When the stirring rod 10 rises or falls along with the liquid level, the second pull rope 43 or the third pull rope 44 is pulled to realize the movement of the valve block 41 to realize the control of water inlet and water cut-off, other control equipment is not needed in the process, the use cost is reduced, and the stirring can be carried out in the stirring process without influencing the stirring function.

Referring to fig. 3 and 5, specifically, the chute 35 is shaped as an oval annular groove obliquely arranged on the rotating drum 13, a friction pattern is arranged on a side surface of the rubbing rod 15 and the rubbing block 20 close to each other, and a limit post 32 is arranged at one end of the rocker 11 close to the rubbing rod 15.

The oval ring groove is matched with the limiting rubbing rod 15 to slide, so that the rubbing rod 15 can only reciprocate back and forth. The rubbing lines can obtain better rubbing effect.

Referring to fig. 6, 7 and 8, in particular, the winding mechanism includes a support plate 2, a winding drum 3 is rotatably connected to an upper end of the support plate 2, a motor 4 is fixedly connected to an upper end of the support plate 2, an output shaft of the motor 4 is fixedly connected to the winding drum 3, a second rotating drum 6 is rotatably connected to an upper end of the support plate 2, the second rotating drum 6 is in transmission connection with the winding drum 3 through a belt 5, a mounting plate 8 is fixedly connected to an upper end of the support plate 2, a slide rod 26 is fixedly connected to the mounting plate 8, a slide block 22 is slidably connected to the slide rod 26, a rotating rod 16 is rotatably connected to the mounting plate 8, a torsion shaft 25 is arranged on the rotating rod 16, a second pull rod 24 is fixedly connected to a lower end of the torsion shaft 25, a pull rod 23 is rotatably connected to a lower end of the second pull rod 24, the pull rod 23 is rotatably connected to the slide block 22, a swing rod 7 is rotatably connected to one side of the mounting plate 8, which is close to the second rotating drum 6, a connecting shaft 27, a second swing rod 28 is rotatably connected to a lower side of the swing rod 7, which is located below the connecting shaft 27, the second connecting shaft 28 is fixedly connected with a push block 48, the push block 48 is slidably connected to the outer wall of the second rotating drum 6, the lower end of the swinging rod 7 is provided with a second sliding groove 29, the sliding block 22 is fixedly connected with a sliding column 30, the sliding column 30 is slidably connected in the second sliding groove 29, and the upper end of the swinging rod 7 is provided with a wire hole 21.

When the winding drum 3 is wound, the winding drum 7 can be uniformly wound on the winding drum 3, meanwhile, the rotating shaft 14 can be driven to rotate by the rotating rod 16 driven by the rotating rod 7 through the conversion of the torsion shaft 25, so that the rubbing rod 15 is driven to rotate, the rubbing function is realized, meanwhile, the sliding block 22 can be driven by the movement of the swinging rod 7, the sliding block 22 can pull the pull rope 17 to drive the rubbing block 20 to move, the rubbing effect is further improved, the relative reciprocating movement of the rubbing rod 15 and the rubbing block 20 is realized, the rubbing function is realized, the position with the larger diameter in the yarn can be rubbed to be conveniently thinned, and meanwhile, the softener can be better fed into the rubbed yarn.

Referring to fig. 6, 7 and 8, specifically, a screw groove 31 is formed in the second rotating cylinder 6, a fixing screw 49 is slidably connected in the screw groove 31, the lower end of the fixing screw 49 and the screw groove 31 are T-shaped, a nut is arranged at the upper end of the fixing screw 49, a disc is arranged on the fixing screw 49, the screw grooves 31 and the fixing screw 49 are equal in number, a plurality of fixing screws 49 are annularly distributed on the outer wall of the second rotating cylinder 6 in an oval shape, and the second rotating cylinder 6 pushes the push block 48 to move through the fixing screw 49.

The nut can be rotated to adjust the loosening and fixing of the fixing screw 49, so that the position of the fixing screw 49 on the screw groove 31 can be adjusted, and the swing amplitude of the swing rod 7 can be adjusted to adapt to winding drums 3 with different widths.

Referring to fig. 1, specifically, the rotating rod 16 and the rotating shaft 14 are connected through a synchronous belt drive, a pull rope 17 is fixedly connected to a side surface of the sliding block 22, the other end of the pull rope 17 is fixedly connected to one end, away from the mounting box 12, of the rubbing block 20, a pull plate 37 is fixedly connected to the mounting frame 19, the pull rope 17 penetrates through the pull plate 37, when the sliding block 22 moves to the rightmost end, the pull plate 37 and the spring 38 are stretched, and the rubbing block 20 moves to the leftmost end.

