At present, Chinese patent CN208201668U discloses a protective platform at bottom of pocket for overpass bridge hanging basket construction, and this platform is rational in infrastructure, and easy operation guarantees driving and constructor safety, promotes overpass bridge construction technical level. However, the pocket bottom protection platform can only protect the existing line below, cannot completely prevent water and objects from falling, reduces the construction efficiency and has construction hazard; and the protection platform can not realize the cyclic utilization of water resources all around, and the construction cost is inevitably improved.
