Compared with the prior art, the crocodile skin processing device provided by the invention comprises a frame 1, a placing platform 2, a polishing mechanism 3, an oiling mechanism 4 and a control mechanism, wherein the height of the frame 1 is adjustable, the placing platform 2 is arranged at the bottom of the inner side of the frame 1 and is used for placing and clamping crocodile skin flatly laid on the placing platform 2, the placing platform 2 can be vertically lifted and adjusted and circumferentially rotated in a horizontal plane, the polishing mechanism 3 and the oiling mechanism 4 are both arranged at the top of the inner side of the frame 1 and are used for polishing and oiling crocodile skin arranged on the placing platform 2, the polishing mechanism 3 and the oiling mechanism 4 can move along the length direction of the frame 1, the rotating angle of the placing platform 2 is adjusted, the texture direction of the crocodile skin is enabled to be in the length direction of the frame 1, the polishing mechanism 3 and the oiling mechanism 4 can polish and oile along the texture direction of the crocodile skin, grinding machanism 3 and/or oil mechanism 4 is used for adjusting the height of polishing and/or oiling to the crocodile skin with the help of the altitude mixture control of frame 1, control mechanism is used for the control operation respectively, it is big to have solved the volume of polishing the crocodile skin manual operation intensity of labour that oils, it is inhomogeneous to polish the operation of oiling, influence the technical problem of later stage processing, it can polish and oil along the texture direction of crocodile skin to have, it need not manual operation not to polish to oil, reduce intensity of labour, it is even to polish to oil, and do not influence the technological effect of later stage reworking.

The clamping assembly 25 further comprises a motor, a power output end of the motor is connected with the driving gear 252, the driving gear 252 is powered by the motor, the clamping plate 251 can ascend and descend by forward rotation and reverse rotation of the motor, and the height of the clamping area can be adjusted so as to clamp crocodile skin.

In some embodiments, referring to fig. 1 to 6, the sliding mechanism 5 includes a second sliding rail 51 and a second sliding seat 52, the second sliding rail 51 is disposed on the top of the inner side of the frame 1 along the length direction of the frame 1, and the sliding surface faces downward; the second slide 52 is arranged on a sliding surface at the bottom end of the second slide rail 51 in a sliding manner, the position of the second slide 52 on the second slide rail 51 can be adjusted and limited, the bottom end of the second slide 52 is used for detachably connecting the grinding mechanism 3 and/or the oiling mechanism 4, the second slide 52 is provided with an oil pumping assembly 9 for pumping oil to the oiling mechanism 4, the second slide 52 is further provided with a dust removal assembly 10, and the dust removal assembly 10 is used for pumping dust, chips and impurities generated when the dust is ground by the grinding mechanism 3.

The oil pumping assembly 9 comprises an oil pipe 91 arranged on the second slide seat 52, a spray head 92 arranged at the oil outlet end of the oil pipe 91, and an oil tank 93 arranged on the frame 1 and communicated with the other end of the oil pipe 91, wherein maintenance oil is contained in the oil tank 93, an oil pump 94 is arranged on the oil pipe 91, the oil pump 94 can extract the maintenance oil in the oil tank 93 and pump the oil to the spray head 92, the spray head 92 faces the oiling mechanism 4, and the oiling mechanism 4 and the crocodile skin are in rolling contact with each other in the process, and the maintenance oil can be conveyed to the crocodile skin. A valve 95 for controlling the on-off of the oil injection of the nozzle 92 is further provided on the second slider 52, and the opening and closing of the nozzle 92 can be controlled by pressing the valve 95.