The reciprocating movement of the rubbing block 20 can be realized by the reciprocating movement of the slide block 22 from side to side in cooperation with the restoring action of the spring 38, and the rubbing effect is further improved in cooperation with the rubbing rod 15.

Referring to fig. 1, in particular, the counter roller 18 is rotatably connected to the upper end of the water tank 1, and the counter roller 18 is composed of two rollers close to each other and rotating in opposite directions.

As in the conventional device, by setting the rotational speed of the counter roller 18 to be lower than the speed of the bobbin 3, when the bobbin 3 winds up the yarn, the yarn is pulled by the bobbin 3 due to the lower speed of the counter roller 18, and the yarn is attenuated by the bobbin 3. (in this example, the concrete embodiment of the pair roller is not shown)

The working principle of the invention is as follows: the yarn is threaded through the pair of rollers 18, the rubbing blocks 20 and the rubbing rods 15 in sequence and the thread holes 21, and finally wound on the winding drum 3, the motor 4 drives the winding drum 3 to rotate, and the winding drum 3 winds up the yarn, so that the yarn is pulled from the direction of the pair of rollers 18.

The whole power transmission process of the device is as follows, the motor 4 drives the winding drum 3 to rotate, the winding drum 3 drives the second rotating drum 6 to rotate through the belt 5, the second rotating drum 6 can push the push block 48 to move on the surface of the second rotating drum 6 through the fixing screw 49 when rotating, because the fixing screw 49 is distributed on the second rotating drum 6 in an elliptical ring shape, the push block 48 can reciprocate left and right on the surface of the second rotating drum 6 along with the rotation of the second rotating drum 6, because the swinging rod 7 is rotationally connected to the mounting plate 8 through the connecting shaft 27, the movement of the push block 48 can drive the swinging rod 7 to simultaneously reciprocate left and right, and because the yarns enter the thread holes 21, the yarns can be uniformly distributed and wound on the surface of the winding drum 3 when the swinging rod 7 swings; when the swing rod 7 swings, the sliding post 30 is driven by the sliding groove II 29 to reciprocate left and right, the sliding post 30 drives the sliding block 22 to reciprocate left and right on the sliding rod 26, the reciprocating left and right movement of the sliding block 22 drives the pull rod 23 to pull the pull rod II 24 to move, the pull rod II 24 drives the torsion shaft 25 to rotate around the axis of the rotating rod 16, and the torsion shaft 25 drives the rotating rod 16 to rotate; the rotating rod 16 rotates to drive the rotating shaft 14 to rotate through the synchronous belt, the rotating shaft 14 rotates to drive the rotating drum 13 to rotate, the rotating drum 13 rotates to drive the sliding shaft 36 to move along the sliding groove 35, the rubbing rod 15 is connected to the mounting box 12 in a sliding mode, the rotating drum 13 drives the rubbing rod 15 to reciprocate back and forth on the mounting box 12 when rotating, meanwhile, the sliding block 22 reciprocates left and right to pull the pull rope 17 to pull the rubbing block 20 to move on the mounting box 19, the spring 38 is arranged, the rubbing block 20 can slide back and forth on the mounting box 19 in a reciprocating mode through the rubbing block 20 and the rubbing rod 15, the rubbing function on the yarn can be achieved, the rubbing process is carried out in the softener, and therefore the softener is absorbed by the yarn conveniently. In the process of reciprocating the rubbing rod 15, the rocking rod 11 is driven to synchronously move, the rocking rod 11 drives the stirring rod 10 to rotate in the water tank 1, and the stirring rod 10 rotates the stirring blade 33 to realize the stirring function; because the stirring rod 10 and the stirring blade 33 are of hollow structures and made of plastic materials, buoyancy is provided in the softener, the stirring rod 10 can be driven to float along with the liquid level of the softener, when the liquid level descends, the stirring rod 10 can descend along with the liquid level, the stirring rod 10 can drive the lifting rod 40 to descend, the third pulling rope 44 is loosened, the stirring rod 10 can drive the second pulling rope 43 to descend, the lower end of the second pulling rope 43 is provided with a lengthened part, after the stirring rod 10 descends for a certain distance, the valve block 41 can be pulled to move, the valve block 41 can be popped to the position of the staying area 42, the water outlet 47 is opened, the water inlet pipe 9 can realize a liquid supplementing function, along with the ascending of the liquid level, the stirring rod 10 synchronously ascends along with the second pulling rope 43, the lifting rod 40 ascends, the third pulling rope 44 is slowly straightened to be tightened, the valve block 41 is finally pulled to be popped above the water outlet 47 to be blocked, whereby the feed line 9 stops replenishing the liquid.
