance of the material is also greatly improved; the rock wool mixed resin-based mineral composite material can greatly improve the precision of the machine tool in the machining process and eliminate the influence of mechanical vibration on the machine tool.

in the aggregate base material, 15 percent (mass ratio) of granite particles with the diameter of 0.1mm-0.5 mm;

15 percent (mass ratio) of granite particles with the particle diameter of 0.5mm-1 mm;

17 percent (mass ratio) of granite particles with the particle diameter of 1mm-4 mm;

13 percent (mass ratio) of granite particles with the particle size of 4mm-8 mm;

40 percent (mass ratio) of granite particles with the particle diameter of 8mm-15 mm.

Wherein the mass ratio of the adhesive system is 12.7%, the mass ratio of the aggregate is 79%, the mass ratio of the filler is 8%, and the mass ratio of the rock wool fiber cloth is 0.3%.

(5) injecting the mixed material into the die in the step (2), and vibrating at high frequency, wherein the vibration frequency is 90HZ, the vibration amplitude is 0.5mm, and the vibration time is 8 min;

(6) and curing the mold at normal temperature for 24h, opening the mold after molding, and continuing for 4 days at normal temperature after opening the mold to perform machining.

According to the detection, the bending strength of the rock wool mixed resin-based mineral composite material obtained in the embodiment is 60MPa, and the damping ratio is 0.247.

Example 2: rock wool mixed resin-based mineral composite material and preparation method thereof

The composite material comprises marble particles as an aggregate base material, an adhesive system, a filler, an auxiliary agent and rock wool fiber cloth; the adhesive system includes an epoxy resin, a curing agent, and a diluent;

in the aggregate base material, 15 percent (mass ratio) of granite particles with the particle size of 0.1mm-0.5 mm;

15 percent (mass ratio) of marble particles with the particle size of 0.5mm-1 mm;

16 percent (mass ratio) of marble particles with the particle size of 1mm-4 mm;

15 percent (mass ratio) of marble particles with the particle size of 4mm-8 mm;

39 mass percent of marble particles with the particle diameter of 8mm-15 mm.

13 percent (mass ratio) of granite particles with the particle diameter of 0.1mm-0.5 mm;

15 percent (mass ratio) of granite particles with the particle diameter of 0.5mm-1 mm;

18 percent (mass ratio) of granite particles with the particle diameter of 1mm-4 mm;

16 percent (mass ratio) of granite particles with the particle diameter of 4mm-8 mm;

38 percent (mass ratio) of granite particles with the particle diameter of 8mm-15 mm.

Wherein the mass ratio of the adhesive system is 14%, the mass ratio of the aggregate is 78%, the filler ratio is 7.8%, and the mass ratio of the rock wool fiber cloth is 0.2%.

(5) injecting the mixed material into the die in the step (2), and vibrating at high frequency, wherein the vibration frequency is 85HZ, the vibration amplitude is 0.7mm, and the vibration time is 6 min;

(6) and curing the mold at normal temperature for 24h, opening the mold after molding, and continuing for 3 days at normal temperature after opening the mold to perform machining.

According to the detection, the bending strength of the rock wool mixed resin-based mineral composite material obtained in the embodiment is 56MPa, and the damping ratio is 0.221.
